A lifting module:

the lifting module further comprises a hydraulic oil pump and a generator, the generator is connected with the hydraulic oil pump, a second hydraulic oil guide pipe is connected onto the hydraulic oil pump, the second hydraulic oil guide pipe is connected with the second hydraulic jacking leg 8, and lifting of the working platform 1 is controlled by controlling lifting of the second hydraulic jacking leg 8.
Wherein the first hydraulic oil conduit in the brake module is connected in parallel with the second hydraulic oil conduit in the lifting module.
A transverse moving lane changing module: comprising a first hydraulic jacking leg 9, a mechanical leg 10 and a temporary guide rail 13, the specific principle is explained with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
In addition, an operation table 12 is further arranged between the working platform and the vehicle underframe, the operation table 12 comprises a generator control valve, a walking control valve, a brake control valve and a hoisting control valve, the generator control valve is connected with the generator, the walking control valve is connected with the motor, and the brake control valve is connected with the first hydraulic oil guide pipe; the operating platform 12 further comprises a channel-changing jacking control valve and an operating platform 1 jacking control valve, the channel-changing jacking control valve is connected with a hydraulic oil conduit in the transverse channel-changing module, and the operating platform 1 jacking control valve is connected with a second hydraulic oil conduit; the hoisting control valve is connected with the winch 7, and the hoisting structural member 6 is controlled to hoist by controlling the hoisting control valve; the operating platform 12 further comprises an operating platform 1 regulating valve, and the operating platform 1 regulating valve is connected with a hydraulic oil conduit in the operating platform 1 width adjusting S200 module; the operation table 12 further comprises an operation process display screen, the operation work display screen is used for displaying the current operation process, and the operation process comprises walking control, braking control, lane changing jacking, operation platform 1 jacking and operation platform 1 width adjustment.
The respective processes are controlled by respective control valves on the operation table 12:
1. the generator control valve controls the work of the generator and controls whether the hydraulic pressure is started or not;
2. the running control valve controls the work of the motor and controls whether the driving wheel in the longitudinal running wheel 5 works or not;
3. the brake control valve is controlled to control whether brake shoe hydraulic brake pads on two sides of each longitudinal traveling wheel 5 act or not, and the parking position of the automatic traveling lifting lane changing type trolley is controlled;
4. controlling whether the first hydraulic jacking supporting leg 9 acts or not by controlling the channel-changing jacking control valve;
5. controlling whether the hoisting structural part 6 is hoisted or not by controlling a hoisting control valve;
6. controlling the action of the second hydraulic jacking supporting leg 8 by controlling the jacking control valve of the working platform 1, and controlling the height of the working platform 1;
7. whether the movable plate 2 acts or not is controlled by controlling the adjusting valve of the operation platform 1, and whether the area of the operation platform 1 on two sides in the walking direction is enlarged or not is controlled.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the traverse lane changing module comprises a plurality of first hydraulic jacking legs 9 arranged below the underframe, each first hydraulic jacking leg 9 comprises a telescopic hydraulic rod and a mechanical leg 10 connected with the hydraulic rod, the shape of the mechanical leg 10 is matched with that of the steel rail 14, and the mechanical leg 10 is in contact with the rail surface of the steel rail 14 during supporting;
the transverse rail changing module further comprises two temporary guide rails 13 and at least two pairs of transverse traveling wheels 11, all the transverse traveling wheels 11 are arranged below the vehicle underframe, all the transverse traveling wheels 11 are matched with the temporary guide rails 13, so that the traveling trolley can transversely move along the track of the temporary guide rails 13 when being jacked up by the first hydraulic jacking supporting legs 9, the temporary guide rails 13 are arranged on the rail surfaces of the two steel rails 14 and are perpendicular to the central lines of the two steel rails 14 when in use, and the rail distance between the two steel rails 14 is 1435 mm.
Fig. 3 is a front view of an automatic traveling lifting track-changing type trolley without starting a transverse track-changing mechanism, when the sound barrier installation operation trolley travels on a track, a left wheel and a right wheel in each pair of longitudinal traveling wheels 5 are respectively contacted with the rail surfaces of a first steel rail 14 and a second steel rail 14, at the moment, a first hydraulic jacking leg 9 under a trolley chassis is in a non-stretching state, a mechanical leg 10 is not contacted with the steel rail 14, a temporary guide rail 13 is not arranged on the steel rail 14, and all transverse traveling wheels 11 are not in effect.
Fig. 4 is a front view of the automatic traveling elevating track-changing type trolley provided with the temporary guide rails 13, wherein the first hydraulic jacking leg 9 is extended, one temporary guide rail 13 is arranged below the same pair of transverse traveling wheels 11 under the trolley chassis in a direction perpendicular to the center lines of the two steel rails 14 when the height distance between the transverse traveling wheels 11 and the steel rail 14 is greater than the height of the temporary guide rail 13, the two temporary guide rails 13 are arranged in total, after the temporary guide rail 13 is fixed on the steel rail 14, the first hydraulic jacking leg 9 is contracted, the mechanical leg 10 is retracted, at this time, the same pair of transverse traveling wheels 11 is in contact with the corresponding temporary guide rail 13, the longitudinal traveling wheels 5 are not in contact with the steel rail 14, and the first hydraulic jacking leg 9 is not in contact with the steel rail 14; the sound barrier installation operation trolley is pushed along the track direction of the temporary guide rail 13, namely the direction vertical to the central lines of the two steel rails 14, and then the sound barrier installation operation trolley can be pushed to the other line, so that the transverse moving and the track changing are completed.
The working principle of the whole transverse moving lane changing module is as follows: by arranging at least two pairs of transverse traveling wheels 11, when preparing to change the track, extending all the first hydraulic jacking supporting legs 9, enabling the mechanical supporting legs 10 to be in contact with the rail surfaces of the steel rails 14 until all the longitudinal traveling wheels 5 are separated from the rail surfaces of the steel rails 14 and the distance between the transverse traveling wheels 11 and the rail surfaces of the steel rails 14 is larger than the height of the temporary guide rails 13, stopping extending the first hydraulic jacking supporting legs 9, then correspondingly arranging one temporary guide rail 13 below each pair of transverse traveling wheels 11 in the direction perpendicular to the central lines of the two steel rails 14, temporarily and fixedly arranging the temporary guide rails 13 on the steel rails 14, contracting the first hydraulic jacking supporting legs 9 to enable all the transverse traveling wheels 11 to be in contact with the temporary traveling guide rails 13, and pushing the traveling trolley to move to a target line along the arrangement direction of the temporary guide rails 13, and extending all the first hydraulic jacking supporting legs 9 until all the transverse traveling wheels 11 are separated from the temporary guide rail 13, finally removing the temporary guide rail 13, and contracting the first hydraulic jacking supporting legs 9 until all the longitudinal traveling wheels 5 are in contact with the rail surface of the steel rail 14, thereby finishing the transverse moving and the track changing.

Claims (6)

1. A construction method for installing a sound barrier by an automatic walking lifting lane-changing type trolley is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100, arranging an automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley, and arranging the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley on an operation track needing to be provided with a sound barrier;
s200, adjusting the width of the operation platform, namely adjusting the width of the operation platform (1) by controlling the extending amount of a movable plate (2) of the operation platform (1) on the automatic walking lifting lane-changing type trolley relative to the two sides of a fixed plate (3) of the operation platform (1) according to the width of a bridge, so as to realize the width adjustment of the operation platform (1);
s300, installing a sound barrier assembly in a first area, positioning the operation platform (1) in the first area of the operation track through a braking module of the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley, hoisting the sound barrier assembly to an installation position through a hoisting module of the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley, and then installing the sound barrier assembly in the first area;
s400, installing sound barrier components of adjacent areas, driving the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley to advance by the length of one operation platform (1) along the track direction, adjusting the width of the operation platform (1), and repeating the step S300 to complete installation of the sound barrier components of the adjacent areas;
s500, integrally installing the sound barrier, and repeating the step S400 for multiple times to finish the installation of the sound barrier components of adjacent areas one by one until the installation length required by the sound barrier meets the construction requirement;
the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley comprises a working platform width adjusting module, a braking module, a hoisting module, a driving module, a lifting module and a transverse lane-changing module;
the width adjusting module of the operation platform comprises the operation platform (1), the operation platform (1) comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate (2), the movable plate is arranged on the left side and the right side of the fixed plate (3) in the advancing direction of the sound barrier installation operation trolley, a hydraulic transverse jacking oil cylinder is connected between the movable plate (2) and the fixed plate (3), and the extending amount of the movable plate (2) relative to the two sides of the fixed plate (3) can be controlled by controlling the hydraulic transverse jacking oil cylinder, so that the width of the operation platform (1) can be adjusted to be suitable for the width of a bridge;
the driving module comprises at least two pairs of longitudinal traveling wheels (5), and all the longitudinal traveling wheels (5) are matched with the steel rails so as to realize that the traveling trolley can travel on the two steel rails; one pair of the longitudinal traveling wheels (5) is a driving wheel, the driving wheel is connected with a motor, and all other longitudinal traveling wheels (5) are driven wheels; the longitudinal traveling wheels (5) are driven by starting the motor to enable the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley to travel on the two steel rails;
the brake module comprises brake shoe hydraulic brake blocks, each longitudinal travelling wheel (5) is provided with the brake shoe hydraulic brake block, the brake shoe hydraulic brake blocks can be attached to the longitudinal travelling wheels (5), and the brake shoe hydraulic brake blocks are attached to the longitudinal travelling wheels (5) through hydraulic driving, so that the longitudinal travelling wheels (5) stop rotating;
brake shoe hydraulic brake pads are arranged on all the longitudinal traveling wheels (5), the brake shoe hydraulic brake pads are connected with first hydraulic oil guide pipes, all the longitudinal traveling wheels (5) are prevented from rotating through brake shoe braking, and the automatic traveling lifting lane changing type trolley is stably stopped on a track and is prevented from displacing;
hoisting a module:
a hoisting structural member (6) is arranged on the fixed plate, the hoisting structural member (6) is used for arranging a lifting rope, a winch is arranged on the trolley body of the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley, and the winch can drive the lifting rope to hoist the sound barrier assembly when being started;
the lifting module comprises at least 4 second hydraulic lifting support legs (8), one end of each second hydraulic lifting support leg (8) is arranged above the underframe of the automatic walking lifting lane-changing type trolley, and the other end of each second hydraulic lifting support leg is arranged below the operation platform; the underframe is a vehicle body structural member providing a longitudinal walking wheel (5) mounting structure;
the lifting module further comprises a hydraulic oil pump and a generator, the generator is connected with the hydraulic oil pump, a second hydraulic oil guide pipe is connected onto the hydraulic oil pump, the second hydraulic oil guide pipe is connected with the second hydraulic lifting support leg, and the lifting of the operation platform is controlled by controlling the lifting of the second hydraulic lifting support leg;
the first hydraulic oil guide pipe in the brake module is connected with the second hydraulic oil guide pipe in the lifting module in parallel;
the transverse moving lane changing module comprises a first hydraulic jacking supporting leg (9), a mechanical supporting leg and a temporary guide rail;
an operation table (12) is further arranged between the operation platform and the vehicle underframe, the operation table (12) comprises a generator control valve, a walking control valve, a brake control valve and a hoisting control valve, the generator control valve is connected with the generator, the walking control valve is connected with the motor, and the brake control valve is connected with the first hydraulic oil guide pipe; the operating platform (12) further comprises a channel-changing jacking control valve and an operating platform jacking control valve, the channel-changing jacking control valve is connected with a hydraulic oil guide pipe in the transverse channel-changing module, and the operating platform jacking control valve is connected with a second hydraulic oil guide pipe; the hoisting control valve is connected with the winch (7), and the hoisting structural part (6) is controlled to hoist by controlling the hoisting control valve; the operating platform (12) further comprises an operating platform regulating valve, and the operating platform regulating valve is connected with a hydraulic oil conduit in the operating platform width adjusting module; the operation table (12) further comprises an operation process display screen, the operation work display screen is used for displaying the current operation process, and the operation process comprises walking control, braking control, lane changing jacking, operation platform (1) jacking and operation platform (1) width adjustment;
the processes are controlled by control valves on the operation table (12):
controlling the work of a generator through a generator control valve, and controlling whether hydraulic pressure is started or not;
secondly, controlling the work of the motor through a traveling control valve, and controlling whether a driving wheel in the longitudinal traveling wheel (5) works or not;
controlling whether brake shoe hydraulic brake pads on two sides of each longitudinal traveling wheel (5) act or not by controlling a brake control valve, and controlling the parking position of the automatic traveling lifting lane-changing type trolley;
controlling whether the first hydraulic jacking supporting leg (9) acts or not by controlling the channel-changing jacking control valve;
controlling whether the hoisting structure (6) is hoisted or not by controlling a hoisting control valve;
controlling whether the second hydraulic jacking supporting leg (8) acts or not by controlling the jacking control valve of the working platform (1), and controlling the height of the working platform (1);
and seventhly, controlling whether the movable plate (2) acts or not by controlling the adjusting valve of the operation platform (1) to control whether the operation platform (1) expands the area of two sides in the walking direction or not.
2. The construction method for installing the sound barrier by using the automatic traveling elevating lane-changing type trolley according to claim 1, wherein the step S300 further comprises:
s301, adjusting the height of the operation platform (1) through a lifting module of the automatic walking lifting lane changing type trolley, and adjusting the proper operation height.
