the enclosing device comprises a plurality of enclosing bodies,
a first top plate (2) and a second top plate (9) which are positioned at the two ends of the enclosing device,
the guide piece (4) is positioned between the first top plate (2) and the second top plate (9) and is fixedly connected with the first top plate (2) and the second top plate (9),
the threaded rod (1) is positioned between the first top plate (2) and the second top plate (9) and is rotationally connected with the first top plate (2) and the second top plate (9), two ends of the threaded rod (1) are provided with threads with opposite rotation directions,
a first sliding block (3) which is sleeved on the threaded rod (1) and the guide part (4), is connected with the guide part (4) in a sliding way and is connected with the threaded rod (1) in a threaded way, a second sliding block (8) which is sleeved on the threaded rod (1) and the guide part (4), is connected with the guide part (4) in a sliding way and is connected with the threaded rod (1) in a threaded way,
a first connecting rod (5) which is rotationally connected with the upper slide block (3), a second connecting rod (7) which is rotationally connected with the lower slide block (8),
a clamping arm (6) which is arranged between the first connecting rod (5) and the second connecting rod (7) and is rotationally connected with the first connecting rod (5) and the second connecting rod (7),
the method comprises the following steps:
d1. the enclosing devices are separated and unfolded,
d2. the unfolded enclosing devices are sleeved on the periphery of the fracture part of the telegraph pole, then the enclosing devices are mutually connected and fixed into a circle,
d3. synchronously screwing a pair of opposite threaded rods (1) to ensure that the corresponding clamping arms (6) are firmly attached to the telegraph pole,
d4. synchronously screwing a pair of opposite threaded rods (1) which are vertical to the threaded rods (1) in the step d3 to ensure that the corresponding clamping arms (6) are firmly attached to the telegraph pole,
d5. synchronously twisting other opposite threaded rods (1) to firmly attach the corresponding clamping arms (6) to the telegraph pole, so that the upper end and the lower end of the broken telegraph pole are concentric and vertical to the ground, and simultaneously adjusting the centering mechanical equipment to follow the adjustment of the enclosing device to keep the upper section of the telegraph pole at the broken part to be stably vertical to the ground,
e. the air bag (106) is deflated through the air pipe (107), so that the air bag (106) can freely slide on the inner wall of the telegraph pole, the inner reinforcing device (10) is inserted into the lower section of the broken telegraph pole from the upper section of the broken telegraph pole downwards by means of relative sliding between balls arranged on the bulges (105) and the inner wall of the telegraph pole or/and pulling of the traction positioning rope (108) positioned above from the through hole (101), downwards moving is stopped by means of an electrified luminous indicator when the center of the inner reinforcing device (10) is positioned at or below the broken part of the telegraph pole, after the downwards moving is stopped, the traction positioning rope (108) positioned below is bolted and fixed for traction positioning the inner reinforcing device (10),
f. the air tube (107) is used for inflating the air bag (106) to ensure that the air bag (106) is filled in the inner wall of the telegraph pole, the inner reinforcing device (10) is prevented from moving downwards continuously and concrete is prevented from leaking,
g. the through hole (101) is sealed off,
h. pouring concrete from a concrete pouring hole (11) using an inclined funnel, the concrete being poured between the inner wall of the utility pole and the reinforcing bars (102) spaced by the protrusions (105), and preventing the inner reinforcement device (10) and the concrete therebetween from moving down and leaking by means of the tension of the air bag (106), the pull-out positioning cord (108) located below the broken utility pole,
i. judging whether pouring is finished or not according to the lengths of the inner wall of the telegraph pole and the inner reinforcing device (10) or according to the overflow condition of a pouring opening of the concrete pouring hole (11), plugging the concrete pouring hole (11) by a plug or an adhesive tape after pouring is finished,
j. and (3) removing the telegraph pole righting equipment, and shearing the air pipe (107), the traction positioning rope (108) and the power line of the luminous indicator to be coplanar with the telegraph pole after the concrete is maintained in the later period.
3. The method for repairing a broken utility pole of claim 2, wherein:
in the step b, for the treatment of the pole fracture with the smaller inclination angle of the upper section of the pole fracture, a notch can be formed downwards or upwards at the pole fracture, so that the inner reinforcing device (10) can be inserted into the pole upwards from the notch, and after the inner reinforcing device (10) is installed in place in the pole, the notch is surrounded by the outer reinforcing device and poured with concrete, and in this case, before the surrounding device is installed, a sheath matched with the notch is covered at the notch to cover the notch.
4. The method for repairing a broken utility pole of claim 2, wherein:
and the telegraph pole righting equipment is dismantled after the concrete is cured in the later period.
5. The method for repairing a broken utility pole of claim 4, wherein:
the concrete later-stage curing method comprises the following steps: a water pipe connected with the inner wall of the wire pole is inserted into the position of the concrete pouring hole (11), a water container is fixed above the concrete pouring hole (11), the water pipe is connected with the water container, water is filled in the water container after the concrete pouring is finished, high-level water is used for concrete pouring, and the later strength of the concrete is improved.
