Abstract
一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂及含该添加剂的饲料,属于养殖饲料技术领域。该添加剂按重量份由黄芪15‑25份、绞股蓝15‑25份、陈皮6‑10份、黄柏6‑10份、黄芩6‑10份、苍术6‑10份、穿心莲6‑10份、白头翁6‑10份、山楂4‑8份及乌药4‑8份组成。本发明采用黄芪、绞股蓝等数种中草药配制成添加剂,添加到奶牛的常规基础日粮中时,能缩短母牛妊娠天数,提早母牛产后首次发情及产后首次配种时间,进而缩短母牛产犊间隔,提高奶牛繁殖能力和牛场养殖经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于养殖饲料技术领域,涉及一种能缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂,同时涉及含有该复方中草药饲料添加剂的饲料,还涉及该饲料添加剂与饲料在缩短奶牛产犊间隔中的应用。
背景技术
妊娠后期奶牛经过长期的泌乳和胎儿孕育,体内消耗了大量的营养物质,妊娠后期奶牛需要储备一定的营养来维持胎儿的正常发育,同时也为哺乳期做准备。因此,妊娠后期对奶牛的健康和产后生产性能是非常重要的。
围产期奶牛与其它阶段奶牛相比,在生理代谢上存在着特殊性,在经历妊娠-分娩-泌乳的一系列生理学变动后,奶牛能量需求增加,如果摄入不足将导致能量负平衡的发生,而这种能量负平衡状态又会反过来影响奶牛的一系列生理及代谢活动,使奶牛的各种营养性及代谢性疾病的发病率增加,从而影响犊牛的生长发育及母牛的产后恢复,严重影响经济效益。
为了改善妊娠后期,特别是围产期能量负平衡对奶牛的不利影响,人们采用了多种方法来增加奶牛的营养及能量摄入,如改善日粮能量供应、补充脂肪、补饲淀粉、灌注丙二醇等。与此同时,为了降低奶牛发病率,实际生产中人们普遍使用抗生素等化学药物来对症治疗。这些化学药物的使用可在一定程度上使奶牛的病症等到缓解,但若长期使用则会使奶牛体内药物残留超标,且易产生耐药性。为此,中草药作为天然饲料添加剂又重新回到了人们的视野。
中草药来源于自然,具有与食物同源、同体、同用的特点,且毒副作用小、不易产生耐药性,不仅具有药用功能,还可为动物生长提供相应的营养元素。以中草药作为饲料添加剂在生产上应用具有一定的优势,研究表明,天然中草药作为饲料添加剂具有促进动物生长发育、提高动物生产性能、增强动物体质、防病和治病等作用,是理想的饲料添加剂。
由于中药种类繁多,所含成分复杂多样,不同性味药物组成的复方具有多种功效,故其药效还与应用对象的生理特点关系密切。研究表明,黄芪、绞股蓝分别与不同中草药配合添加至饲粮中可改善鸡、猪等动物的健康状况,提高动物生产性能,如绞股蓝添加至饲料中可提高绿壳蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重、降低肉仔鸡血糖含量及促进仔鸡生长、提高断奶仔猪抗氧化力及免疫能力;将黄芪与其它中草药配合添加至饲料中可改善肉鸡血液生理生化指标,增强其抗氧化功能;可以缓解仔猪断奶应激,促进仔猪生长;提高奶牛产奶量与乳品质、减缓肉牛热应激、改善奶牛机体代谢等,但目前尚没有黄芪、绞股蓝与其它中草药配合饲喂或者以二者为主的中草药制剂对奶牛产后发情、产犊间隔等繁殖活动的关系研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂及含该添加剂的饲料与应用,通过将黄芪、绞股蓝与其他中草药进行配制,以有效缩短奶牛产犊间隔。
为达上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂按重量份由以下组分组成:黄芪15-25份、绞股蓝15-25份、陈皮6-10份、黄柏6-10份、黄芩6-10份、苍术6-10份、穿心莲6-10份、白头翁6-10份、山楂4-8份及乌药4-8份。
较佳的,所述饲料添加剂按重量份由以下组分组成:黄芪18-22份、绞股蓝18-22份、陈皮7-9份、黄柏7-9份、黄芩7-9份、苍术7-9份、穿心莲7-9份、白头翁7-9份、山楂5-7份及乌药5-7份。
最佳的,该饲料添加剂按重量份由以下组分组成:黄芪20份、绞股蓝20份、陈皮8份、黄柏8份、黄芩8份、苍术8份、穿心莲8份、白头翁8份、山楂6份及乌药6份。
本发明所采用的各中草药的功效如下:
黄芪:本品为豆科植物蒙古黄芪的根。味甘,性微温;归脾、肺经。有补气固表,托毒排脓,利尿,生肌的功效。用于气虚乏力、久泻脱肛、自汗、水肿、子官脱垂、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病、疮口久不愈合。
绞股蓝:本品为葫芦科植物绞股蓝的全草。性寒,味苦。有消炎解毒,止咳祛痰的功效。现多用作滋补强壮药。
陈皮:本品为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。味苦、辛,性温。归肺、脾经。有理气健脾,燥湿化痰的功效。用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
黄柏:本品为芸香科植物黄皮树的干燥树皮。味苦,性寒。归肾、膀胱经。有清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮的功效。用于湿热泻痢,黄疸尿赤,带***痒,热淋涩痛,脚气痿蹙,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹湿疮。
黄芩:本品为唇形科植物黄芩的干燥根。味苦、性寒。有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。
苍术:为菊科植物茅苍术或北苍术的干燥根茎。味辛、苦,性温。归脾、胃、肝经。有燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目的功效。用于湿阻中焦,脘腹胀满,泄泻,水肿,脚气痿蹙,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲,眼目昏涩。
穿心莲:本品为爵床科植物穿心莲的干燥地上部分。味苦,性寒。归心,肺,大肠,膀胱经。有清热解毒,凉血消肿的功效。用于感冒发热,咽喉肿痛,口舌生疮,顿咳劳嗽,泄泻痢疾,热淋涩痛,痈肿疮疡,蛇虫咬伤。
白头翁:本品为毛茛科植物白头翁的干燥根。味苦,性寒。归胃、大肠经。具有清热解毒,凉血止痢之功效,常用于热毒血痢,阴痒带下。
山楂:本品为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实。味酸、甘,性微温。归脾、胃、肝经。有消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂的功效。用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,胸痹心痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症。焦山楂消食导滞作用增强。用于肉食积滞,泻痢不爽。
乌药:本品为樟科植物乌药的干燥块根。味辛,性温。归肺、脾、肾、膀胱经。有行气止痛,温肾散寒的功效。用于寒凝气滞,胸腹胀痛,气逆喘急,膀胱虚冷,遗尿尿频,疝气疼痛,经寒腹痛。
本发明所使用的中草药是经抑菌试验(大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、巴氏杆菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌)后精选的具有明显抑菌效果的药物。它们本身是一种营养添加剂,且具有益生元的作用,含有丰富的多糖和有机酸,可促进本产品中的益生菌快速繁殖,益生菌大量繁殖能产生大量酶,如蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维分解酶等。这些酶类对中草药和动物饲料等加以分解和消化吸收,充分提高粗蛋白、粗脂肪、纤维素、微量元素的吸收率,提高分娩前母牛营养水平,从而有助于产后母牛提早发情、配种和缩短产犊间隔。
本发明的复方中草药饲料添加剂的制备方法是:按上述重量份取黄芪、绞股蓝、陈皮、黄柏、黄芩、苍术、穿心莲、白头翁、山楂及乌药,分别粉碎后混匀,即可。
本发明同时提供一种饲料,该饲料中添加有上述饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂的添加量为饲料总重量的0.7%-1%。
本发明还提供上述饲料添加剂或饲料在缩短奶牛产犊间隔中的应用,下面以实验数据进行说明。
1.对妊娠后期奶牛干物质采食量、抗氧化能力及生殖激素分泌的影响
选择胎次、体重、妊娠期(7个月左右)相近的18头健康的荷斯坦奶牛(均为初产牛),随机分为二组:对照组和实验组,每组9头,每个试验组包含六个重复。对照组饲喂奶牛的常规基础日粮,实验组饲喂的常规基础日粮中添加有0.8%的本发明的中草药饲料添加剂,连续喂饲6天。二组奶牛分别饲养于二间散栏式牛舍,每天分别于6:30、17:30饲喂2次TMR,自由饮水。
试验第0、7d、14d、21d、28d于晨饲前对每头牛尾静脉采血,采血量为10mL,3000r/min离心15min,分离血清,放入-20℃冰箱中保存待测。测定采食量时,每天准确记录投料量和剩料量,然后结合饲料干物质含量(经烘干测定),计算日平均干物质采食量。
基础日粮(配比):青贮40%、青草20%、花生秧17.5%、羊草7.5%、玉米7.8%、麸皮3%、豆粕2.25%、棉粕1.35%、碳酸钙0.15%、磷酸氢钙0.07%、食盐0.08%、小苏打0.15%、预混料0.15%。其中,每千克预混料含:VA 200000IU,VD 50000IU,VE 1000mg,烟酸1550mg,Fe 2400mg,Cu 400mg,Zn 2100mg,Mn 600mg,Mg 100g,Se 20mg,I 80mg,Co 12mg。
母牛血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量采用酶标仪测定,试剂盒购于南京建成生物工程研究所。
试验结果:
(1)对妊娠后期奶牛干物质采食量的影响
由表1-1可知,在给定的实验时期,自喂药之后,实验组的采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明本复方中草药添加剂在一定程度上能减少奶牛采食量,节省饲料费用。

(2)对妊娠后期奶牛抗氧化能力的影响
参见表1-2,表中数据显示,与对照组相比,从实验第7天开始,MDA含量明显降低(实验组低于对照组),而血清T-AOC、CAT、GSH-PX、SOD的含量,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),表明本发明添加剂能明显提高妊娠后期奶牛机体抗氧化能力。

(3)对妊娠后期奶牛生殖激素分泌的影响
参见表1-3,血清E2从7d开始,对照组显著低于实验组(P<0.05),而血清P4则是实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。表明本发明中复方中草药添加剂能降低妊娠后期奶牛***水平,且补饲中草药后使血清孕酮含量增加,从而有利于维持妊娠。

2.对围产期奶牛抗氧化能力、奶牛血清生殖激素含量、奶牛妊娠天数、产后发情和产犊间隔的影响
将上述奶牛进行围产期有关试验研究(分组及各组饲喂同上,实验组自预产期前14天再次饲喂中草药,连续饲喂6天)。二组试验牛分别饲养于二间散栏式牛舍,每天分别于6:30、17:30饲喂2次TMR,自由饮水。
分别于产前14d(-14d),产前7d(-7d),产犊当天(0d),产后7d(7d),产后14d(14d),产后21d(21d)早晨饲喂前对所有试验母牛进行尾静脉采血,用无抗凝采血管采集10mL血液,倾斜静置30min后,以3500r/min离心15min,吸取离心后的上清液,制备血清,放置于-20℃冷冻保存备用。
母牛血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量采用酶标仪测定,试剂盒购于南京建成生物工程研究所。
记录每头试验母牛的分娩日期,记录并统计每头母牛的产后首次发情天数、产后首次配种天数,并预算下次分娩日期,推测每头牛的产犊间隔。
试验结果:
(1)对围产期奶牛抗氧化能力的影响
参见表2-1,从第-7d开始,对于GSH-PX、SOD、CAT,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对于MDA,从第-7d开始,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);而对于T-AOC而言,从第-7d开始,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,与对照组相比,自产前7天起,实验组奶牛血清抗氧化酶(GSH-PX、SOD、CAT)活性明显提高,血清MDA含量明显降低,T-AOC明显升高,表明本发明添加剂在提高围产期奶牛机体抗氧化能力方面有着明显的效果。

(2)对围产期奶牛血清生殖激素含量的影响
参见表2-2,对于FSH而言,0d、21d时,实验组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);时,-7d、7d、14d时,实验组均高于对照组,但没有显著性差异(P>0.05);自第-7d起,实验组相对于对照组皆有所升高。对于LH而言,-7d、0d时,实验组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);7d、14d、21d时,实验组均高于对照组。对于P4而言,0d、7d、21d时,实验组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),在整个试验期间,各组奶牛血清P4含量均呈现降低趋势。对于E2而言,-7d时,实验组奶牛血清E2显著低于对照组(P<0.05);0d时,实验组E2低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);21d时,实验组E2显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,本发明的添加剂对围产期奶牛血清生殖激素水平产生一定的调节作用,奶牛产后血清FSH、LH、E2含量呈上升趋势,P4呈下降趋势,形成有利于奶牛产后发情的生殖内分泌环境。

(3)对奶牛妊娠天数、产后发情和产犊间隔的影响
参见表2-3,与对照组相比,实验组奶牛的妊娠天数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),缩短了7.17d。与对照组相比,实验组奶牛产后首次发情天数极显著提前(P<0.01),提前了9d。与对照组相比,实验组奶牛产后首次配种天数均极显著提前(P<0.01),提前了7.83d。与对照组相比,实验组奶牛产犊间隔明显缩短,缩短了10.83d。上述结果表明,与对照组相比,实验组奶牛妊娠天数均有所缩短,产后首次配种天数均明显提前,表明本发明可缩短奶牛的产犊间隔,提高奶牛繁殖性能。

3.结论:
由上述数据可知,本发明的添加剂添加至奶牛的常规基础日粮中有着良好效果,可提高奶牛机体抗氧化力;此外,由于能缩短奶牛的妊娠天数,并可促进发情,使奶牛产后首次配种天数提前。因此,本发明的添加剂添加到奶牛的常规基础日粮中喂饲时能缩短奶牛的产犊间隔,从而提高奶牛的繁殖性能。
本发明采用黄芪、绞股蓝等数种中草药配制成添加剂,添加到奶牛的常规基础日粮中时,能缩短母牛妊娠天数,提早母牛产后首次发情及产后首次配种时间,进而缩短母牛产犊间隔,提高奶牛繁殖能力和牛场养殖经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量份取黄芪15份、绞股蓝15份、陈皮6份、黄柏6份、黄芩6份、苍术6份、穿心莲6份、白头翁6份、山楂4份及乌药4份,分别粉碎后混匀,即得本发明的饲料添加剂。将该饲料添加添加剂到奶牛的常规基础日粮中,即得本发明的饲料,该饲料中饲料添加剂的添加量为饲料总重量的0.75%。
实施例2
按重量份取黄芪25份、绞股蓝25份、陈皮10份、黄柏10份、黄芩10份、苍术10份、穿心莲10份、白头翁10份、山楂8份及乌药8份,分别粉碎后混匀,即得本发明的饲料添加剂。
实施例3
按重量份取黄芪20份、绞股蓝20份、陈皮8份、黄柏8份、黄芩8份、苍术8份、穿心莲8份、白头翁8份、山楂6份及乌药6份,分别粉碎后混匀,即得本发明的饲料添加剂。
实施例4
按重量份取黄芪18份、绞股蓝18份、陈皮7份、黄柏7份、黄芩7份、苍术7份、穿心莲7份、白头翁7份、山楂5份及乌药5份,分别粉碎后混匀,即得本发明的饲料添加剂。
实施例5
按重量份取黄芪22份、绞股蓝22份、陈皮9份、黄柏9份、黄芩9份、苍术9份、穿心莲9份、白头翁9份、山楂7份及乌药7份,分别粉碎后混匀,即得本发明的饲料添加剂。将该饲料添加添加剂到奶牛的常规基础日粮中,即得本发明的饲料,该饲料中饲料添加剂的添加量为饲料总重量的1%。

1.一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂,其特征在于,该饲料添加剂按重量份由以下组分组成:黄芪15-25份、绞股蓝15-25份、陈皮6-10份、黄柏6-10份、黄芩6-10份、苍术6-10份、穿心莲6-10份、白头翁6-10份、山楂4-8份及乌药4-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂,其特征在于,该饲料添加剂按重量份由以下组分组成:黄芪18-22份、绞股蓝18-22份、陈皮7-9份、黄柏7-9份、黄芩7-9份、苍术7-9份、穿心莲7-9份、白头翁7-9份、山楂5-7份及乌药5-7份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的复方中草药饲料添加剂,其特征在于,该饲料添加剂按重量份由以下组分组成:黄芪20份、绞股蓝20份、陈皮8份、黄柏8份、黄芩8份、苍术8份、穿心莲8份、白头翁8份、山楂6份及乌药6份。
4.一种缩短奶牛产犊间隔的饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料中添加有权利要求1-3中任一项所述的饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂的添加量为饲料总重量的0.7%-1%。
