背景技术
牛肉是中国人的第二大肉类食品,仅次于猪肉,牛肉相比其它畜肉蛋白质含量相对较高,而脂肪和胆固醇含量相对低,牛肉含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,且比例均衡,在摄食后几乎可全部被人体吸收利用。牛肉的脂肪含量比猪肉、羊肉低,在10%左右。此外,牛肉中还富含矿物质(钾、锌、镁、铁等)和B族维生素,享有“ 肉中骄子”的美称。
随着经济社会的发展 ,居民的收入水平和消费档次提高了 ,对肉类食品的需求也越来越大。牛肉以其营养价值和特有的功效得到人们的青睐 ,牛肉产业成为发展迅速的新兴产业。我国已经成为世界第三大牛肉生产国。但长期以来,我国肉牛养殖以农户分散饲养为主,存在诸如科技意识淡薄、管理粗放、养殖周期长、出肉率低、肉质差和大量使用兽药和抗生素等诸多弊端,严重限制了肉牛养殖业的发展。大力发展新型肉牛养殖技术、解决当前优质牛肉的供求矛盾已经成首要前提。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种肉牛的饲养方法,能促进肉牛生长发育、提高牛肉品质、安全健康、可避免使用兽药和抗生素。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种肉牛的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖场地选择:选择无工业污染、空气良好、土地肥沃的山地作为养殖场地;
(2)养殖场地设置:养殖场地设置肉牛牛舍和活动区,牛舍与活动区面积比为1:10;牛舍长为12-15米、宽为7-10米、高为2-2.2米,牛舍内建设喂食区和休息区;活动区周围设置围墙,围墙高度为1.6-1.8米,活动区分散设置饮食区;
(3)肉牛引种:选择月龄六个月以上、体重150kg以上的牛种,用紫外线消毒器对牛舍进行消毒后入圈舍,隔离饲养一个月以上确诊无病后方可入群;
(4)放养管理:在草山上牧草丰盛的季节,将肉牛统一赶到草山上自由放养采食,放养期为2-3个月;除让牛自由采食外,还要进行人工补充饲喂,饲料配方按质量份为稻草20-30份、玉米面6-10份、豆粕3-6份、食盐0 .2-0 .4份、板蓝根0 .8-1 .2份、黄芪0 .8-1 .2份、山楂1 .5-2份,每天下午牛从山上回栏后喂一次
(5)育肥管理:育肥期分为前、中、后三个阶段;
育肥前期:精饲料和粗饲料的的喂食量比为3:7,精饲料的重量组分包括:玉米粉50-60份、食用菌菌渣4-8份、麦麸15-20份、豆粕8-15份、预混料4-8份、食盐0.5-2份、小苏打0.5-1份、添加剂0.5-1份;
育肥中期:精饲料和粗饲料的的喂食量比为1:1,精饲料的重量组分包括:玉米粉40-50份、麦麸10-15份、豆饼10-15份、豆粕5-10份、食用菌菌渣4-8份、食盐0 .5-2份、预混料5-10份,石粉0.5-1.5份;
育肥后期:精饲料和粗饲料的喂食量比为1.5:1,精饲料的重量组分包括:玉米粉40-50份、豆饼25-30份、麦麸10-15份、预混料5-10份、食用菌菌渣2-5份、植物油0.5-1份、食盐0.5-1份、矿物质添加剂0.5-1份;
(6)牛舍管理:清扫圈舍,喷洒酚皂液、石炭酸消毒;每天日照时间4-5小时,夏季通风,圈舍温度保持在15-25℃,夏季通风,冬季保温,圈舍内温度不低于5℃。

育肥后期:精饲料和粗饲料的喂食量比为1.5:1,精饲料的重量组分包括:玉米粉40-50份、豆饼25-30份、麦麸10-15份、预混料5-10份、食用菌菌渣2-5份、植物油0.5-1份、食盐0.5-1份、矿物质添加剂0.5-1份;
(6)牛舍管理:清扫圈舍,喷洒酚皂液、石炭酸消毒;每天日照时间4-5小时,夏季通风,圈舍温度保持在15-25℃,夏季通风,冬季保温,圈舍内温度不低于5℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肉牛的饲养方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述粗饲料是玉米秸、全株玉米青贮、牧草、小麦秸的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肉牛的饲养方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)育肥阶段精饲料每日分喂食3次,分别在5点、10点和17点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的肉牛的饲养方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)每日喂食饲料总量按照牛的体重的8-12%计算。
