技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,尤其涉及一种新型PVC复合地板。
背景技术
地板是人们较为喜爱的地面装饰材料,地板分为复合地板、实木地板、多层实木地板等,然而,上述这类地板长期使用后,都容易出现变形、开裂、磨损严重等情况,严重影响地板的美观度和舒适度。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,特制作一种耐磨损、使用寿命长且不易受潮的一种新型PVC复合地板。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种新型PVC复合地板,包括表皮层,表皮层下端设置有PVC基材层,PVC基材层下端设置有底部平衡层,表皮层包括第一三氧化二铝耐磨层,三氧化二铝耐磨层下端设置有装饰纸层,装饰纸层下端设置有第一科技木层,底部平衡层包括第二科技木层,第二科技木层下端设置有第二三氧化二铝耐磨层。
进一步地,第一三氧化二铝耐磨层中三氧化二铝的含量为15-60g/㎡。
进一步地,第一三氧化二铝耐磨层、装饰纸层和第一科技木层三者通过热压机制成表皮层,第二三氧化二铝耐磨层和第二科技木层通过热压机制成平衡层。
进一步地,第一科技木层厚度为30丝至80丝。
进一步地,PVC基材厚度为3-11mm。
进一步地,表皮层、PVC基材层和底部平衡层之间通过粘胶剂冷压固化,粘胶剂为AB双组份胶和聚氨酯胶水混合物。
进一步地,PVC基材层内填充有若干支撑柱,支撑柱贯穿于PVC基材层的厚度方向。
进一步地,支撑柱为直径8-15mm的实木圆柱。
本发明还提供一种新型PVC复合地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将三氧化二铝、装饰纸以及科技木通过热压机在压力18-30兆帕,温度170-250℃下热压10-40s,制备表皮层;
步骤二:将三氧化二铝、科技木通过热挤压机在压力18-30兆帕,温度170-250℃下热压10-40s,制备平衡层;
步骤三:用AB双组分胶,分别将表皮层和PVC基材层,平衡层和PVC基材层粘合,粘合后用冷压机加压固化。
进一步地,在步骤三之前,将PVC基材层沿厚度方向开设若干个通孔,通孔等径等距设置,在通孔内紧配套设支撑柱,支撑柱两端面与PVC基材厚度两平面平齐。
本发明的有益之处在于:
首先,PVC基材层上部设有表皮层,表皮层包括三氧化二铝耐磨层,三氧化二铝具有硬度高、防潮、熔点高以及不易磨损的特性,长期使用后,仍能保持良好的外观,另外,特别是对于偶尔烟蒂掉落地面,也不会对地板表面造成损伤。
其次,PVC基材层上下两面均设置了科技木层,在环境温度发生变化时,不会由于两侧材质不同,形变量不同而导致地板边缘翘起,衔接疏松等问题。

步骤三:用AB双组分胶,分别将表皮层和PVC基材层,平衡层和PVC基材层粘合,粘合后用冷压机加压固化。
9.根据权利要求9所述的一种新型PVC复合地板的生产方法,其特征在于,在步骤三之前,将PVC基材层沿厚度方向开设若干个通孔,通孔等径等距设置,在通孔内紧配套设支撑柱,支撑柱两端面与PVC基材厚度两平面平齐。
