Background
At present, the substrate raw materials are various, but the most used contemporary peat with the best quality is added with a small amount of biomass fermentation products and inorganic materials such as vermiculite, perlite and the like. Of these, inorganic materials are produced in China to meet market supply, while peat is mainly imported.
However, peat formation is extremely slow and requires several geological times. Meanwhile, peat lands are a special wetland type, and breed a large amount of organisms, and since the last century, due to the large demand of agriculture and industry for peat resources, the shortage of peat resources is caused, and the environment of a large amount of peat wetlands is damaged.
The extensive exploitation and use of peat causes the destruction of the ecosystem and causes severe environmental and resource pressures. The selection of new functional media for replacing peat has become an important issue to be solved urgently in horticulture.
When the existing coconut husk substrate is used as a seedling substrate, the growth promoting effect on crops is low; and part of the coconut husk matrix contains more components, is complex to prepare and has higher cost.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the technical field better understand the scheme of the present invention.
A novel functional matrix is prepared by mixing three additives, namely putrescine, cytokinin and brassinolide uniformly, and adding into coconut husk matrix for promoting crop growth; wherein the final concentration of the three additives in the novel functional matrix is 3-7 mmol.L of putrescine-1Cytokinin 1X 10-2-3×10-2mg·L-1Brassinolide 8X 10-4-1.2×10-3mg·L-1。
For the catalyst containing 3-7 mmol. multidot.L-1Putrescine, 1X 10-2-3×10-2mg·L-1Cytokinin, 8X 10-4-1.2×10- 3mg·L-1The novel functional matrix of the three additives of the brassinolide is a crop culture matrix, is applied to soilless culture of plants, only contains three additives of putrescine, brassinolide and cytokinin, limits the concentration of the three additives, is simple in ingredient, less in additive, reduces cost and operation time, effectively improves the seedling strengthening rate and root activity of plants, and enhances the crop vitalityAnd (4) capacity. Compared with the prior common coconut chaff or peat used as a culture medium for soilless culture, the novel functional medium screened by the method can meet the requirements of plant growth, and has the advantages of consistent plant growth, less plant diseases and insect pests, excellent overall character, high comprehensive evaluation index of plant morphology indexes, good commodity quality and high yield. The pressure of the peat is relieved to a great extent, and the economic benefit and the environmental benefit are improved.
The invention further provides the application of the novel functional substrate in soilless culture of plants, wherein the plants comprise but are not limited to cucumbers. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The starting materials used in the examples are all commercially available products unless otherwise specified.
