The rotation speed of the pressing wheel is stable, so that the rotation speed can represent the advancing speed of the wheat seed-sowing machine, and the seed-sowing quantity is accurate. During seed metering, an operator firstly determines the seed metering amount according to the comprehensive condition of the cultivated land, namely, the basic rotating speed of the seed metering servo motor 5023 is determined through a controller. In the actual travelling process, the controller adjusts the rotating speed of the seed metering servo motor 5023 according to the travelling speed of the wheat seed homogenizing machine, so that precise seed metering can be achieved. The same is true of the fertilization of the wheat seeder. The amount of seeds within the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 is affected by the seed metering speed of the wheat middlebox. If the seed discharging speed is high, the conveying speed of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 is low, so that seeds are not in the cavity at the rear end of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021. If the seed discharging speed is high, the conveying speed of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 is high, seeds which are not discharged in time fall into the seed box 501 through the lifting mechanism 503, thereby increasing power consumption. Ideally, the seed should be at the end of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021, where there is little seed remaining, essentially without the lifting mechanism 503. Therefore, the controller controls the rotation speed of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 according to the advancing speed of the wheat seed-metering device and the rotation speed of the seed-metering servo motor 5023, namely the seed-metering speed, so that the ideal state can be approached as much as possible, and the power consumption of the device is reduced.
Further, the two ends of the screeding plate 504 are provided with a buffer mechanism 5051, so that the screeding plate 504 can scree soil and does not collect soil blocks, the buffer mechanism 5051 comprises a connecting rod 50511, a vertical supporting rod, a buffer spring 50512 and a spring support 50513, one end of the connecting rod 50511 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the screeding plate 504, the other end of the connecting rod 50511 is connected with the lower end of the vertical supporting rod, the buffer spring 50512 is sleeved on the vertical supporting rod, the upper end of the vertical supporting rod is connected with the spring support 50513, and the spring support 50513 is fixedly connected with the rack 20.
Without the cushioning mechanism 5051, the screed 504 would be deformed locally when the screed 504 encounters relatively hard soil, and would be rendered inoperative after prolonged use. Under the action of the cushioning mechanism 5051, when the screed 504 encounters hard soil, the screed 504 will pop up properly, and after the past, the screed 504 will return, thereby enabling an extended service life.
The seed discharging servo motor 5023, the fertilizing servo motor 303, the rotary tillage motor 401, the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 and the vertical screw conveyor of the roller seed discharging precision seed-metering machine 10 are all provided by a tractor.
In the roller seed metering precision seed distribution and distribution machine 10 of the present invention, when sowing, since the bottom of the sowing box 501 is inclined, seeds enter the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 from the bottom of the seed box 501, a large amount of seeds are transversely conveyed to the tail end of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 under the driving of the horizontal screw conveyor 5021, and thus the horizontal screw conveyor 5021 can be fully filled with seeds. The bottom of the horizontal screw conveyer 5021 is uniformly provided with a plurality of discharge holes, and seeds fall onto the seed metering baffle plate under the action of the seed metering wheel. In a preferred embodiment, the seed metering wheel is driven by a servo motor. The servo motor can adjust the rotation speed of the seed metering wheel, thereby being capable of adjusting the seed metering amount. Since the seeding device 50 is not provided with a guide pipe, the soil raised by the rotary tillage device 40 is not blocked, and thus falls evenly behind the seeds. Under the action of the compacting device 60, the seeds are uniformly covered with a layer of soil, thereby being more beneficial to seed germination. Due to the rotary tillage device 40, the soil has a fluctuation, thereby affecting the depth of seed sowing. The trowelling plate 504 is obliquely arranged, so that the high-low fluctuation soil can be trowelled, and the soil is not concentrated, so that the seeds can be ensured to be sowed on the soil surface. Meanwhile, by arranging the seed metering baffle, seeds can be more uniform than seeds sowed by the existing even sowing machine.
