一种解决三涂层油漆车身内外表面色差不一致方法,是在色漆内喷站对车身内表面喷涂色漆一涂层,在色漆第一外喷站喷涂色漆一涂层,在色漆第二外喷站喷涂色漆二涂层,在清漆内喷站喷涂有色清漆,在清漆外喷站喷涂透明清漆。有色清漆的树脂与透明清漆的树脂一致,有色清漆的稀释剂与透明清漆的稀释剂一致;若为双组份清漆,有色清漆的固化剂与透明清漆的固化剂一致。有色清漆内色浆采用与色漆二涂层的相同色相的色浆,这样喷涂车身后,车身内外表面搭接处,漆膜不会出现质量问题;如三涂层红色,内口采用红清漆,三涂层蓝色,内口可采用蓝色清漆,外表面采用透明清漆。本发明可有效避免车身内外表面色差不一致问题。

一种解决三涂层油漆车身内外表面色差不一致方法
技术领域
本发明涉及在轿车涂装工艺,是针对三涂层颜色喷涂的一种解决车身内外表面颜色差异的方法。
背景技术
三涂层颜色是指面漆层为三层结构,即色漆一涂层B1、色漆二涂层B2、罩光层。色漆一涂层B1和色漆二涂层B2是采用两种完全不同的色漆涂料喷涂,其断面结构如图1所示。目前现有的汽车三涂层颜色喷涂工艺喷涂后的车身,因为色漆一涂层B1和色漆二涂层B2是两种不同涂料,车身内表面(车门内板、车门门口、发动机盖内板、发动机仓、行李箱盖内板)与车身外表面(车身外板)存在颜色在色相上的差异,尤其在内外表面接口部位颜色差异目视明显,漆膜外观影响客户感知。
根据颜色效果,色漆一涂层B1和色漆二涂层B2可采用完全不同种类的油漆,通过色漆一涂层B1和色漆二涂层B2对光线透射、反射、吸收的不同,来实现特定的颜色效果。因为色漆一涂层B1和色漆二涂层B2颜色不一致,内表面喷涂完毕后在经过外表面喷涂后,色漆一涂层B1和色漆二涂层B2的漆雾会飘落在车身内表面导致内外颜色差异。若在色漆内喷站开发专用的内口漆,也会因为外喷涂料的漆雾飘落导致车身内表面导致内外颜色差异。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有轿车三涂层颜色喷涂存在的内外表面色差不一致问题,而提供一种解决三涂层油漆车身内外表面色差不一致方法。
本发明之方法是:
在色漆内喷站对车身内表面喷涂色漆一涂层,在色漆第一外喷站喷涂色漆一涂层,在色漆第二外喷站喷涂色漆二涂层,在清漆内喷站喷涂有色清漆,在清漆外喷站喷涂透明清漆。
有色清漆的树脂与透明清漆的树脂一致,有色清漆的稀释剂与透明清漆的稀释剂一致;若为双组份清漆,有色清漆的固化剂与透明清漆的固化剂一致。有色清漆内色浆采用与色漆二涂层的相同色相的色浆,这样喷涂车身后,车身内外表面搭接处,漆膜不会出现质量问题;如三涂层红色,内口采用红清漆,三涂层蓝色,内口可采用蓝色清漆,外表面采用透明清漆。
所述的喷站是指进行喷涂的房间。
本发明的有益效果:
利用传统双涂层颜色喷涂工艺布局,在不增加空间和设备改造投资的情况下,采用特殊工艺实现三涂层颜色喷涂工艺,可有效避免车身内外表面色差不一致问题。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本发明之方法是:
在色漆内喷站对车身内表面喷涂色漆一涂层B1,在色漆第一外喷站喷涂色漆一涂层B1,在色漆第二外喷站喷涂色漆二涂层B2,在清漆内喷站喷涂有色清漆,在清漆外喷站喷涂透明清漆。

1.一种解决三涂层油漆车身内外表面色差不一致方法,其特征在于:该方法是:在色漆内喷站对车身内表面喷涂色漆一涂层(B1),在色漆第一外喷站喷涂色漆一涂层(B1),在色漆第二外喷站喷涂色漆二涂层(B2),在清漆内喷站喷涂有色清漆,在清漆外喷站喷涂透明清漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解决三涂层油漆车身内外表面色差不一致方法,其特征在于:
