本发明涉及一种含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,包括改性石墨烯纤维层和涤纶纤维层,所述改性石墨烯纤维层在面料中重量百分比含量不超过30%;所述涤纶纤维层为涤纶长丝编织而成;所述改性石墨烯纤维层为石墨烯短丝经过合股后编织而成。本发明还公开了所述含石墨烯面料的制备方法。本发明公开的石墨烯面料具有超强的远红外,能促进人体血液循环,而且具有优异的除菌抑菌、防紫外线、抗静电的作用,面料的性能稳定性好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种含石墨烯面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对服饰功能性的需求,其中纺织品保健功能作为当前受到大力追捧的纺织面料之一,受到了极大的关注,广泛用于服装及家居用品中。石墨烯面料作为众多功能性纺织面料中的一种,因为其具有内暖远红外保健功效,能有效改善人体微循环,除菌抑菌、防紫外线、抗静电,更是成为业内关注的焦点。
石墨烯面料是指石墨烯材料与普通纺织品有效结合,在保持纺织品各项基本性能的同时,具有石墨烯某一种或几种独特性质的面料纺织产品。目前含石墨烯面料的制备方法主要有两种,一种是在制备普通纺织品阶段添加石墨烯,制备石墨烯普通纺织品复合丝,一种是通过浸轧法进行整理在面料上结合石墨烯。在制备普通纺织品阶段添加石墨烯容易导致石墨烯的团聚,石墨烯的难分散易聚合的问题将会难以控制石墨烯在纤维内部和表面的用量,而且其工艺复杂,石墨烯分散均匀性得不到保证,难以量化。在后整理阶段通过浸轧法整理,需要添加有机交联剂,而且面料上结合的石墨烯量较少,结合力较弱;高温高压染色法,在不进行高温烘焙的情况下,石墨烯与面料的结合力较弱,耐洗牢度达不到要求。
申请公开号为CN103469555A的中国发明专利公开了一种防紫外线抗静电石墨烯涂层纺织面料的制备方法,其特点是:将石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到水溶性聚氨酯溶液中,混合溶液充分搅拌;将石墨烯遮蔽剂溶液置于浸轧机浸液槽中,织物基布在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将石墨烯遮蔽剂浸轧到织物上;再于高温烘箱中烘干。但注意到该制备方法中需经二浸二轧工序,费时且费力,效率低下。
因此,寻求一种更为有效的方法,制备出综合性能更佳的含石墨烯面料具有非常重要的意义,能促进石墨烯面料的商业化应用。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种含石墨烯面料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种含石墨烯面料,包括改性石墨烯纤维层和涤纶纤维层,所述改性石墨烯纤维层在面料中重量百分比含量不超过30%;所述涤纶纤维层为涤纶长丝编织而成;所述改性石墨烯纤维层为石墨烯短丝经过合股后编织而成。
优选地,所述合股工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将两股石墨烯短丝通过预处理液加热预处理;
步骤S2:将预处理后的两股石墨烯短丝进行假捻;
步骤S3:将经过假捻后的两股石墨烯短丝与涤纶长丝进行喷气加捻合股;最后将合股后的空包丝浸入上油剂中进行上油处理。
进一步地,所述预处理液包括如下重量份的各组份组成:2-[甲氧基(聚氧乙烯)丙基]三甲氧基硅烷15-20份、壳聚糖季铵盐5-10份、锗酸盐1-3份、氧化石墨烯1-3份、端氨基硅油硅油1-5份、乳化剂5-10份、异丙醇20-30份、水180-240份。
优选地,所述锗酸盐选自锗酸钠、锗酸锌、锗酸铜中的至少一种。
优选地,所述乳化剂选自乳化剂NP-10、乳化剂TX-10、乳化剂OP-10中的至少一种。
优选地,所述加热预处理的加热温度为50-60℃。
优选地,所述上油剂包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺10-15份、端环氧硅油3-5份、Alpha-五氟乙基-ω-[四氟(三氟甲基)乙氧基]-聚[氧[三氟(三氟甲基)-1,2-亚乙基]]3-6份、OP-40乳化剂3-6份、水40-60份。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明含石墨烯面料,具有超强的远红外,能促进人体血液循环,而且具有优异的除菌抑菌、防紫外线、抗静电的作用,面料的性能稳定性好,使用寿命长。采用合股的方法,将外购的石墨烯短丝粗度***,增加了粘度、小杂质得到清理,将两股合股后再与涤纶长丝合股,让改性石墨烯纤维层含有部分涤纶成分,增强了二者之间的相容性;在合股过程中添加预处理剂和上油剂进行处理,提高了粘度,强度,且引入抗菌壳聚糖、功能保健元素锗,各组分合理配伍,协同作用,进一步提高含石墨烯面料的综合性能。

所述加热预处理的加热温度为55℃。
所述上油剂包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺13份、端环氧硅油4份、Alpha-五氟乙基-ω-[四氟(三氟甲基)乙氧基]-聚[氧[三氟(三氟甲基)-1,2-亚乙基]]4.5份、OP-40乳化剂5份、水50份。
实施例4
实施例4提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:
所述预处理液包括如下重量份的各组份组成:2-[甲氧基(聚氧乙烯)丙基]三甲氧基硅烷19份、壳聚糖季铵盐9份、锗酸盐2.5份、氧化石墨烯2.5份、端氨基硅油硅油4份、乳化剂9份、异丙醇29份、水230份。所述锗酸盐是锗酸钠、锗酸锌、锗酸铜按质量比1:3:2混合而成。所述乳化剂是乳化剂NP-10、乳化剂TX-10、乳化剂OP-10按质量比2:4:5混合而成。
所述加热预处理的加热温度为58℃。
所述上油剂包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺14份、端环氧硅油4.5份、Alpha-五氟乙基-ω-[四氟(三氟甲基)乙氧基]-聚[氧[三氟(三氟甲基)-1,2-亚乙基]]5份、OP-40乳化剂5份、水55份。
实施例5
实施例5提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:
所述预处理液包括如下重量份的各组份组成:2-[甲氧基(聚氧乙烯)丙基]三甲氧基硅烷20份、壳聚糖季铵盐10份、锗酸钠3份、氧化石墨烯3份、端氨基硅油硅油5份、乳化剂TX-1010份、异丙醇30份、水240份。
所述加热预处理的加热温度为60℃。
所述上油剂包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺15份、端环氧硅油5份、Alpha-五氟乙基-ω-[四氟(三氟甲基)乙氧基]-聚[氧[三氟(三氟甲基)-1,2-亚乙基]]6份、OP-40乳化剂6份、水60份。
对比例1
对比例1提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:预处理液中不含有壳聚糖季铵盐。
对比例2
对比例2提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:预处理液中不含有2-[甲氧基(聚氧乙烯)丙基]三甲氧基硅烷。
对比例3
对比例3提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:上油剂中不含有三聚氰胺。
对比例4
对比例4提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:上油剂中不含有Alpha-五氟乙基-ω-[四氟(三氟甲基)乙氧基]-聚[氧[三氟(三氟甲基)-1,2-亚乙基]]。
对比例5
对比例5提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:改性石墨烯纤维层直接由石墨烯短丝编织而成。
对比例6
对比例6提供一种含石墨烯面料,制备方法及配方与实施例1同中国发明专利201610838637.7实施例2。
性能测试:上述各例中的含石墨烯面料,至于克重、抗菌性、抗静电、抗紫外和透气性进行测试,其结果列于表1中。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-5中的含石墨烯面料具有明显优于现有技术(对比例6)的性能,其轻薄透气、抗菌、抗紫外、抗静电性能优异;通过合股有利于提高性能,预处理液和上油剂中成分对改善面料性能具有协同作用。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,包括改性石墨烯纤维层和涤纶纤维层,所述改性石墨烯纤维层在面料中重量百分比含量不超过30%;所述涤纶纤维层为涤纶长丝编织而成;所述改性石墨烯纤维层为石墨烯短丝经过合股后编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述合股工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将两股石墨烯短丝通过预处理液加热预处理;
步骤S2:将预处理后的两股石墨烯短丝进行假捻;
步骤S3:将经过假捻后的两股石墨烯短丝与涤纶长丝进行喷气加捻合股;最后将合股后的空包丝浸入上油剂中进行上油处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述预处理液包括如下重量份的各组份组成:2-[甲氧基(聚氧乙烯)丙基]三甲氧基硅烷15-20份、壳聚糖季铵盐5-10份、锗酸盐1-3份、氧化石墨烯1-3份、端氨基硅油硅油1-5份、乳化剂5-10份、异丙醇20-30份、水180-240份。
4.根据权利要求3所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述锗酸盐选自锗酸钠、锗酸锌、锗酸铜中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自乳化剂NP-10、乳化剂TX-10、乳化剂OP-10中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述加热预处理的加热温度为50-60℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述上油剂包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺10-15份、端环氧硅油3-5份、Alpha-五氟乙基-ω-[四氟(三氟甲基)乙氧基]-聚[氧[三氟(三氟甲基)-1,2-亚乙基]] 3-6份、OP-40乳化剂3-6份、水40-60份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述含石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述含石墨烯面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将改性石墨烯纤维层和涤纶纤维层采用大圆机织造,即得含石墨烯面料。
