技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬冷藏保鲜领域,特别是科研实验用途的一种可移动式果蔬气调库。
背景技术
传统的果蔬贮藏保鲜方法有简易贮藏、通风库贮藏、辐射保鲜、化学保鲜、冷库贮藏。简易贮藏、通风库贮藏设备简单、投资少,但贮藏效果差,贮藏期短,腐烂损失严重。辐
射及化学保鲜在部分水果上有一定适用性,但存在辐射及化学残留污染,不是所有果蔬都
能应用。
气调库又称气调贮藏是当今最先进的果蔬保鲜贮藏方法。它是在冷藏的基础上,增加气体成分调节,通过对贮藏环境中温度、湿度、二氧化碳、氧气浓度和乙烯浓度等条件的控制,抑制果蔬呼吸作用,延缓其新陈代谢过程,更好地保持果蔬新鲜度和商品性,延长果蔬贮藏期和保鲜期(销售货架期)。通常气调贮藏比普通冷藏可延长贮藏期0.5-1倍;气调库内储藏的果蔬,出库后先从“休眠”状态“苏醒”,这使果蔬出库后保鲜期(销售货架期) 可延长 21~28 天,是普通冷藏库的 3~4倍。
气调库一般由气密库体、气调***、制冷***、加湿***、压力平衡***以及温度、湿度、O2、CO2,气体自动检测控制***构成。现有的气调库多少通过制氮机来生产高纯度氮气,注入氮气后配合脱氧设备,建立一个低氧的气调环境,但是这样的气调库的建设及运行成本较高,且多采用大空间的储存空间会导致气调时间过长,不适应于短期的储藏,特别是果蔬的储藏。且现有的气调库都为固定装置,不能进行长距离的运输,这无形中也降低了气调库的推广使用。
乙烯(C2H4)是果品本身新陈代谢的产物,外部环境中烟囱排放的烟雾,汽车尾气,某些工厂的废气中也含有一定数量的乙烯。它是一种能促进水果呼吸,加快成熟衰老的植物激素。对乙烯非常敏感的果品,如猕猴桃、香蕉等,必须把贮藏条件下的乙烯浓度脱至阈值以下,一般达0.02ppm的水平;苹果、梨等采用低乙烯气调贮藏,贮藏效果会大大提高;对乙烯不敏感的果品,气调贮藏不必安装乙烯脱除装置。
目前商用的小型移动式气调厢均存在一些不足,如不方便移动;调节方便、耗能高、体积大;如何设置一种可以跟随车辆移动(作为车厢)、结构简单、耗能低的气调厢是目前市场所需要的。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是,针对上述问题,提供一种可移动式果蔬气调库,能够实现移动,方便对方便对果蔬、采样样品及时保存;其结构相对现有技术固定式气调库成本低、耗能少、能够满足日常果蔬保鲜运行、以及科研中对果蔬存储及采样研究。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:

库体,呈矩形货柜结构,所述库体沿其长度方向依次设置设备室和储物室;所述设备室左右两侧分别设置设备门;所述储物室为保温密封结构,其远离设备室一端设有密封门,储物室一侧还设有取样门;所述储物室顶部设有管道架,并通过管道架放置有排气管和冷气管,位于储物室侧壁设有进气管;所述进气管横截面为圆弧形结构,由不锈钢与库体侧壁焊接形成的弧形结构,进气管均布有若干进气孔;所述储物室内对应取样门处设置有绕取样门边框连接的密封膜、以及与密封膜连接的取样组件,所述密封膜呈筒状结构;所述取样组件包括框架、保温层、观察窗、隔离手套、取样格、支板和行走轮;所述框架与取样门轮廓对应,其轮廓边缘与所述密封膜一端边缘对应贴合密封;所述框架中设有保温层,位于框架上由上至下依次设有观察窗、隔离手套和取样格,所述行走轮设置在框架底部;所述取样格为矩形结构,其上端为开口,且对应该开口设有沿其水平滑动密封的盖板,取样格位于框架相对密封膜的一侧,并与框架固定连接;
气调控制***,包括控制面板,以及与控制面板连接的制冷机、加湿器、灭菌机、制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机、温湿传感器和气体浓度传感装置;所述制冷机输出端连接冷气管,灭菌机为臭氧灭菌装置,连接所述进气管;所述制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机分别连接排气管;所述温湿传感器、气体浓度传感装置设置在管道架下端面;所述控制面板、制冷机、加湿器、灭菌机、制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机均设置在设备室内。

气调库在实际运行中,当果蔬放入箱内后,要进行抽真空,使其与空气隔绝,然后进行臭氧清毒杀菌,使果蔬表体更深一步清洁,第三步再进行氮气的补充,真正的做到与空气的完全隔绝,这样就使果蔬处在一个完全睡眠的状态,然后定期在给其除已烯(去除果蔬贮藏环境或密闭包装中的致熟激素),经过这些处理后,就会使果蔬完美储存。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明采用箱式结构,结构紧凑、外形美观,选用全封闭制冷压缩机,震动小、噪音小、运行可靠性好;通过设置采样组件可以对放置的样品进行采样,无需打开储物室,这样避免气体浓度失衡,而多次开启会增加耗能及成本;同时采样组件采用可收叠结构,可以根据需要调节从而拿去样本,或者在存量较多时收叠,腾出空间。
2.本发明方便移动,能够满足对果蔬研究中对样品的及时储存,经本发明储存过的果蔬,很好地保持果蔬原有的形、色、香味;果实硬度高于普通冷藏;贮藏时间延长;果实腐烂率低、自然损耗 (失水率) 低 ;延长货架期。由于果蔬长期受低02和高C02的作用,当解除气调状态后果蔬仍有一段很长时间的“滞后效应”或休眠期;可长途运输,这样避免了现有技术对果蔬采样中,果蔬采摘后存在的无处理放置状态,提高了研究数据的准确性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对发明的具体实施进一步说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明公开一种可移动式果蔬气调库,其由库体1和气调控制***组成。
其中,库体1呈矩形货柜结构,库体1尺寸规格为4m×2m×2m。库体1沿其长度方向依次设置设备室3和储物室2。设备室3左右两侧分别设置设备门5。储物室2为保温密封结构,其远离设备室3一端设有密封门4,储物室2一侧还设有取样门6。储物室2顶部设有管道架14,并通过管道架14放置有排气管15和冷气管17,位于储物室2侧壁设有进气管16;进气管16横截面为圆弧形结构,由不锈钢与库体1侧壁焊接形成的弧形结构,进气管16均布有若干进气孔。储物室2内对应取样门6处设置有绕取样门6边框连接的密封膜8、以及与密封膜8连接的取样组件7,所述密封膜8呈筒状结构。
如图4所示,取样组件7包括框架71、保温层72、观察窗73、隔离手套74、取样格75、支板77和行走轮78;所述框架71与取样门6轮廓对应,其轮廓边缘与所述密封膜8一端边缘对应贴合密封。框架71中设有保温层72,位于框架71上由上至下依次设有观察窗73、隔离手套74和取样格75,所述行走轮78设置在框架71底部;所述取样格75为矩形结构,其上端为开口,且对应该开口设有沿其水平滑动密封的盖板76,取样格75位于框架71相对密封膜8的一侧,并与框架71固定连接。
其中,气调控制***,包括控制面板,以及与控制面板连接的制冷机、加湿器、灭菌机、制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机、温湿传感器和气体浓度传感装置;所述制冷机输出端连接冷气管17,灭菌机为臭氧灭菌装置,连接所述进气管16。制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机分别连接排气管15。温湿传感器、气体浓度传感装置设置在管道架14下端面;所述控制面板、制冷机、加湿器、灭菌机、制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机均设置在设备室3内。
如图1、3所示,还包括循环泵、管路调节组件;所述管路调节组件包括进气管16进气总成、排气管15排气总成。进气管16进气总成与进气管16连接且对应进气管16处设置单向阀、排气管15排气总成与排气连接且对应排气管15处设置单向阀。循环泵进气端通过换向阀分别二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机连接,所述二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机通过换向阀与排气管15排气总成连接。循环泵出气端连接进气管16进气总成,且所述循环泵出气端还连通加湿器和灭菌机。排气管15排气总成通过换向阀连接制氮机进气端;所述排气管排气总成通过换向阀连接制氮机出气端。所述进气管16进气总成、排气管15排气总成均密封固定在设备室3和储物室2之间的隔板上。
还包括恒压安全阀、气压传感器和气体平衡袋,所述气压传感器设置在管道架14下端面且与控制面板电连接,所述恒压安全阀为设置在设备室3内且与设备室3连通;所述气体平衡袋设置在设备室3内且与设备室3连通。
如图3所示,位于储物室2底面的所述进气管16,其进气孔位于进气管16竖直方向的两侧,所述进气管16内还设有导气板,所述导气板沿进气管16长度方向设置且平行位于进气孔的中心轴线上方,导气板的端部分别与进气管16连接。
作为对上述方案的补充,储物室2内设置有放置架,所述放置架主体为中空管道构成,所述中空管道之间相互连通,且放置架一侧设有与侧壁进气孔对应插接。具体的,库体1底部设有支撑架板,库体1的壁体由外至内依次为夹心保温钢板11、防潮层12和不锈钢内层13,所述壁体为50-80mm;所述不锈钢内层13间连接采用气密性焊接。由于有些果蔬的保存需求相差较大,这里通过间隔独立的气密柜,使之形成对应的存储浓度所述储物室2对应设备室3一端设置多个独立设置的气密柜,所述气密柜通过支架与库体1长度方向平行放置,所述气密柜均与气调控制***连接。储物室2内顶部设有照明灯以及摄像设备,所述照明灯以及摄像设备分别连接控制单元。控制单元还连接无线通信装置,方便无线连接控制。

Claims (5)
1.一种可移动式果蔬气调库,其特征在于:包括
库体,呈矩形货柜结构,所述库体沿其长度方向依次设置设备室和储物室;所述设备室左右两侧分别设置设备门;所述储物室为保温密封结构,其远离设备室一端设有密封门,储物室一侧还设有取样门;所述储物室顶部设有管道架,并通过管道架放置有排气管和冷气管,位于储物室侧壁设有进气管;所述进气管横截面为圆弧形结构,由不锈钢与库体侧壁焊接形成的弧形结构,进气管均布有若干进气孔;所述储物室内对应取样门处设置有绕取样门边框连接的密封膜、以及与密封膜连接的取样组件,所述密封膜呈筒状结构;所述取样组件包括框架、保温层、观察窗、隔离手套、取样格、支板和行走轮;所述框架与取样门轮廓对应,其轮廓边缘与所述密封膜一端边缘对应贴合密封;所述框架中设有保温层,位于框架上由上至下依次设有观察窗、隔离手套和取样格,所述行走轮设置在框架底部;所述取样格为矩形结构,其上端为开口,且对应该开口设有沿其水平滑动密封的盖板,取样格位于框架相对密封膜的一侧,并与框架固定连接;
气调控制***,包括控制面板,以及与控制面板连接的制冷机、加湿器、灭菌机、制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机、温湿传感器和气体浓度传感装置;所述制冷机输出端连接冷气管,灭菌机为臭氧灭菌装置,连接所述进气管;所述制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机分别连接排气管;所述温湿传感器、气体浓度传感装置设置在管道架下端面;所述控制面板、制冷机、加湿器、灭菌机、制氮机、二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机均设置在设备室内;
还包括循环泵、管路调节组件;所述管路调节组件包括进气管进气总成、排气管排气总成;所述进气管进气总成与进气管连接且对应进气管处设置单向阀、排气管排气总成与排气管连接且对应排气管处设置单向阀;所述循环泵进气端通过换向阀分别与 二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机连接,所述二氧化碳除脱机、乙烯除脱机通过换向阀与排气管排气总成连接;所述循环泵出气端连接进气管进气总成,且所述循环泵出气端还连通加湿器和灭菌机;所述排气管排气总成通过换向阀连接制氮机进气端;所述排气管排气总成通过换向阀连接制氮机出气端,所述进气管进气总成、排气管排气总成均密封固定在设备室和储物室之间的隔板上;
还包括恒压安全阀、气压传感器和气体平衡袋,所述气压传感器设置在管道架下端面且与控制面板电连接,所述恒压安全阀为设置在设备室内且与设备室连通;所述气体平衡袋设置在设备室内且与设备室连通;
位于储物室底面的所述进气管,其进气孔位于进气管竖直方向的两侧,所述进气管内还设有导气板,所述导气板沿进气管长度方向设置且平行位于进气孔的中心轴线上方,导气板的端部分别与进气管连接;所述储物室内设置有放置架,所述放置架主体为中空管道构成,所述中空管道之间相互连通,且放置架一侧设有与侧壁进气孔对应插接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式果蔬气调库,其特征在于:所述库体底部设有支撑架板,库体的壁体由外至内依次为夹心保温钢板、防潮层和不锈钢内层,所述壁体为50-80mm;所述不锈钢内层间连接采用气密性焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式果蔬气调库,其特征在于:所述库体尺寸规格为3m-6m×1.5-2m×1.5-2m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式果蔬气调库,其特征在于:所述储物室内顶部设有照明灯以及摄像设备,所述照明灯以及摄像设备分别连接控制单元。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式果蔬气调库,其特征在于:所述控制单元还连接无线通信装置。
