In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
A cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 14.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a housing 10, a connecting piece 30, an upper cover 40 and a positioning structure 50.
Specifically, the one-piece member 30 may be connected to the housing 10, and the upper lid 40 may be connected to the one-piece member 30, whereby the one-piece member 30 may connect the housing 10 and the upper lid 40, and the one-piece member 30 may be rotated about a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction with respect to the housing 10, so that the upper lid 40 may be rotated between an open position and a closed position with the rotation of the one-piece member 30 to achieve the opening and closing of the cooking appliance 100. When the connecting piece 30 is rotated upward about the rotation axis extending in the horizontal direction, the upper cover 40 is rotated from the closed position to the open position, and when the upper cover 40 is in the open position, the opening of the cooking appliance 100 is opened; when the integrated piece 30 is rotated downward about the rotation axis extending in the horizontal direction, the upper lid 40 is rotated from the open position to the closed position, and when the upper lid 40 is in the closed position, the opening of the cooking appliance 100 is closed.
In the related art, the upper cover assembly and the handle base of the integrated electric pressure cooker are fixed together by screws, so that the upper cover assembly rotates along with the rotation of the handle base, and the upper cover assembly and the handle base rotate together relative to the cooker body to open and close the cover. However, because the handle seat or the upper cover assembly is not positioned, after the electric pressure cooker is opened, the upper cover assembly and the handle seat can rotate freely in the opening state, which brings inconvenience to users.
In the present invention, the positioning structure 50 of the cooking appliance 100 may be provided on the upper cover 40, and the positioning structure 50 has an unlocked state and a locked state. When the upper cover 40 rotates with the connecting member 30 to the closed position, the positioning structure 50 is in an unlocked state, and at this time, the positioning structure 50 has no restriction effect on the position of the upper cover 40, and the upper cover 40 can rotate around a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction relative to the connecting member 30, so that the upper cover 40 can be opened and closed in the closed position.
When the upper lid 40 is rotated with the connecting member 30 to the open position, the positioning structure 50 is in a locked state, and at this time, the positioning structure 50 can limit the position of the upper lid 40 so that the upper lid 40 is locked with respect to the connecting member 30, that is, the upper lid 40 cannot rotate about a rotation axis extending in the vertical direction with respect to the connecting member 30, and the upper lid 40 is fixed in a predetermined position so as not to move. Thus, the upper cover 40 can be prevented from being rotated freely at the open position to cause inconvenience in use for the user.
The cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the positioning structure 50, which can prevent the upper cover 40 from being rotated freely in the open position, so that the upper cover 40 is locked from being rotated in the open state, and the use of the user is not affected.
In addition, in the related art, the upper cover assembly can rotate freely relative to the outer pot, so that the upper cover assembly can further deviate from the position of the cover closing state, and the phenomenon that the pot cover fastening teeth of the upper cover assembly interfere with the outer pot fastening teeth of the pot body easily occurs when the cover is closed, so that the upper cover assembly and the outer pot are rubbed and scratched, even the upper cover is completely closed, and the experience feeling and the use requirement of a user are seriously influenced. If the user closes the lid by force, still can lead to upper cover assembly or outer pot to damage, even bring very big potential safety hazard for the user.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the outer pot 20 provided in the housing 10 may have pot teeth 201, the upper lid 40 may have lid teeth 411, and the lid teeth 411 may be moved between a lid closing position and a lid opening position when the upper lid 40 is rotated about a rotation axis extending in a vertical direction with respect to the integrated member 30. The pot teeth 201 can be outward protruding external fastening teeth, the cover teeth 411 can be inward protruding internal fastening teeth, and the internal fastening teeth can be fastened with the external fastening teeth to lock the pot teeth 201 and the cover teeth 411.
When the cover teeth 411 are in the cover closing position, the cover teeth 411 and the pot teeth 201 are locked, so that the upper cover 40 cannot rotate from the closing position to the opening position, the opening of the outer pot 20 of the cooking appliance 100 cannot be opened, the upper cover 40 is prevented from being suddenly opened to cause danger due to the fact that the pressure inside the cooking appliance 100 is increased when the cooking appliance 100 works, and the upper cover 40 and the outer pot 20 are firmly and reliably connected and are safer.
When the cover teeth 411 are in the open-cover position, the cover teeth 411 are unlocked from the pot teeth 201, and the user can control the upper cover 40 to rotate from the closed position to the open position to open the opening of the outer pot 20, so that the user can take and place food materials into the cooking appliance 100.
Therefore, when the user uses the cooking utensil 100, the user can control the upper cover 40 to rotate around the rotation axis extending along the vertical direction relative to the integrated piece 30, so that the cover teeth 411 move from the cover closing position to the cover opening position, in the process, the cover teeth 411 and the pot teeth 201 are gradually unlocked from the locked state, and the positioning structure 50 is in the unlocked state, so that the rotation of the upper cover 40 is not influenced.
Subsequently, the user can control the upper cover 40 to rotate along with the connecting piece 30 from the closed position to the open position around the rotation axis extending along the horizontal direction, when the upper cover 40 is located at the open position, the positioning structure 50 is in the locking state, at this time, the upper cover 40 is fixed in position relative to the connecting piece 30, the cover teeth 411 are always located at the uncovering position which is unlocked with the pot teeth 201 and do not move, and the user can take and place food materials into the cooking utensil 100.
When the user controls the upper cover 40 to rotate from the open position to the closed position along with the connecting piece 30 around the rotation axis extending along the horizontal direction again, the cover teeth 411 are still in the cover opening position and cannot interfere with the pot teeth 201, so that the problem that the upper cover 40 and the outer pot 20 are rubbed and scratched, even the upper cover 40 cannot be normally closed is solved, the use feeling of the user is improved, meanwhile, the situation that the upper cover 40 or the outer pot 20 is damaged or even has safety accidents due to the fact that the user forcibly closes the upper cover 40 is avoided, and the safety and reliability are improved.
When the upper cover 40 is rotated to the closed position, the positioning structure 50 is in the unlocked state, and the user can control the upper cover 40 to rotate relative to the connecting member 30 around the rotation axis extending in the vertical direction, so that the cover teeth 411 move from the open cover position to the closed cover position, the cover teeth 411 are buckled with the pot teeth 201, the upper cover 40 cannot be opened, and the cooking appliance 100 can start to work normally.
It should be noted that, when the upper lid 40 moves between the open position and the closed position, the switching between the unlocked state and the locked state of the positioning structure 50 may be completed instantly, or may be gradually switched along with the rotation of the upper lid 40, which may all achieve that the positioning structure 50 positions the upper lid 40 and the integrated member 30 to improve the problem of the interference between the upper lid 40 and the outer pot 20. And location structure 50 integrates on cooking utensil 100, both can realize that upper cover 40 normally opens and closes the lid, guarantees simultaneously that upper cover 40 can normally open and close, and overall structure designs an organic whole, and is more reasonable.
In the present invention, optionally, the housing 10 and the outer pot 20 may be separate pieces assembled together, so as to facilitate installation of other structures of the cooking utensil 100 and design of the structures, or the housing 10 and the outer pot 20 may also be an integral piece, which may reduce the assembly process and improve the assembly efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-6, the positioning structure 50 may include: a first positioning portion 51, a second positioning portion 52, and a positioning member 53.
Wherein, the first positioning portion 51 can be disposed on the upper cover 40, the second positioning portion 52 can be disposed on the connecting member 30, and the positioning member 53 can be moved to switch the positioning structure 50 between the locking state and the unlocking state. When the positioning structure 50 is in the locked state, the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52 correspond to each other in position, and the positioning member 53 can simultaneously cooperate with the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52, so that the positions of the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52 are relatively fixed, and the upper cover 40 is locked with the integral piece 30. When the positioning structure 50 is in the unlocked state, the positioning member 53 may be disengaged from the first positioning portion 51 or the second positioning portion 52, and at this time, the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52 may be staggered, that is, the positions of the openings of the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52 may not correspond, and the upper cover 40 may rotate around the rotation axis extending in the vertical direction relative to the connecting member 30, so that the upper cover 40 may be opened or closed.
Of course, the positions of the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52 are not limited to the positions shown in fig. 1-6, and the positions of the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52 may be interchanged, that is, the first positioning portion 51 may be provided on the integrated member 30 and the second positioning portion 52 may be provided on the upper cover 40, which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, when the positioning structure 50 is in the unlocked state, the positioning member 53 may be disengaged from only the first positioning portion 51, may be disengaged from only the second positioning portion 52, and may be disengaged from both the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52, in other words, the positioning member 53 may be disengaged from at least one of the first positioning portion 51 and the second positioning portion 52.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the first positioning portion 51 may have a first positioning groove 511, the second positioning portion 52 may have a second positioning groove 521, and the positioning structure 50 is switched between the locking state and the unlocking state by engaging and disengaging the positioning member 53 with and from the first positioning groove 511 and the second positioning groove 521, and the positioning structure 50 is simple.
Specifically, when the positioning structure 50 is in the locked state, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the openings of the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521 are opposite, and two ends of the positioning element 53 can respectively extend into the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521, and inner slot walls of the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521 along the circumferential direction of the upper cover 40 can abut against the positioning element 53, so that the openings of the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521 cannot be staggered.
When the positioning structure 50 is in the unlocked state, the positioning member 53 can be moved into the first positioning slot 511 or the second positioning slot 521, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning member 53 is moved into the first positioning slot 511, so that the openings of the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521 can be staggered, that is, the upper cover 40 can rotate around the rotation axis extending in the vertical direction relative to the integral member 30.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the upper cover 40 is in the closed position, the first positioning slot 511 may be located below the second positioning slot 521, the positioning element 53 may move into the first positioning slot 511 under the action of gravity, and at this time, the positioning element 53 is disengaged from the second positioning slot 521, so that the positioning structure 50 may automatically realize the switching from the locking state to the unlocking state under the action of gravity, without an additional driving device or a manual operation of a user, the structure is simpler, and the occupied space is smaller.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the upper cover 40 is at the open position, one end of the positioning element 53 may move into the second positioning slot 521, so as to switch from the unlocked state to the locked state.
Still further, as shown in fig. 4, 11 and 12, a guide portion 512 may be disposed in the first positioning slot 511, and when the upper cover 40 is at the open position, the positioning member 53 may move downward and toward the second positioning slot 521 under the action of its own weight and the guide of the guide portion 512, so that one end of the positioning member 53 may automatically move into the second positioning slot 521, and the switching from the unlocked state to the locked state is automatically achieved without an additional driving device or a manual operation of a user.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 12, the guide portion 512 may have a guide slope 513, and when the upper cover 40 is in the open position, the guide slope 513 may be located below the positioning member 53, and a lower end of the guide slope 513 is adjacent to the second positioning groove 521. That is, when the upper cover 40 is in the open position, the guide slope 513 extends downward with respect to the horizontal direction and obliquely toward the second positioning groove 521. The positioning member 53 can move along the guiding inclined surface 513 from the high end to the low end of the guiding inclined surface 513 under the action of gravity, and finally one end of the positioning member 53 moves into the second positioning groove 521.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, when the upper cover 40 is in the closed position, the inclination angle of the guide slope 513 with respect to the horizontal direction is α, and α satisfies: alpha is more than or equal to 80 degrees and less than 90 degrees, therefore, when the upper cover 40 is in the open position, as shown in fig. 4, the guiding inclined surface 513 can extend obliquely downwards relative to the horizontal direction, so that the gravity of the positioning member 53 can overcome the friction force of the guiding inclined surface 513, and the positioning member 53 can move towards the second positioning groove 521 under the guiding action of the guiding inclined surface 513. Moreover, the inclination angle α of the guiding inclined plane 513 is not too small, and the size of the notch of the first positioning groove 511 is smaller, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the positioning structure 50, and the structural design is more reasonable. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the guide slopes 513 may be inclined at angles α of 80 degrees, 84 degrees, 88 degrees, and the like, respectively, with respect to the horizontal direction.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the positioning element 53 may be a positioning post, for example, in some examples of the present invention, the positioning element 53 is a pin, and when the upper cover 40 is in the open position, two ends of the positioning post may respectively extend into the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521, so that the positioning structure 50 is in the locked state.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, the positioning post may be a cylinder, and the outer surface of the cylinder is smoother, so as to prevent the positioning element 53 from being stuck in the first positioning slot 511 or the second positioning slot 521, which may affect the positioning effect, and reduce the friction between the positioning element 53 and the inner slot walls of the first positioning slot 511 and the second positioning slot 521.
In addition, both ends of the cylinder may have annular cutting edges 531, respectively, and both side edges of the cutting edges 531 may be smoothly transitioned to the end surface and the side circumferential surface of the cylinder, respectively. Therefore, the friction force between the positioning element 53 and the inner groove walls of the first positioning groove 511 and the second positioning groove 521 can be further reduced, so that the positioning element 53 can move more smoothly in the first positioning groove 511 and the second positioning groove 521, and the unlocking state and the locking state of the positioning structure 50 can be switched more flexibly and quickly.
