The length direction of the roll changing table 10 is consistent with the axial direction of the material roller 12, the middle of the roll changing table 10 is concave and provided with a second conveyor belt 33, one end, close to the feeding end of the conveyor belt, of the roll changing table 10 is fixedly provided with a discharging seat 34, the discharging seat 34 is in a square shape, and the upper surface of the discharging seat is provided with a first arc-shaped groove 35 with the diameter equal to that of the material roller 12. When one-time coil change is completed, the mechanical arm 14 and the mechanical claw 15 clamp and place the material roller 12 which is coiled on the roller changing table 10, at the moment, the push-pull rod 4 pulls the material roller 12 to one side where the discharging seat 34 is located under the action of the driving assembly, the material roller 12 moves to one side where the discharging seat 34 is located, the adhesive tape on the material roller 12 is stopped and stopped on the roller changing table 10 by the discharging seat 34 due to the fact that the diameter of the adhesive tape is larger than that of the first arc-shaped groove 35, and the adhesive tape which is stopped at the roller changing table 10 is conveyed to the collecting device through the second conveying belt 33, and therefore rapid automatic discharging between the adhesive tape and the material roller 12 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2, a sliding frame 36 is fixedly installed at one end of the paper tube slot 2 far away from the roll changing table 10, and the push-pull rod 4 is slidably installed on the sliding frame 36 and in the paper tube slot 2 through a driving assembly. The driving assembly comprises a sliding seat 37, a driving motor 38 and a reciprocating screw rod 39, the sliding frame 36 is in a long straight strip shape, a sliding groove for embedding the sliding seat 37 is formed in the upper surface of the sliding frame, the cross section of the sliding seat 37 is in a T shape, the bottom of the sliding seat is embedded into the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and one end, far away from the second conveying belt 33, of the push-pull rod 4 is fixed on the sliding seat 37. Two ends of the reciprocating screw rod 39 are rotatably arranged on the sliding frame 36, the reciprocating screw rod 39 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 38, and the reciprocating screw rod 39 penetrates through the bottom of the sliding seat 37 and is in threaded fit with the sliding seat 37. A hook 40 (see fig. 3) which is embedded with the roller shaft of the material roller 12 is integrally formed at one end of the push-pull rod 4 close to the second conveyor belt 33, the hook 40 is in a semi-cylindrical tube shape with a horizontal axis and an upward opening, and one end of the hook 40 far away from the push-pull rod 4 is closed and provided with a second arc-shaped groove 41 in which the end of the material roller 12 is embedded.
When the push-pull rod 4 moves to one end of the second conveyor belt 33, the mechanical arm 14 and the mechanical claw 15 place the wound material roller 12 on the second conveyor belt 33, the end part of the material roller 12 is embedded in the arc-shaped groove of the hook 40, and the push-pull rod 4 pulls the material roller 12 on the second conveyor belt 33 into the paper tube groove 2 when being driven to return by the driving assembly. The material roller 12 to be loaded on the paper tube is connected with the push-pull rod 4 through the hook 40, the connection mode is simple, the shift rods 32 at the two ends of the arc-shaped pressing plate 30 are convenient to shift the material roller 12 to be separated from the push-pull rod 4, and the material roller 12 and the push-pull rod 4 are more convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, two sets of winding assemblies 7 are oppositely mounted on the frame 5 from top to bottom, each set of winding assembly 7 includes two turntables 11 and two material rollers 12, the two turntables 11 are respectively rotatably mounted on two opposite sides of the frame 5 through motors, two support rods 51 are further fixed between the two opposite turntables 11, and the two support rods 51 are respectively located on two opposite sides of a plane formed by central axes of the two material rollers 12. Two clamping seats 13 which are respectively clamped and fixed with the end parts of the two material rollers 12 are rotatably arranged on the rotary table 11. The clamping seat 13 comprises a rotary cylinder 16 and a top plug 17 (see fig. 6), the rotary cylinder 16 is rotatably mounted on the rotary table 11 along the central axis direction of the rotary table 11, a motor with an output shaft fixedly connected with the cylinder body part of the rotary cylinder 16 is mounted on the rotary table 11, the top plug 17 is fixedly connected with the piston rod part of the rotary cylinder 16, a caulking groove (not shown in the figure) for embedding the top plug 17 is formed in the end part of the material roller 12, two ends of the material roller 12 are respectively and fixedly connected with the rotary cylinder 16 through the clamping and abutting effect of the top plug 17 and the caulking groove, the rotary cylinder 16 can drive the material roller 12 to rotate more stably when rotating, and a rubber pad is attached to the contact surface of the top plug 17 and the caulking groove.
In the winding process, the two turntables 11 and the rack 5 are kept relatively fixed, one material roller 12 on each turntable 11 is driven by a motor to rotate by a rotating cylinder 16 for winding, and the other material roller 12 is kept static for replacement. The material rollers 12 on the two turntables 11 have the same winding speed and the wound adhesive tapes are staggered. When finishing a rolling and needing to change the roll, the turntable 11 is driven by the motor to rotate, so that the positions of the two material rollers 12 on each turntable 11 are changed, the surfaces of the material rollers 12 which are not rolled can be directly attached to each adhesive tape, the supporting rods 51 jack up the adhesive tape between the two material rollers 12 upwards, the tape cutting assembly 9 can cut off the adhesive tape at the position between the two material rollers 12, and the roll changing is realized.
Referring to fig. 5, the tape cutting assembly 9 includes a rotating bar 22, a cutting bar 23, a cutting knife 24, two connecting bars 25, a first pressing roller 26, a second pressing roller 27, two first supporting bars 28, and two second supporting bars 29. The rotating rod 22 is axially and rotatably mounted on the frame 5 along the material roller 12, two ends of the cutting rod 23 are fixedly connected with the rotating rod 22 through two connecting rods 25, the cutting rod 23 is parallel to the rotating rod 22, and the cutting knife 24 is axially fixed on the cutting rod 23 along the material roller 12. One ends of the two first support rods 28 are fixed to the two connecting rods 25, respectively, and the other ends are fixed to the roller shafts of the first press rollers 26, respectively. One ends of the two second struts 29 are fixed to the rotating rods 22, and the other ends are fixed to the roller shafts of the second pressing rollers 27. The first press roller 26 and the second press roller 27 are rotatable to abut against the side peripheral surfaces of the two material rollers 12, respectively. Two second branches 29 all include first folding rod 45 and second folding rod 46, and the one end of first folding rod 45 is fixed with bull stick 22, and the other end is fixed with second folding rod 46, and the one end that first folding rod 45 was kept away from to second folding rod 46 is fixed with the roller of second compression roller 27, and is the contained angle setting between first folding rod 45 and the second folding rod 46 to second compression roller 27 can stabilize and compress tightly on material roller 12.
The first compression roller 26 and the second compression roller 27 rotate to be tightly pressed on the two material rollers 12 respectively, so that the adhesive tape can be stably attached to the material rollers 12 to be wound in the roll changing process, even if the adhesive tape is cut off by the cutter 24, the adhesive tape is not easy to separate from the surface of the material roller 12 to be wound, and the stability in the roll changing process is improved.
The implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows: batch paper tubes are placed in the paper tube box 1 and automatically roll into the paper tube grooves 2 under the guiding action of the material guide groove plates 3, the push-pull rod 4 is driven by the driving assembly to pull the material roller 12 detached from the splitting machine into the paper tube grooves 2 through the second conveying belt 33, and automatic feeding of the paper tubes of the material roller 12 is achieved. The material roller 12 which finishes feeding the paper tube is shifted to the first conveying belt 31 through the shifting lever 32 at the end part of the arc-shaped pressing plate 30, the first conveying belt 31 conveys the material roller 12 which finishes feeding the paper tube to one side of the roller changing table 10, and the mechanical arm 14 and the mechanical claw 15 are convenient to clamp the material roller 12 and install the material roller in the winding assembly 7.
