The automatic positioning and cutting device for the construction steel bars as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting machine (42) positioned at the rear side of the containing table (1), a cutting knife groove (43) is arranged below the cutting end of the cutting machine (42), an exhaust fan (44) is arranged at one side of the cutting machine (42), a tapered expanding opening (45) is arranged at the inlet end of the exhaust fan (44), a dust collection box (46) is arranged at one side of the exhaust fan (44), an air outlet pipe (47) is arranged at the outlet end of the exhaust fan (44), and one end of the air outlet pipe (47) extends into the dust collection box (46).

The automatic positioning and cutting device for the construction steel bars as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises lifting plates (48) located at two sides of the cutting knife groove (43), fixing holes (49) are formed below two ends of the lifting plates (48), a second electric telescopic rod (50) is arranged in each fixing hole (49), the upper surface of the telescopic end of the second electric telescopic rod (50) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the lifting plate (48), an arc-shaped fixing plate (51) is arranged at the center of the lower surface of the lifting plate (48), and a non-slip mat (52) is arranged on the lower surface of the arc-shaped fixing plate (51).

The automatic positioning and cutting device for the construction steel bars as claimed in claim 1, wherein the waste collecting mechanism comprises an inclined collecting tank (58) located at one side of the upper surface of the platform (1), the inclined collecting tank (58) is provided with a collecting tank (59) at the end, a damping pad (60) is arranged at the inner lower surface of the collecting tank (59), a guide chute (61) is arranged at the starting end of the inclined collecting tank (58), and the inlet end of the guide chute (61) is located at one side of the cutting knife groove (43).
