The sticking card groove 403 is provided on the screw nut of the ball screw 402. When the card sticking end stepping motor 401 drives the ball screw 402 to rotate, the screw nut makes linear motion on the ball screw 402, so as to drive the card sticking groove 403 to move. Three clamping groove positions are formed in the card pasting clamping groove 403, a zero clearing card, a setting card and a factory card are respectively inserted into the clamping groove, when the card pasting end stepping motor 401 rotates forwards and turns over, the axial direction of the ball screw 402 of the card pasting clamping groove 403 can be driven to reciprocate, the positions of the three clamping groove positions in the card pasting clamping groove 403 are switched, and therefore different water meter cards are sequentially pasted in a preset sequence for detection.
The L-shaped plate 406 is connected with the action end of the vertical cylinder 409, the linear guide rail sliding table 407 is arranged on the L-shaped plate 406, the screw nut is arranged on the linear guide rail sliding table 407 through the nut seat 410, namely, the screw nut moves along the linear guide rail sliding table 407, the sticking card clamping groove 403 is arranged on the nut seat 410, namely, the sticking card clamping groove 403 moves along the linear guide rail sliding table 407, and the whole structure is more stable. When the vertical air cylinder 409 acts, the L-shaped plate 406 is driven to ascend/descend, thereby driving the card sticking clamping groove 403 to ascend/descend. When the water meter reaches the detection position, the vertical air cylinder 409 puts down the card sticking clamping groove 403, and the card sticking end stepping motor 401 acts to drive the card sticking clamping groove 403 to move left and right.
The guide rail assembly 408 is arranged on a bearing beam 411, and the bearing beam 411 is connected with the frame 1. The rail assembly 408 includes: a slide rail 412 and a slide block 413, wherein the slide rail 412 is arranged on the bearing beam 411, and the cylinder seat plate 406 is connected with the slide block 413. The air cylinder base plate 405 is connected with the action end of the transverse air cylinder 404, and the vertical air cylinder 409 is arranged on the air cylinder base plate 405. When the card sticking clamping groove 403 is driven to the corresponding position by the vertical air cylinder 409 and the card sticking end stepping motor 401, the transverse air cylinder 404 drives the air cylinder base plate 405, and the air cylinder base plate 405 moves towards the water meter under the support of the guide rail assembly 408, so that the corresponding water meter card is attached to the water meter.
Sticking a card water meter to detect: the sticking operation is controlled through a PLC program, when a sticking water meter is in place, a PLC control system controls a vertical air cylinder 409 to move to put down a sticking detection device 4, the PLC control system executes a sticking program, a ball screw 402 is driven by a sticking end stepping motor 401 to rotate forwards and backwards to drive a sticking card clamping groove 403 to move back and forth, when the sticking card clamping groove 403 takes a corresponding water meter card to reach a corresponding position, a transverse air cylinder 404 moves to finish the sticking operation, the camera 2 shoots the water meter, and the working condition of the water meter is judged through visual matching.
3 cards can be inserted for 4 times according to the PLC control system program, namely, the steps of zero clearing, setting, zero clearing and leaving factory are carried out in sequence.
The water gauge detects the warning and gives PLC control module signal through the visual identification procedure of equipment itself, when the unqualified condition appears in the detection water gauge, shoot through the vision time and detect, carry out the inside procedure processing contrast of procedure, give PLC with the result through data transmission feedback, PLC accepts unqualified water gauge signal and can give out the instruction, the bright red light of beacon at control distribution box top also has the demonstration on the touch-sensitive screen simultaneously.

the circulating conveying line is used for conveying the water meter from the station table feeding area to the station table detection area and conveying the detected water meter to a finished product conveying rail or a defective product conveying rail in the station table discharging area according to the detection result of the visual automatic detection system; further comprising: a feeding gripping device and a discharging gripping device; the feeding and grabbing device is arranged in the station table feeding area and used for transferring the water meter to be detected in the station table feeding area to a tray of the circulating conveying line; the discharge grabbing device is arranged in a discharge area of the station table and used for transferring the detected water meter to a finished product conveying rail or a defective product conveying rail according to a detection result of the automatic visual detection system; the circulation transfer chain includes: the system comprises a main material conveying line, a feeding conveying line, a discharging conveying line, a to-be-detected product conveying line, a verification product conveying line and a channel changing mechanism; the feeding conveying line is connected with the conveying line of the to-be-detected product through the channel changing mechanism, and the discharging conveying line is connected with the conveying line of the to-be-detected product through the channel changing mechanism; the station platform detection area is provided with a plurality of detection positions, the feeding side of each detection position is provided with a to-be-detected product transmission line, and the discharging side is provided with a to-be-detected product transmission line.

A water meter vision inspection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said feed capture device comprises: the feeding device comprises a feeding first cylinder, a feeding second cylinder, a feeding sliding plate, a feeding baffle plate, a feeding connecting plate, a feeding vertical plate, a feeding cylinder seat plate, a feeding third cylinder and a feeding clamping jaw; the feeding connecting plate is arranged on the feeding slide way support, the first air cylinder is arranged on the feeding connecting plate, the action end of the first feeding air cylinder is connected with the feeding baffle, the feeding sliding plate is arranged on the feeding slide way, the second feeding air cylinder is arranged on the feeding sliding plate, the action end of the second feeding air cylinder is connected with the feeding air cylinder base plate, the third feeding air cylinder is arranged on the feeding air cylinder base plate, and the movement end of the third feeding air cylinder is connected with the feeding clamping jaw.

A water meter vision inspection apparatus as set forth in claim 2, wherein said outfeed pickup device includes: the device comprises a discharging clamping jaw, a discharging first air cylinder and a discharging second air cylinder; the action end of the first discharging air cylinder is connected with the discharging sliding plate, the discharging sliding plate is installed on the discharging slideway, the second discharging air cylinder is installed on the discharging sliding plate through the discharging base plate, and the action end of the second discharging air cylinder is connected with the discharging clamping jaw.
