In the embodiment of the invention, a conference notice created by a first intelligent device is obtained through a server, the conference notice comprises a participant identifier and a conference file, a second intelligent device corresponding to the participant identifier is connected based on the participant identifier, the conference file is pushed to the connected second intelligent device to be displayed, a file updating instruction sent by the second intelligent device is received in real time, the file updating instruction is used for updating the conference file, the conference permission of the participant corresponding to the second intelligent device is verified according to the participant identifier corresponding to the second intelligent device sending the file updating instruction, if the conference permission of the participant corresponding to the second intelligent device comprises the file updating permission, the updated conference file is obtained in real time based on the file updating instruction, and the conference safety of a conference is ensured by verifying the conference permission of the participant, meanwhile, updating conflict is avoided, the updated conference file is pushed to the connected second intelligent device in real time to be displayed, the conference file is electronized, paper is saved, the environment is protected, the intelligent conference enables the conference coordination to be simpler, the work of conference staff is reduced, manpower is saved, and the conference efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 5 shows a block diagram of an office conference intelligentized device provided in the embodiment of the present application, corresponding to the method described in the above embodiment, and for convenience of explanation, only the relevant parts to the embodiment of the present application are shown.
Referring to fig. 5, the apparatus for intelligentizing an office meeting includes: a conference notification acquisition unit 51, a device connection unit 52, a first file push unit 53, a file update unit 54, a second file push unit 55, wherein:
a conference notification acquiring unit 51, configured to acquire, by a server, a conference notification created by a first intelligent device, where the conference notification includes a participant identifier and a conference file;
the device connection unit 52 is configured to connect, based on the participant identifier, a second intelligent device corresponding to the participant identifier;
the first file pushing unit 53 is configured to push the conference file to the connected second intelligent device for display;
a file updating unit 54, configured to receive, in real time, a file updating instruction sent by the second intelligent device, where the file updating instruction is used to update the conference file;
and the second file pushing unit 55 is configured to push the updated conference file to the connected second intelligent device in real time for display.
Optionally, the device connection unit 52 includes:
the device identifier acquisition module is used for acquiring a connection request sent by a second intelligent device, wherein the connection request carries a device identifier of the second intelligent device;
the equipment verification module is used for judging whether the conference notification has a participant identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier according to a preset identifier comparison table;
and the equipment connection module is used for connecting the second intelligent equipment corresponding to the equipment identification if the meeting participant identification corresponding to the equipment identification exists in the meeting notice.
Optionally, the second smart device includes a master device and a slave device, and the second file pushing unit 55 includes:
the device determining module is used for determining the second intelligent device which sends the file updating instruction as a master device, and determining the other second intelligent devices as slave devices;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a real-time screen capture of the main equipment;
and the file pushing module is used for pushing the real-time screenshot to the slave equipment in real time for display.
Optionally, the apparatus for intelligentizing the office conference further comprises:
the authority verification unit is used for verifying the conference authority of the conference participant corresponding to the second intelligent equipment according to the conference participant identification corresponding to the second intelligent equipment which sends the file updating instruction;
and the updated file acquisition unit is used for acquiring the updated conference file in real time based on the file updating instruction if the conference permission of the participant corresponding to the second intelligent device comprises a file updating permission.
Optionally, the apparatus for intelligentizing the office conference further comprises:
the connection equipment determining unit is used for acquiring the equipment identifier of the second intelligent equipment which is successfully connected;
a record table establishing unit, configured to establish a connection record table according to the device identifier;
the detection packet sending unit is used for sending a detection packet to the second intelligent equipment in the connection record table at regular time;
and the connection judging unit is used for determining whether the second intelligent equipment keeps connection or not according to the feedback result of the detection packet.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the smart device 6 of this embodiment includes: a processor 60, a memory 61, and a computer program 62, such as an office meeting intelligence program, stored in the memory 61 and executable on the processor 60. The processor 60, when executing the computer program 62, implements the steps in the above-described embodiments of the method of authenticating an investor, such as the steps 201 to 205 shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the processor 60, when executing the computer program 62, implements the functions of the modules/units in the above-mentioned device embodiments, such as the functions of the units 51 to 55 shown in fig. 5.
Illustratively, the computer program 62 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 61 and executed by the processor 60 to implement the present invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 62 in the smart device 6. For example, the computer program 62 may be divided into a conference notification acquisition unit, a device connection unit, a first file pushing unit, a file updating unit, and a second file pushing unit, and each unit has the following specific functions:
the conference notification acquisition unit is used for acquiring a conference notification created by the first intelligent device by the server, wherein the conference notification comprises a participant identifier and a conference file;
the equipment connecting unit is used for connecting second intelligent equipment corresponding to the participant identification based on the participant identification;
the first file pushing unit is used for pushing the conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment for displaying;
the file updating unit is used for receiving a file updating instruction sent by the second intelligent device in real time, and the file updating instruction is used for updating the conference file;
and the second file pushing unit is used for pushing the updated conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment in real time for displaying.
The server 6 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud-end intelligent device, or other computing devices. The smart device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 60, a memory 61. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 6 is merely an example of a server 6 and does not constitute a limitation of the server 6, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or different components, e.g., the server 6 may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 60 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 61 may be an internal storage unit of the server 6, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 6. The memory 61 may also be an external storage device of the server 6, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) and the like provided on the server 6. Further, the memory 61 may also include both an internal storage unit of the server 6 and an external storage device. The memory 61 is used for storing the computer programs and other programs and data required by the smart device. The memory 61 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. Claims (9)

1. A method of office meeting intelligence, comprising: .
The method comprises the steps that a server obtains a conference notice created by first intelligent equipment, wherein the conference notice comprises a participant identification and a conference file;
connecting second intelligent equipment corresponding to the participant identification based on the participant identification;
pushing the conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment for display;
receiving a file updating instruction sent by the second intelligent device in real time, wherein the file updating instruction is used for updating the conference file; when the server detects that a plurality of second intelligent devices simultaneously send file updating instructions, the second intelligent devices are ranked from high to low in authority priority according to device identifiers of the second intelligent devices, and file updating instructions sent by the second intelligent devices with the highest priority are received and only received until the file updating instructions of the second intelligent devices with the highest priority are executed, and then file updating instructions sent by other second intelligent devices are received;
pushing the updated conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment in real time for display;
the second intelligent device comprises a master device and a slave device, and the step of pushing the updated conference file to the connected second intelligent device in real time for display comprises the following steps:
determining the second intelligent device which sends the file updating instruction as a master device, and determining the other second intelligent devices as slave devices;
acquiring a real-time screen capture of the main device;
pushing the real-time screenshot to the slave equipment in real time for display, and enabling the slave equipment needing to be displayed on the same screen to achieve a screen real-time sharing function by continuously refreshing a display interface;
the second intelligent device uses a screen recording function of an Android system, specifically, a Surface texture object is newly created and provided for visual display to draw screen content, an EGLSsurface object is created by using the Surface of the MediaCodec, an image of the Surface texture object is exchanged to the EGLSsurface object according to a specified frame frequency, then the MediaCodec codes the content on the EGLSsurface, and the frequency of screen recording is adjusted by controlling the frequency of exchanging the Surface texture to the EGLSsurface;
the intelligent office meeting method further comprises a real-time flow control strategy:
setting a high water level threshold and a low water level threshold for a write buffer of each communication channel, respectively;
when the write buffer reaches the high water level threshold, the communication channel is set to be in a non-writable state, and data writing is forbidden;
when the write buffer falls to a low water level threshold, the communication channel is set to a writable state, allowing data to be written.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of connecting the second intelligent device corresponding to the participant identifier based on the participant identifier comprises:
acquiring a connection request sent by second intelligent equipment, wherein the connection request carries an equipment identifier of the second intelligent equipment;
judging whether the conference notification has a participant identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier according to a preset identifier comparison table;
and if the meeting notice contains the participant identification corresponding to the equipment identification, connecting the second intelligent equipment corresponding to the equipment identification.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of pushing the updated conference file to the connected second smart device for display in real time, the method comprises:
verifying the conference authority of the conference participant corresponding to the second intelligent equipment according to the conference participant identification corresponding to the second intelligent equipment which sends the file updating instruction;
and if the conference permission of the participant corresponding to the second intelligent device comprises a file updating permission, acquiring the updated conference file in real time based on the file updating instruction.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the method of office meeting intelligence further comprises:
acquiring a device identifier of the second intelligent device which is successfully connected;
establishing a connection record table according to the equipment identifier;
sending a detection packet to the second intelligent equipment in the connection record table at regular time;
and determining whether the second intelligent equipment keeps connection or not according to the feedback result of the detection packet.
5. An apparatus for intelligentizing office meetings, the apparatus comprising:
the conference notification acquisition unit is used for acquiring a conference notification created by the first intelligent device by the server, wherein the conference notification comprises a participant identifier and a conference file;
the equipment connecting unit is used for connecting second intelligent equipment corresponding to the participant identification based on the participant identification;
the first file pushing unit is used for pushing the conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment for displaying;
the file updating unit is used for receiving a file updating instruction sent by the second intelligent device in real time, and the file updating instruction is used for updating the conference file; when the server detects that a plurality of second intelligent devices simultaneously send file updating instructions, the second intelligent devices are ranked from high to low in authority priority according to device identifiers of the second intelligent devices, and file updating instructions sent by the second intelligent devices with the highest priority are received and only received until the file updating instructions of the second intelligent devices with the highest priority are executed, and then file updating instructions sent by other second intelligent devices are received;
the second file pushing unit is used for pushing the updated conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment in real time for displaying;
the second intelligent device comprises a master device and a slave device, and the second file pushing unit comprises:
the device determining module is used for determining the second intelligent device which sends the file updating instruction as a master device, and determining the other second intelligent devices as slave devices;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a real-time screen capture of the main equipment;
the file pushing module is used for pushing the real-time screenshot to the slave device for display in real time, and the slave device needing to display the screenshot on the same screen achieves a screen real-time sharing function by continuously refreshing a display interface;
the second intelligent device uses a screen recording function of an Android system, specifically, a Surface texture object is newly created and provided for visual display to draw screen content, an EGLSsurface object is created by using the Surface of the MediaCodec, an image of the Surface texture object is exchanged to the EGLSsurface object according to a specified frame frequency, then the MediaCodec codes the content on the EGLSsurface, and the frequency of screen recording is adjusted by controlling the frequency of exchanging the Surface texture to the EGLSsurface;
the intelligent office meeting device is further used for:
setting a high water level threshold and a low water level threshold for a write buffer of each communication channel, respectively;
when the write buffer reaches the high water level threshold, the communication channel is set to be in a non-writable state, and data writing is forbidden;
when the write buffer falls to a low water level threshold, the communication channel is set to a writable state, allowing data to be written.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the device connection unit comprises:
the device identifier acquisition module is used for acquiring a connection request sent by a second intelligent device, wherein the connection request carries a device identifier of the second intelligent device;
the equipment verification module is used for judging whether the conference notification has a participant identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier according to a preset identifier comparison table;
and the equipment connection module is used for connecting the second intelligent equipment corresponding to the equipment identification if the meeting participant identification corresponding to the equipment identification exists in the meeting notice.
7. An office meeting intelligence system, comprising: the system comprises a server, a first intelligent device and a second intelligent device;
the first intelligent device is used for creating a meeting notice;
the server is used for acquiring a conference notification created by the first intelligent device, wherein the conference notification comprises a participant identifier and a conference file; connecting second intelligent equipment corresponding to the participant identification based on the participant identification; pushing the conference file to the connected second intelligent equipment for display;
the second intelligent device is used for receiving and displaying the conference file pushed by the server; sending a file updating instruction to the server, wherein the file updating instruction is used for updating the conference file;
the server is further used for receiving a file updating instruction sent by the second intelligent device in real time and pushing the updated conference file to the connected second intelligent device in real time for display;
the server is further used for, when it is detected that a plurality of second intelligent devices simultaneously send file updating instructions, sequencing the authority priorities of the plurality of second intelligent devices from high to low according to the device identifiers of the second intelligent devices, receiving and only receiving the file updating instructions sent by the second intelligent device with the highest priority until the file updating instructions of the second intelligent device with the highest priority are completely executed, and then receiving the file updating instructions sent by other second intelligent devices;
the server is further used for determining the second intelligent device which sends the file updating instruction as the master device, and the rest second intelligent devices are determined as slave devices; acquiring a real-time screen capture of the main device; pushing the real-time screenshot to the slave equipment in real time for display, and enabling the slave equipment needing to be displayed on the same screen to achieve a screen real-time sharing function by continuously refreshing a display interface;
the second intelligent device is also used for receiving and displaying the updated conference file in real time;
the second intelligent device uses a screen recording function of an Android system, specifically, a Surface texture object is newly created and provided for visual display to draw screen content, an EGLSsurface object is created by using the Surface of the MediaCodec, an image of the Surface texture object is exchanged to the EGLSsurface object according to a specified frame frequency, then the MediaCodec codes the content on the EGLSsurface, and the frequency of screen recording is adjusted by controlling the frequency of exchanging the Surface texture to the EGLSsurface;
the intelligent office meeting system is further configured to:
