Abstract
本发明公开了一种高润滑、长寿命、环保型重型锻压机用水性热锻加工油,由聚萘甲醛磺酸钠、异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸镁、己二酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液、苯并噻唑啉酮、水组成。本发明配制方便、工作性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种重型锻压机用水性热锻加工油。
背景技术
为满足润滑、脱模工艺要求,汽车、轴承等机加工企业在对钢材进行热间锻造加工时,一般都采用石墨润滑剂。虽然石墨润滑剂具有优良的润滑性能,但由于粉尘污染严重(导致作业环境恶劣、设备机械腐蚀),抗杂油性能差(导致稀释液循环使用寿命短),废液排放量大且难于处理,已远不适应“化学品绿色化”和“低碳生产”的绿色发展要求,正逐步淡出市场。
针对石墨润滑剂存在的诸多弊端,日本、欧美等发达国家已研究开发出采用高分子化合物等非石墨原料(替代传统使用的石墨原料)设计配方,制备成功水性热锻加工液,并广泛工业应用。近几年,国内也有一些高校和企业研发生产不用石墨做配方原料的水性热锻加工液。但由于工艺、技术落后等原因,也存在一些函待解决的问题:一是只能用于有色金属或小型钢部件低吨位(<1000吨)的锻造加工,加工大型钢部件(如汽车曲轴等)、工件加工温度超过1200℃、锻压机压力超过6000吨时,产品的润滑性能则难于满足工艺要求;二是产品抗杂油性能差(54℃搅拌后静置30分钟,乳化层>20ml),复溶后钢板表面残留物>0.8mg/100cm2,导致加工液不易回收,且回收后性能下降,可循环使用寿命缩短(≤1年);三是废水难于用氯化钙、明矾破乳絮凝等常规方法处理(用常规方法处理后COD值>50000ppm),这不仅增加了后续的废水处理成本,而且也增加了环保风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配制方便、工作性能好的高润滑、长寿命、环保型重型锻压机用水性热锻加工油。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高润滑、长寿命、环保型重型锻压机用水性热锻加工油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
聚萘甲醛磺酸钠 10%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 20%
木质素磺酸钠 8%
木质素磺酸镁 8%
己二酸 3%
氢氧化钠 5%
三乙醇胺 2%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 1%
苯并噻唑啉酮 0.5%
纯水 42.5%。
苯并噻唑啉酮可用1、2-苯并异噻唑啉-3酮替换。
本发明有益效果是:
1. 配方选用聚萘甲醛磺酸钠、异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物等组伍,产品润滑性能优(200℃高温摩擦系数μ≤0.10),可满足锻压工件温度1200℃条件下、锻压机压力6000吨以上的热锻加工工艺使用要求。
2.产品抗杂油性强(54℃条件下静置30分钟,乳化层≤3ml),复溶性好(400℃高温下,稀释20倍后喷涂在SPCC钢板上,在水中置放5分钟后,钢板表面残留≤0.5mg/100cm2),循环使用寿命达到3年以上,可大幅降低用户生产成本。
3.产品生物可降解性好(废水用常规方法处理后,其COD值≤10000PPm),不仅降低了后续废水处理成本,而且安全环保。
4. 使用不使用重金属、芳香烃等有毒有害物质(选用性能优良、生物可降解度高、对人和环境友好的可替代物质),产品急性经口毒性LD50≥5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50≥5000mg/m3,无呼吸道粘膜刺激,安全卫生质量高。

一种高润滑、长寿命、环保型重型锻压机用水性热锻加工油,由下列重量百分比的成分混合搅拌制成:
聚萘甲醛磺酸钠 10%
异丁烯—马来酸酐共聚物 20%
木质素磺酸钠 8%
木质素磺酸镁 8%
己二酸 3%
氢氧化钠 5%
三乙醇胺 2%
聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液 1%
苯并噻唑啉酮 0.5%
纯水 42.5%。
苯并噻唑啉酮可用1、2-苯并异噻唑啉-3酮替换。
