Abstract

本发明提供一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,在280‑330°C的高温下将聚酯纤维由固态变为液态后经由高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤,将过滤后的熔体混合均匀,使其粘度一致后添加无机单体后熔体经过高压计量泵,纺丝组件将熔体喷出,喷出后的熔体经由压制机压制冷却后裁剪制得聚酯布,通过在传统油毡基布上添加玻璃纤维可以较大程度上提高拉伸强度,且弹性系数高,弹性限度内伸长量大且拉伸强度高,故吸收冲击能量大,配合延伸剂可以较大程度上提高延伸率。

技术领域
本发明是一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,油毡基布属于无纺布的一种,又可以称之为:(胎基布,油毡基布,防水基布)。聚酯油毡基布是以100%涤纶短纤维经梳理成网、针刺加固、浸胶定型等工序加工而成的一种无纺布制品,形状是布型,一般宽幅为1020mm,长度为900m—1650m,厚度为0.6—1.4g,是现在比较流行的防水卷材(SBS、APP涂层)的主要胎基,但是现有的油毡基布存在强度以及延伸率不足的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明制作方便、强度高且具有高延伸率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在280-330°C的高温下将聚酯纤维由固态变为液态后经由高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤,将过滤后的熔体混合均匀,使其粘度一致后添加无机单体后熔体经过高压计量泵,纺丝组件将熔体喷出,喷出后的熔体经由压制机压制冷却后裁剪制得聚酯布;
S2:将叶腊石在窑炉中熔制成玻璃溶液,排除气泡后经通路运送至多孔漏板后高速拉制成玻纤原丝,将玻璃原丝均匀排布后放入加热炉中进行加热,加热后经由压制机压制后制得玻璃纤维布;
S3:将延伸剂喷涂在玻璃纤维布的两侧,喷涂延伸剂的玻璃纤维布置于两块聚酯布之间后经由压制机压制,压制后置于烘干箱中烘干。
进一步地,所述过滤器采用双级过滤并能够在线切换以得到高质量的熔体。
进一步地,所述无机单体重量份数的组分构成为:二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵20份、丙烯酸正丁酯15份、苯乙烯单体20份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐10份、苯甲酸铝盐3份、十二烷基硫醇5份、聚乙烯基环硅烷10份、聚乙烯二醇10份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P 5份。
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维的纤度为10-20dtex,纤维之间的隔距为6-10mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,通过在传统油毡基布上添加玻璃纤维可以较大程度上提高拉伸强度,且弹性系数高,弹性限度内伸长量大且拉伸强度高,故吸收冲击能量大,配合延伸剂可以较大程度上提高延伸率。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在280-330°C的高温下将聚酯纤维由固态变为液态后经由高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤,将过滤后的熔体混合均匀,使其粘度一致后添加无机单体后熔体经过高压计量泵,纺丝组件将熔体喷出,喷出后的熔体经由压制机压制冷却后裁剪制得聚酯布;
S2:将叶腊石在窑炉中熔制成玻璃溶液,排除气泡后经通路运送至多孔漏板后高速拉制成玻纤原丝,将玻璃原丝均匀排布后放入加热炉中进行加热,加热后经由压制机压制后制得玻璃纤维布;
S3:将延伸剂喷涂在玻璃纤维布的两侧,喷涂延伸剂的玻璃纤维布置于两块聚酯布之间后经由压制机压制,压制后置于烘干箱中烘干。

实施例3:在330°C的高温下将聚酯纤维由固态变为液态后经由高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤,将过滤后的熔体混合均匀,使其粘度一致后添加无机单体后熔体经过高压计量泵,纺丝组件将熔体喷出,喷出后的熔体经由压制机压制冷却后裁剪制得聚酯布;将叶腊石在窑炉中熔制成玻璃溶液,排除气泡后经通路运送至多孔漏板后高速拉制成玻纤原丝,将玻璃原丝均匀排布后放入加热炉中进行加热,加热后经由压制机压制后制得玻璃纤维布;将延伸剂喷涂在玻璃纤维布的两侧,喷涂延伸剂的玻璃纤维布置于两块聚酯布之间后经由压制机压制,压制后置于烘干箱中烘干,其中过滤器采用双级过滤并能够在线切换以得到高质量的熔体,无机单体重量份数的组分构成为:二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵20份、丙烯酸正丁酯15份、苯乙烯单体20份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐10份、苯甲酸铝盐3份、十二烷基硫醇5份、聚乙烯基环硅烷10份、聚乙烯二醇10份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P 5份,所述玻璃纤维的纤度为20dtex,纤维之间的隔距为10mm。

Claims (4)

1.一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
S1:在280-330°C的高温下将聚酯纤维由固态变为液态后经由高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤,将过滤后的熔体混合均匀,使其粘度一致后添加无机单体后熔体经过高压计量泵,纺丝组件将熔体喷出,喷出后的熔体经由压制机压制冷却后裁剪制得聚酯布;
S2:将叶腊石在窑炉中熔制成玻璃溶液,排除气泡后经通路运送至多孔漏板后高速拉制成玻纤原丝,将玻璃原丝均匀排布后放入加热炉中进行加热,加热后经由压制机压制后制得玻璃纤维布;
S3:将延伸剂喷涂在玻璃纤维布的两侧,喷涂延伸剂的玻璃纤维布置于两块聚酯布之间后经由压制机压制,压制后置于烘干箱中烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,其特征在于:所述过滤器采用双级过滤并能够在线切换以得到高质量的熔体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,其特征在于:所述无机单体重量份数的组分构成为:二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵20份、丙烯酸正丁酯15份、苯乙烯单体20份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐10份、苯甲酸铝盐3份、十二烷基硫醇5份、聚乙烯基环硅烷10份、聚乙烯二醇10份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P 5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高延伸油毡基布的生产方法,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维的纤度为10-20dtex,纤维之间的隔距为6-10mm。
