Preferably, when the baffle 3 and the buckle assembly 2 can be rotationally connected, the rotating shaft is arranged on one of the baffle 3 and the buckle assembly 2, the other one of the baffle 3 and the buckle assembly 2 is provided with a clamping groove with one open end, and the rotating shaft is clamped into the clamping groove from the open end of the clamping groove, so that the other one of the baffle 3 and the buckle assembly 2 is conveniently assembled with the rotating shaft.
Of course, it can also be that one of the baffle plate and the buckle component is provided with a first shaft hole, the other is provided with a second shaft hole, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole to realize the rotating connection between the baffle plate and the buckle component.
Preferably, when the baffle 3 is rotatably connected with the buckle assembly 2, a mounting protrusion facing the other one of the baffle 3 and the buckle assembly 2 is provided on one of the baffle 3 and the buckle assembly 2, and the rotation shaft is located on the mounting protrusion.

8. A cover according to any one of claim 1 to 3,
when the baffle plate is rotatably connected with the cover body, one of the baffle plate and the cover body is provided with a mounting protrusion facing the other one of the baffle plate and the cover body, and the rotating shaft is positioned on the mounting protrusion; or,
when the baffle plate and the buckle assembly can be rotationally connected, one of the baffle plate and the buckle assembly is provided with an installation protrusion facing the other one of the baffle plate and the buckle assembly, and the rotating shaft is positioned on the installation protrusion.
9. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body; and
a lid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, being provided over the pan.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
the pot body and the cover body are in an elliptic shape which is matched with each other; and/or the cooking utensil is a pressure cooker or an electric rice cooker.
