珠钢化涂料。它以聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乳液、白灰粉、滑
石粉、轻质钙构成。具有硬度高、立体感强、无毒无味
无污染、成本低廉等特点。
Description
本发明涉及一种建筑涂料，尤其是涂面为各色珠状结晶的装饰性涂料。
目前的装饰性建筑涂料中，低档涂料如106涂料等已逐渐被淘汰，高档涂料如高光冷瓷、多彩花纹涂料由于成本高，价格昂贵，一般消费者难以承受，而且其中含丙酮等有机物在生产及施工中散发有毒气体，给环境及人体带来了危害。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型多彩涂料，涂面呈珠状结晶，层次分明，立体感强，无毒无味无污染。
本发明的实施方案如下：以聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乳液、白灰粉、滑石粉、轻质钙、颜料混合均匀即得到本发明提供的涂料。
本发明的优点是：硬度高、耐水洗、耐酸碱、立体感强、无毒无味无污染。
本发明是通过如下方法实现的（以制取1吨涂料为例）：
1、将聚乙烯醇50公斤，加70-80℃温水600公斤，搅拌溶化制成胶水。
2、将丙烯酸乳液50公斤、白灰粉100公斤、滑石粉50公斤、轻质钙100公斤、广告粉25公斤，加温水25公斤溶化，搅拌均匀即为成品。

1、一种多彩玉珠钢化涂料，其特征是以聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乳液、白灰粉、滑石粉、轻质钙等配制而成。
