Description

Preparation process of bee pollen crystal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a preparation process of bee pollen crystal
Background
According to the history, bee pollen refers to pollen formed by storing and fermenting pollen balls brought back by bees during honey collection in a honeycomb. Bee pollen is a male germ cell in stamen of a flowering plant, not only carries genetic information of life, but also contains all nutrient substances necessary for breeding new life, and is the root of the succeeding generation of the plant and a source of heat energy; when bees collect honey, pollen can be collected by the sufficient pollen carrying capacity to form a pollen ball, and the pollen ball can be stored after entering the honeycomb. The main dietotherapy ingredients are as follows: protein, amino acid, vitamin, bee pollen essence, trace elements, active enzyme, flavonoid, lipid, nucleic acid, brassin, phytic acid, etc. The amino acid content and the proportion thereof are the amino acid patterns closest to the food and agriculture organization recommendations of the United nations, which are very rare in natural foods. Bee pollen is a concentrate of nutritionally and pharmacodynamically valuable substances, which contains proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and other active substances. Bee pollen is an excellent natural nutritious food, and an ideal tonic, and has certain medical function.
However, the fresh bee pollen is not easy to store after being collected, and can go mouldy and go bad in a short period of time in a high-temperature humid environment, and the content of microorganisms in the bee pollen can be increased after being stored for a long time at normal temperature; in addition, the cellulose content in the pollen wall is high, and the pollen is not easy to dissolve in water, so that the taste of the pollen and the absorption of a human body are influenced.
