The authoritative pharmacopoeia of China (Chinese materia medica) lists that propolis has eight major efficacies of resisting pathogenic microorganisms, protecting liver, calming, promoting tissue repair, resisting tumors and the like.

Ganoderma lucidum, the scientific name is fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum ganodermatatum lucidum (Leys. ex Fr.) Karst, Ganoderma sinense ganodermatan sine Zhuao, Xu et Zhang [ G.japonicum (Fr.) Lloyd ] and the like, which have the effects of tonifying qi, soothing the nerves, relieving cough and asthma, and are used for treating dizziness, insomnia, palpitation, short breath, consumptive cough, protecting the liver, detoxifying, treating diabetes, improving cardiovascular system, whitening skin and the like. Recorded in the compendium of materia medica, "ganoderma lucidum is neutral in nature, bitter in taste and nontoxic, enters the channels of heart, lung and spleen and stomach, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, tonifying qi and soothing nerves, mainly binds in chest, benefits heart-qi, strengthens middle warmer, enhances wisdom, does not forget, is light and not old after being taken for a long time, and prolongs life.

Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae is whole plant of herba Hedyotidis Diffusae Hedyotis diffussa Willd. [ Oldenlandia diffussa (Willd.) ] Roxb. Sweet, bland and cool in nature. Has the following effects: clearing away heat and toxic material, promoting diuresis and treating stranguria, and inducing diuresis to alleviate edema. The oldenlandia diffusa is mainly used for treating: lung heat cough and asthma, sore throat, intestinal abscess, furuncle, sore and ulcer, venomous snake bite, stranguria with heat, edema, dysentery, enteritis, jaundice due to damp-heat, and cancer. Oldenlandia diffusa is recorded in Bencao gang mu and Ming Yi Bie Lu, has slightly bitter, sweet and cold taste, enters lung, stomach, large intestine and bladder channels, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, eliminating carbuncle and dissipating stagnation, and is mainly used for treating carbuncle, furuncle, swelling and pain, various tumors, wind-heat exogenous infection and infantile cough and asthma.

Although the propolis, the ganoderma lucidum and the oldenlandia diffusa have the above-mentioned remarkable effects, the release of the active ingredients and the formation and exertion of the synergistic medicinal effects thereof have been difficult to fully exert in the prior art based on the botanical properties of the propolis, the ganoderma lucidum and the oldenlandia diffusa. Based on the above purpose, the invention firstly provides a liquid preparation of a composition containing propolis, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.0-5.0 parts of propolis, 1.0-2.5 parts of ganoderma lucidum, and 1.0-2.5 parts of oldenlandia diffusa.

The oldenlandia diffusa is slightly bitter, sweet and cold in taste, enters lung, stomach, large intestine and bladder channels, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, eliminating carbuncle and dissipating binds, and mainly treats carbuncle, furuncle, swelling and pain, various tumors, wind-heat exogenous infection and cough and asthma of children.
