The waste oil collecting device comprises a box body (1), wherein a water inlet (21) is formed in the upper side of the box body (1), a water outlet (12) is formed in one side of the middle part of the box body (1) in the height direction, and is characterized in that a separating plate (11) is arranged in the box body (1) from top to bottom, the separating plate (11) divides the inside of the box body (1) into two chambers, the lower side of the separating plate (11) is lower than the water outlet (12), the lower side of the separating plate (11) and the bottom wall of the box body (1) are arranged at intervals, and the water inlet (21) and the water outlet (12) are respectively positioned on two sides of the separating plate (11) in the thickness direction;
an oil storage tank (3) is arranged on one side of the tank body (1), a mounting frame (15) is erected on one side, close to the water inlet (21), of the separating plate (11) in the tank body (1), a lifting piece used for lifting oil on the upper layer of the oil in the water tank to the oil storage tank (3) is arranged on the mounting frame (15), and a driving assembly (42) used for driving the lifting piece to lift the oil is further arranged on the mounting frame (15);
the lifting part is a lifting disc (41), the axial direction of the lifting disc (41) is horizontally arranged, the lifting disc (41) is rotatably erected on the mounting frame (15), the lower side of the lifting disc (41) is not higher than the lower side of the water outlet (12), one side, close to the lifting disc (41), of the oil storage tank (3) is provided with an oil scraping plate (31), a fixing frame of the oil scraping plate (31) is arranged on the outer wall of the oil storage tank (3), the oil scraping plate (31) is obliquely and upwards arranged from one side of the oil storage tank (3) to the direction of the lifting disc (41), the upper side of the oil scraping plate (31) abuts against the side face of the lifting disc (41), and an oil inlet (32) is formed in the position of the joint of the oil storage tank (3) and the oil scraping plate (31);
drive assembly (42) include driving motor (422) and axis of rotation (421), axis of rotation (421) rotate to set up on mounting bracket (15), just axis of rotation (421) and promotion disc (41) are coaxial fixed, driving motor (422) are fixed on mounting bracket (15), the output shaft of driving motor (422) and the one end coaxial fastening of axis of rotation (421).

A waste oil collecting device according to claim 3, characterized in that the box body (1) is provided with a support frame (14) at the upper side position of one side of the separating plate (11) departing from the water outlet (12), the closing plate (2) is movably arranged on the support frame (14), the water inlet (21) is arranged on the closing plate (2), the filter screen (6) is positioned at the upper side of the closing plate (2), one side of the filter screen (6) is hinged on the box body (1), and the box body (1) is movably provided with a dustbin (7) at one side of the hinged point of the filter screen (6) departing from the closing plate (2).
5. An oil collection device according to claim 1, characterised in that the side walls of the oil reservoir (3) are provided with float level alarms (33).

An oil waste collection device according to claim 1, characterized in that a filtering barrel (8) is arranged in the box body (1) at one side of the separating plate (11) departing from the water inlet (21), a communicating port (81) is arranged at the lower side of the filtering barrel (8), a communicating pipe (82) is horizontally communicated in the middle of the filtering barrel (8), and the communicating pipe (82) penetrates into the water outlet (12).
7. A waste oil collecting device according to claim 6, characterized in that the filtering barrel (8) is provided with a filtering layer frame (9), the filtering layer frame (9) is in clearance fit with the filtering barrel (8), the filtering layer frame (9) is provided with stopping grooves (91), and the stopping grooves (91) are arranged in a plurality of groups at intervals up and down along the filtering layer frame (9).
8. An oil waste collecting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein an oil drain pipe (34) is connected to a lower side of the oil storage tank (3) away from the tank body (1), and a control valve (341) is provided on the oil drain pipe (34).
