Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,包括玻纤布、特氟龙布和针织无纺布,所述玻纤布的下表面与所述特氟龙布的上表面叠合,所述玻纤布的上表面与所述针织无纺布叠合,所述特氟龙布的下表面与所述针织无纺布叠合,经热压成型为耐高温热压缓冲材料。本发明耐高温热压缓冲材料具有优异的耐高温性能,可达300摄氏度以上,符合5G铜须对高频传输材料的耐热性要求;具有优异的复原性能,能够反复用于多次的热压,可重复使用达500次以上;厚度可达5mm以上,可使用机械手臂代替人工作业,实现自动化操作作业,提高生产效率。

Description

一种耐高温热压缓冲材料
技术领域
本发明涉及热压缓冲材料,特别涉及一种耐高温热压缓冲材料。
背景技术
热压缓冲材料,主要用于在LCD、LED、PCB的制程上,作为异方性导电膜(ACF:AnisotropicConductiveFilm异方性导电薄膜一种导电性微粒均匀分布在其中的黏性薄膜)的热压着缓冲使用,目的在于将热压头高温传导至ACF使其软化并产生粘着效果,以及作为热压头的接触缓冲材料。
现有技术中,作为热压用缓冲材料多使用层叠了3-20张的牛皮纸的纸质材料。纸质的缓冲材料,除了便宜以外,还具备在缓冲性、面内均匀性以及热传导性方面均衡的物理性质。但是,5G通讯对板材的耐高温性能要求非常高,高频传输的PTFE材料的TG值在260摄氏度以上,PCB板在制作时热压合耐热温度需达到300摄氏度以上,传统的牛皮纸最高耐温为200摄氏度,耐高温性能差,无法满足5G通讯对板材的耐热性要求。牛皮纸纤维容易脆化,纸质的缓冲材料在挤压后没有空隙的复原力,进而构成纤维产生热劣化,导致无法反复用于多次挤压,一般使用三次。牛皮纸由于克重轻,压合叠放牛皮纸无法做到自动化作业,导致生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,具有耐高温,可反复使用,可用于自动化操作的特点,能够节省成本,提高生产效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,包括玻纤布、特氟龙布和针织无纺布,所述玻纤布的下表面与所述特氟龙布的上表面叠合,所述玻纤布的上表面与所述针织无纺布叠合,所述特氟龙布的下表面与所述针织无纺布叠合,经热压成型为耐高温热压缓冲材料。
优选的,所述针织无纺布包括以下质量百分比的原料:间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维80-85%、苎麻10-15%和聚酯3-5%。
优选的,所述针织无纺布为经过耐热性树脂涂布处理的针织无纺布,其空隙率为60-90%。
优选的,所述耐热性树脂包括以下质量百分比的原料:硅橡胶60-65%、乙烯丙烯橡胶30-35%和三元乙丙橡胶3-5%。
优选的,所述间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维与所述硅橡胶和乙烯丙烯橡胶的体积比率为1/1.5-1/7.5。
优选的,所述玻纤布的厚度为1-3mm。
优选的,所述特氟龙布的厚度为1-3mm。
优选的,所述针织无纺布的厚度为2-4mm。
优选的,所述耐高温热压缓冲材料的密度为0.6-0.9g/cm3
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明为将纤维和耐高温树脂经过复合形成空隙率为60-90%的材料,由于耐高温树脂的存在能够防止纤维的破损,并且在挤压后发挥空隙的复原力。因此,本发明材料具有优异的耐高温性能,可达300摄氏度以上,符合5G铜须对高频传输材料的耐热性要求;具有优异的复原性能,能够反复用于多次的热压,可重复使用达500次以上;厚度可达5mm以上,可使用机械手臂代替人工作业,实现自动化操作作业,提高生产效率。

实施例1
一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,包括玻纤布1,厚度为1.5mm,特氟龙布2,厚度为1.5mm和针织无纺布3,厚度为2mm。
本实施例中,针织无纺布3由以下质量百分比的原料组成:间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维80%、苎麻15%和聚酯5%组成,针织无纺布3经过耐热性树脂涂布处理,使空隙率达到80%,耐热性树脂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:硅橡胶65%、乙烯丙烯橡胶30%和三元乙丙橡胶5%。
如图1所示,将玻纤布1的下表面与特氟龙布2的上表面叠合,再将玻纤布1的上表面与针织无纺布3叠合,特氟龙布2的下表面与针织无纺布3叠合,经热压成型为5mm厚的耐高温热压缓冲材料。
实施例2
一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,包括玻纤布1,厚度为2mm,特氟龙布2,厚度为2mm和针织无纺布3,厚度为3mm。
本实施例中,针织无纺布3由以下质量百分比的原料组成:间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维85%、苎麻10%和聚酯5%组成,针织无纺布3经过耐热性树脂涂布处理,使空隙率达到70%,耐热性树脂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:硅橡胶60%、乙烯丙烯橡胶35%和三元乙丙橡胶5%。
如图1所示,将玻纤布1的下表面与特氟龙布2的上表面叠合,再将玻纤布1的上表面与针织无纺布3叠合,特氟龙布2的下表面与针织无纺布3叠合,经热压成型为7mm厚的耐高温热压缓冲材料。
实施例3
一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,包括玻纤布1,厚度为1mm,特氟龙布2,厚度为1mm和针织无纺布3,厚度为4mm。
本实施例中,针织无纺布3由以下质量百分比的原料组成:间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维85%、苎麻12%和聚酯3%组成,针织无纺布3经过耐热性树脂涂布处理,使空隙率达到90%,耐热性树脂由以下质量百分比的原料组成:硅橡胶65%、乙烯丙烯橡胶32%和三元乙丙橡胶3%。
如图1所示,将玻纤布1的下表面与特氟龙布2的上表面叠合,再将玻纤布1的上表面与针织无纺布3叠合,特氟龙布2的下表面与针织无纺布3叠合,经热压成型为6mm厚的耐高温热压缓冲材料。

1.一种耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:包括玻纤布、特氟龙布和针织无纺布,所述玻纤布的下表面与所述特氟龙布的上表面叠合,所述玻纤布的上表面与所述针织无纺布叠合,所述特氟龙布的下表面与所述针织无纺布叠合,经热压成型为耐高温热压缓冲材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述针织无纺布包括以下质量百分比的原料:间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维80-85%、苎麻10-15%和聚酯3-5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述针织无纺布为经过耐热性树脂涂布处理的针织无纺布,其空隙率为60-90%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述耐热性树脂包括以下质量百分比的原料:硅橡胶60-65%、乙烯丙烯橡胶30-35%和三元乙丙橡胶3-5%。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述间位芳香族聚酰胺纤维与所述硅橡胶和乙烯丙烯橡胶的体积比率为1/1.5-1/7.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述玻纤布的厚度为1-3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述特氟龙布的厚度为1-3mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述针织无纺布的厚度为2-4mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温热压缓冲材料,其特征在于:所述耐高温热压缓冲材料的密度为0.6-0.9g/cm3
