Abstract

本发明公开了一种高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油,由氮化硼、异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物、有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液、木质素磺酸钠、对苯二甲酸、氢氧化钠、磷酸氢钾、烷基苯磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液、苯并噻唑啉酮、纯水组成。本发明具有高润滑、高脱模性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钛合金锻造用水性热锻加工油。
背景技术
钛是20世纪50年代发展起来的一种重要的结构金属,钛合金因具有强度高、 耐蚀性好、 耐热性高等特点而被广泛用于各个领域。世界上许多国家都认识到钛合金材料的重要性,相继对其进行研究开发,并得到了实际应用。20世纪50~60年代,主要是发展航空发动机用的高温钛合金和机体用的结构钛合金,70年代开发出一批耐蚀钛合金,80年代以来,耐蚀钛合金和高强钛合金得到进一步发展。钛合金主要用于制作飞机发动机压气机部件,其次为火箭、导弹和高速飞机的结构件。
钛的化学活性大,与大气中O、N、H、CO、CO2、水蒸气、氨气等产生强烈的化学反应。含碳量大于0.2%时,会在钛合金中形成硬质TiC;温度较高时,与N作用也会形成TiN硬质表层;在600℃以上时,钛吸收氧形成硬度很高的硬化层;氢含量上升,也会形成脆化层。吸收气体而产生的硬脆表层深度可达0.1~0.15 mm,硬化程度为20%~30%。钛的化学亲和性也大,易与摩擦表面产生粘附现象。这对钛合金加工过程、特别是锻造工艺提出了更高的要求。
由于钛的化学活泼性和化学亲和性大,目前市售的采用高分子化合物制备的水性锻造加工油,其润滑性能、脱模性能难于满足钛合金锻造加工工艺使用要求,客户渴望生产厂家能开发出一种适用于钛合金锻造的专用水性锻造加工油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑性能和脱模性能优异的高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的组分混合制成:
氮化硼 1-5%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 5-15%
有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液 2-8%
木质素磺酸钠 1-3%
对苯二甲酸 5-10%
氢氧化钠 3-8%
磷酸氢钾 0.5-2%
烷基苯磺酸钠 0.5-2%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 0.5-1%
苯并噻唑啉酮 0.5-1%
纯水 余量。
所述的高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油,由下列重量百分比的组分混合制成:
氮化硼 3%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 10%
有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液 5%
木质素磺酸钠 2%
对苯二甲酸 8%
氢氧化钠 5%
磷酸氢钾 1%
烷基苯磺酸钠 1%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 0.5%
苯并噻唑啉酮 0.5%
纯水 余量。
本发明具有高润滑、高脱模性:
1. 项目选用异丁烯───马来酸酐共聚物、有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液等配伍,产品具有优异的润滑性能(150℃时摩擦系数≤0.10)。
2. 项目选用氢氧化钠、磷酸氢钾、烷基苯磺酸钠复配及固体润滑剂氮化硼等配伍,产品具有优异的脱模性能(150 ℃时脱模力负荷≤25/kg)。
3. 使用不使用重金属、芳香烃等有毒有害物质(选用性能优良、对人和环境友好的可替代物质),产品急性经口毒性LD50≥5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50≥5000mg/m3,无呼吸道粘膜刺激,安全卫生质量高。

实施例1:
一种高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油,由下列重量百分比的组分混合制成:
氮化硼 5%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 8%
有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液 6%
木质素磺酸钠 1%
对苯二甲酸 9%
氢氧化钠 6%
磷酸氢钾 1%
烷基苯磺酸钠 1%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 0.5%
苯并噻唑啉酮 1%
纯水 余量。
实施例2:
一种高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油,由下列重量百分比的组分混合制成:
氮化硼 3%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 10%
有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液 5%
木质素磺酸钠 2%
对苯二甲酸 8%
氢氧化钠 5%
磷酸氢钾 1%
烷基苯磺酸钠 1%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 0.5%
苯并噻唑啉酮 0.5%
纯水 余量。

1.一种高润滑、高脱模性钛合金锻造专用水性热锻加工油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的组分混合制成:
氮化硼 1-5%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 5-15%
有机硅乙二醇共聚体蜡乳液 2-8%
木质素磺酸钠 1-3%
对苯二甲酸 5-10%
氢氧化钠 3-8%
磷酸氢钾 0.5-2%
烷基苯磺酸钠 0.5-2%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 0.5-1%
苯并噻唑啉酮 0.5-1%
纯水 余量。
