本发明公开了一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1)将铝箔卷放置于高速冲床上,放卷、冲压镂空、收卷,获得镂空铝箔卷;步骤2)将镂空铝箔卷、PET麦拉卷进行放卷;步骤3)通过网辊将色浆溶剂涂布于经步骤2)放卷后的PET麦拉上,烘干,获得涂布PET麦拉;步骤4)镂空铝箔与涂布PET麦拉进行复合、粘连,并收卷,获得复合带卷;步骤5)将复合带卷进行分切至所需规格。该方法制备异型开口铝箔复合带,效率高、质量高且方便调整开口尺寸,满足定制需求。

一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及材料加工技术领域,特别涉及一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法。
背景技术
铝箔复合带因其综合使用性能优异,是当前应用较为广泛的复合带,常用于广告装饰、包装材料、电缆材料中。在生产应用过程中,铝箔复合带需加设开口,以满足应用需求。但现有的产品中,对于非平口、斜纹等常规的铝箔开口,一般采用的是传统的机械方式控制,加工效率低,且多存在开口尺寸无法调整的缺陷,难以满足定制需求,开口边缘不整齐、开口未开完全等质量无法保障的问题。因此,提供一种可快速、高质量加工非常规异型开口且方便调整开口尺寸的铝箔复合带的制备方法就成为急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,生产效率高,产品质量有保障,且方便调整开口尺寸,能够满足定制需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):将铝箔卷放置于高速冲床的放卷装置上,放卷,经冲压模具冲压镂空后通过收卷装置收卷,获得镂空铝箔卷;所述高速冲床上设置有用于控制镂空间距的计米轮;
步骤2):将步骤1)获得的所述镂空铝箔卷放置于复合机的铝箔放卷设备上,将PET麦拉卷放置于所述复合机的PET放卷设备上,开启所述复合机,放卷;
步骤3):在色槽中加入色浆溶剂,并通过网辊将所述色浆溶剂涂布于经步骤2)所述放卷后的PET麦拉上,烘干,获得涂布PET麦拉;
步骤4):通过所述复合机的复合装置,将步骤2)中经所述放卷后的镂空铝箔与步骤3)获得的所述涂布PET麦拉进行复合、粘连,获得复合带;通过所述复合机的收卷设备将所述复合带进行收卷,获得复合带卷;
步骤5):将步骤4)获得的所述复合带卷进行分切。
作为一优选的实施方式,步骤2)中所述复合机采用微电脑干式复合机。
作为一优选的实施方式,步骤3)中所述烘干采用分段式烘干的方式。
作为一优选的实施方式,步骤5)中所述分切采用微电脑高速分切机。
采用上述技术方案,利用高压冲床对铝箔进行开口的镂空,可保证开口质量,通过设置用于控制镂空间距的计米轮,可方便尺寸调整,满足定制需求;采用微电脑干式复合机进行镂空铝箔与PET麦拉的复合、粘连,并采用微电脑高速分切机进行分切,精准控制分切尺寸,自动化作业,生产效率大幅度提高;通过该方法制备异型开口铝箔复合带,生产效率高,产品质量高且方便调整开口尺寸,满足定制需求。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
对本发明进一步说明,使所属技术领域的技术人员更好的实施本发明,本发明实施例一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):将铝箔卷放置于高速冲床的放卷装置上,放卷,经冲压模具冲压镂空后通过收卷装置收卷,获得镂空铝箔卷;高速冲床上设置有用于控制镂空间距的计米轮;
本发明实施例高速冲床采用高速的10吨冲床,高速冲床配备一个放卷装置与一个收卷装置,用于放、收铝箔卷;在高速冲床的两侧配备两个压辊轴,用来控制铝箔材料的水平度,利用异型冲压模具冲压镂空,保证开口质量;设置计米轮,通过计米轮将铝箔材料的长度行程传输至微电脑控制设备,控制设备给予高速冲床设备控制信号,用来控制镂空间距,可方便尺寸调整;通过高速冲床,将铝箔冲压至所需形状,开口整齐、质量可保障,冲压出的形状可以通过更换冲压模具和调整行程开关进行控制,满足各类定制需求。
步骤2):将步骤1)获得的镂空铝箔卷放置于复合机的铝箔放卷设备上,将PET麦拉卷放置于复合机的PET放卷设备上,放卷张力设置在20-40N,本发明实施例PET放卷设备张力设置为25N,铝箔放卷设备张力设置为30N,开启复合机,进行放卷;
复合机采用微电脑干式复合机,微电脑干式复合机包括微电脑控制设备、铝箔放卷设备、PET放卷设备、网辊涂布设备、烘箱设备、复合装置、收卷设备等相关装置,自动化程度高,提高生产效率。
步骤3):在色槽中加入色浆溶剂,并通过网辊将色浆溶剂涂布于经步骤2)放卷后的PET麦拉上,烘干,获得涂布PET麦拉;
色浆溶剂的主要成分为PVC胶水、醋酸乙酯、固化剂和色浆,各组分比例可根据客户需要进行调配;
烘干采用分段式烘干的方式,烘干温度设置为65-95度;烘干是通过复合机顶部的烘箱设备进行,本发明实施例烘箱为三段,第一段温度设置为90度,第二段温度为80度,第三段温度为70度,采用分段烘干的方式可以使得着色后的PET麦拉颜色更加稳定均匀;设置温度过低会导致颜色不均匀且溶剂中的水分较多不利于复合,设置温度过高容易导致PET材料产生变形。
步骤4):通过复合机的复合装置,将步骤2)中经放卷后的镂空铝箔与步骤3)获得的涂布PET麦拉进行复合、粘连,获得复合带;通过所述复合机的收卷设备将复合带进行收卷,收卷张力设置在20-40N,获得复合带卷;本发明实施例收卷张力设置为30N。
步骤5):将步骤4)获得的复合带卷进行分切,采用微电脑高速分切机,将成卷的复合带分切至所需规格,即可。
采用上述技术方案,制备获得的异型开口铝箔,经检测各性能均符合要求,材料颜色均匀,色泽度佳,抗拉强度≥60Mpa,满足使用要求。
利用高压冲床对铝箔进行开口的镂空,可保证开口质量,通过设置用于控制镂空间距的计米轮,可方便尺寸调整,满足定制需求;采用微电脑干式复合机进行镂空铝箔与PET麦拉的复合、粘连,并采用微电脑高速分切机进行分切,精准控制分切尺寸,自动化作业,生产效率大幅度提高;通过该方法制备异型开口铝箔复合带,生产效率高,产品质量高且方便调整开口尺寸,满足定制需求。

Claims (4)

1.一种异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):将铝箔卷放置于高速冲床的放卷装置上,放卷,经冲压模具冲压镂空后通过收卷装置收卷,获得镂空铝箔卷;所述高速冲床上设置有用于控制镂空间距的计米轮;
步骤2):将步骤1)获得的所述镂空铝箔卷放置于复合机的铝箔放卷设备上,将PET麦拉卷放置于所述复合机的PET放卷设备上,开启所述复合机,放卷;
步骤3):在色槽中加入色浆溶剂,并通过网辊将所述色浆溶剂涂布于经步骤2)所述放卷后的PET麦拉上,烘干,获得涂布PET麦拉;
步骤4):通过所述复合机的复合装置,将步骤2)中经所述放卷后的镂空铝箔与步骤3)获得的所述涂布PET麦拉进行复合、粘连,获得复合带;通过所述复合机的收卷设备将所述复合带进行收卷,获得复合带卷;
步骤5):将步骤4)获得的所述复合带卷进行分切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述复合机采用微电脑干式复合机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中所述烘干采用分段式烘干的方式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异型开口铝箔复合带的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤5)中所述分切采用微电脑高速分切机。
