本发明提供了一种使用钢渣筛选物料制作板材的方法,采用天然彩砂、废旧玻璃颗粒、晶体状熔块,钢渣磁选后剩余的尾砂污泥、钢渣磁选后破碎筛网分类得到细小颗粒和粉状物制成1CM—10CM的板材;本发明采用废弃固态废料制备,将钢渣粒由废弃变成高硬度的建筑板材,为城市建设提供绿色,优质可循环利用的新型材料,环保且节约能源,具有加工方法简单、适用范围广、经济、环保的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是涉及采用利用冶金钢渣固废材料制备的一种使用钢渣筛选物料制作板材的方法。
背景技术
建筑用板材目前只要是利用石粉、粉煤灰、炉渣、矿渣、碎石、沙子、水等作为制砖原料,通过静压驱动力生产压制而成,钢铁企业年废弃的炼钢废渣,作为固体废物,目前没有好的再生利用方向,企业和科研人员付出较大的成本探索炼钢废渣再生利用的成果。
发明内容
针对上述所阐述的缺陷和问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用钢渣筛选物料制作板材的方法,高效利用钢渣的各项成分,装饰效果佳。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种使用钢渣筛选物料制作板材的方法,包括如下步骤:
Q1:按照重量比,三份天然彩砂过40—80目,三份天然彩砂过80—120目,一份废旧玻璃颗粒、晶体状熔块,三份钢渣磁选后剩余的尾砂污泥,完成脱水、烘干后的超细粉,得混合物料A,无机胶水,按物料A重量10%—15%加入搅拌均匀,作为面层材料备用;
Q2:钢渣磁选后,破碎筛网分类得到细小颗粒和粉状物和水洗后完成脱水、烘干后的污泥,按1:3混合均匀,得混合物料B,加入物料B干料总重量5%—10%的无机胶液体用混料机充分搅拌均匀;
Q3:面层材料混合物A做成图案平铺在高度光滑的托盘上,厚度5mm—10mm,然后再铺上钢渣搅拌均匀的混合物B厚度自定,在最上面铺上耐酸碱网格纤维布,用压强200吨—2000吨压机压制成1CM—10CM的板材;
Q4:所述板材干燥硬化后面层用含硅的封孔剂封闭面层或做防水处理,增加面层密度,再用石材抛光机或干磨或水磨抛光。
上述技术方案中,Q4中,使用喷铁丸方式做荔枝面加工。
上述技术方案中,Q1中,物料A中,加入适当重量的装饰性原料,所述装饰性原料为天然玉石下脚料、彩石子、云母片之一。
本发明采用废弃固态废料制备,将钢渣粒由废弃变成高硬度的建筑板材,为城市建设提供绿色,优质可循环利用的新型材料,环保且节约能源,具有加工方法简单、适用范围广、经济、环保的优点。

Q1:按照重量比,三份天然彩砂过40—80目,三份天然彩砂过80—120目,一份废旧玻璃颗粒、晶体状熔块,三份钢渣磁选后剩余的尾砂污泥,完成脱水、烘干后的超细粉,得混合物料A,无机胶水,按物料A重量10%—15%加入搅拌均匀,作为面层材料备用;
Q2:钢渣磁选后,破碎筛网分类得到细小颗粒和粉状物和水洗后完成脱水、烘干后的污泥,按1:3混合均匀,得混合物料B,加入物料B干料总重量5%—10%的无机胶液体用混料机充分搅拌均匀;
Q3:面层材料混合物A做成图案平铺在高度光滑的托盘上,厚度5mm—10mm,然后再铺上钢渣搅拌均匀的混合物B厚度自定,在最上面铺上耐酸碱网格纤维布,用压强200吨—2000吨压机压制成1CM—10CM的板材;
Q4:所述板材干燥硬化后面层用含硅的封孔剂封闭面层或做防水处理,增加面层密度,再用石材抛光机或干磨或水磨抛光。
