The limiting piece 16 can be fixedly connected with the installation frame 1 in an adjustable mode through bolts and various screw holes formed in the installation frame 1, and the limiting piece 16 can be regulated and controlled through the adjustment bolts and different screw holes in a threaded mode, so that the sliding stroke of the telescopic sliding sheet 14 can be regulated and controlled. The limiting piece 16 can regulate and control the depth of the opening side edge of the bag body extending into the opening of the bag moving manipulator 12 by limiting the sliding stroke of the telescopic sliding piece 14, so that the position of the rope threading hole is regulated and controlled on the bag body, and the arrangement of the scale can enable the distance of the rope threading hole from the opening edge of the bag body to be more visual and visible, thereby being beneficial to improving the regulation and control convenience of operators.
The discharge gate of the upper hopper 4 is provided with a guide channel 41 for guiding the button of the air hole to fall into the conveying track 5 correctly, the guide channels 41 are provided with two, and the two guide channels 41 are respectively communicated with the two conveying tracks 5. Since the air button includes a small diameter end and a large diameter end, the small diameter end of the conveying rail 5 above the button plane 111 should be downward when the air button is conveyed below the button head 21, and the small diameter end of the conveying rail 5 below the button plane 111 should be upward when the air button is conveyed above the button head 21, so that the two material guiding channels 41 can respectively convey the air button adapted to the conveying rail 5 into the small diameter end, as shown in the drawing, when the material guiding channels 41 are arranged in an L-shaped structure, in order to convey the air button above the button plane 111, the air button with the small diameter end far from the button head 21 should be conveyed into the material guiding channels 41, and the small diameter end of the air button is turned downward in the conveying process until the small diameter end of the air button is downward, and vice versa, the arrangement of the material guiding channels 41 facilitates the accurate conveying of the air button.
The discharge end of the conveying rail 5 is provided with a material limiting member 6 capable of preventing the air button from falling from the conveying passage 51 when the conveying rail 5 swings. After the air button is neatly conveyed into the conveying track 5 through the sorting conveying device, the air buttons are arranged in the conveying channel 51, the air button at the head end is positioned in the inserting hole 52 and is limited in the inserting hole 52 under the action of the material limiting component 6, and the air button cannot fall from the discharging notch 53 in a natural state, so that the air button is prevented from falling in the process of rotating the conveying track 5, but the air button in the inserting hole 52 is not pulled out from the discharging notch 53 by the button striking head 21, normal blanking of the air button can be realized, and button striking operation of a button striking machine is facilitated.
The material limiting component 6 comprises an elastic buckle 61 capable of pressing the air button in the plug hole 52, the elastic buckle 61 comprises an elastic arm 611 with one end fixedly connected with the conveying track 5 and a buckling piece 612 positioned at the other end of the elastic arm 611 and capable of being abutted against the outer side wall of the air button, the buckling piece 612 is positioned at one side of the plug hole 52 facing the discharge gap 53, and the elastic arm 611 can be driven to swing through the buckling piece 612 in the process of pulling the air button out of the discharge gap 53 from the inside of the plug hole 52. The button is located in the spliced eye 52 at the head end, the button is pressed under the action of the elastic button 61, the button piece 612 cannot fall from the discharging notch 53 in a natural state, the button piece 612 is located between the spliced eye 52 and the discharging notch 53, the button piece 612 is abutted against the outer side wall of the button under the action of the elastic arm 611, so that the button is pressed in the spliced eye 52, when the button striking head 21 dials out the button in the spliced eye 52 from the discharging notch 53, the button piece 612 can be slid through the swinging of the elastic arm 611, so that blanking of the button is realized, the button piece 612 is reset under the reset swinging of the elastic arm 611, the button piece is abutted against the outer side wall of the next button, and accordingly, the button is prevented from falling in the rotating process of the conveying track 5, and the button striking operation of the button machine is facilitated.
The inserting hole 52 comprises an arc-shaped jointing surface 521 which can be abutted with the outer side wall of the air button, and the fastening piece 612 is positioned at the opening of the arc-shaped jointing surface 521. The arc-shaped bonding surface 521 can effectively increase the contact area of the elastic buckle 61 when the air button is pressed in the inserting hole 52, thereby being beneficial to improving the installation stability degree and the positioning accuracy degree of the air button and avoiding the air button shifting to influence the smooth material taking of the beating head 21 to the air button.
The conveying track 5 is provided with a negative pressure channel 54 communicated with the plug hole 52, and one end of the negative pressure channel 54 away from the plug hole 52 is communicated with negative pressure equipment. The negative pressure channel 54 can realize that negative pressure is formed in the inserting hole 52 by connecting negative pressure equipment, thereby being beneficial to further improving the installation stability degree and the positioning accuracy degree of the air button and avoiding the air button from shifting to influence the smooth material taking of the button striking head 21 on the air button. The through hole of the negative pressure channel 54 communicated to the plug hole 52 is preferably positioned on the arc-shaped joint surface 521, so that the positioning of the air button is facilitated.
The material limiting component 6 comprises a material limiting block 62 rotatably connected to the discharging end of the conveying channel 51, a material limiting groove 621 capable of accommodating an air button is arranged on one side, corresponding to the conveying channel 51, of the material limiting block 62, a material limiting surface 622 capable of blocking the air button in the conveying channel 51 is arranged on one side, away from the discharging gap 53, of the material limiting groove 621, a material blocking block 623 capable of blocking the air button in the inserting hole 52 is arranged on one side, close to the discharging gap 53, of the material limiting groove 621, an opening of the material limiting groove 621 corresponds to the discharging hole of the conveying channel 51, the material limiting groove 62 is located between the inserting hole 52 and the discharging gap 53, the material limiting surface 622 covers the discharging hole of the conveying channel 51, the opening of the material limiting groove 621 faces the discharging gap 53, the material limiting groove 62 is located in a second station, and an elastic component capable of enabling the material limiting groove 62 located in the second station to reset and rotate to form the first station is arranged between the material limiting groove 62 and the conveying track 5. The air button at the head end is positioned in the inserting hole 52 on the conveying track 5 and in the limiting groove 621 on the limiting block 62, the air button is blocked under the action of the blocking block 623 and cannot fall from the discharging notch 53 in a natural state, the elastic piece can drive the limiting block 62 to be in a first station in a non-stressed state, so that the falling of the air button can be avoided, when the button striking head 21 is used for pulling out the air button in the inserting hole 52 from the discharging notch 53, the air button 62 is synchronously driven to rotate on the conveying track 5 until the limiting block 62 is switched to a second station, the air button can be pulled out from the discharging notch 53, and when the air button is pulled out from the discharging notch 53, the acting force on the limiting block 62 is lost, the limiting block 62 is reset to rotate to the first station under the drive of the elastic piece, so that the next air button slides into the limiting groove 621, the falling of the air button in the process of rotating the conveying track 5 is avoided, and the button striking operation of the button striking machine is facilitated.
