As shown in fig. 8, the glue spraying station ST110 is provided with a glue spraying mechanism, the glue spraying mechanism is fixedly arranged on the base 1, the glue spraying mechanism comprises a glue spraying robot 6a, a glue spraying head 6b, a spot inspection table 6c and a waste box 6d, the glue spraying head 6b is mounted at the tail end of the glue spraying robot 6a, the glue barrel 6e and the waste box 6d are both arranged in the movable range of the glue spraying robot 6a, and the tool fixture 2a is located in the working range of the glue spraying head 6 b. When dispensing, the glue spraying head 6b sucks glue from the glue barrel 6e, sprays the glue, and is detected by the point detecting table 6c, and the glue waste is put into the waste box 6 d.
As shown in fig. 9, the curing station ST120 is provided with a curing mechanism to cure the UV glue sprayed from the previous station, the curing mechanism includes a sealing cover 7a, a UV curing lamp 7b, an exhaust port 7c and an exhaust fan, the sealing cover 7a is fixedly connected with the base 1, the UV curing lamp 7b, the exhaust port 7c and the exhaust fan are disposed in the sealing cover 7a, a through slot 7d adapted to the shape of the rotating part 1c is disposed below the sealing cover 7a, the UV curing lamp 7b is disposed above the through slot 7d, the through slot 7d is communicated with the inside of the sealing cover 7a through the exhaust port 7c, and the exhaust fan is disposed in the exhaust port 7 c.
As shown in fig. 10, the camera detection station ST130 is provided with a camera detection mechanism, the camera detection mechanism includes a glue spraying detection camera 8a, an ultraviolet lamp 8b, a dotting cylinder (not shown in the drawing) and a dotting pen (not shown in the drawing), the glue spraying detection camera 8a and the ultraviolet lamp 8b are fixedly connected with the fixing portion 1b, the ultraviolet lamp 8b is disposed right above the fixture 2a, a light path through hole is formed in the middle of the ultraviolet lamp 8b, the camera is disposed right above the ultraviolet lamp 8b, the dotting cylinder is disposed right below the fixture 2a, the dotting pen is disposed at the upper end of the dotting cylinder, the dotting cylinder is fixedly connected with the base 1, and if the product detection is qualified, the dotting pen is dotted on the product.
As shown in fig. 11, the recording station ST140 is provided with a recording mechanism for performing program recording on a product, the recording mechanism is disposed on the fixing portion 1b, and the recording mechanism includes a recording support 9a, a recording position switching cylinder 9b, a second moving platform 9c, a first recording lifting cylinder 9e, a first product recording head 9f, a second recording lifting cylinder 9g and a second product recording head 9h, the recording position switching cylinder 9b is fixedly disposed on the recording support 9a, the second moving platform 9c is connected with the recording position switching cylinder 9b so as to push the second moving platform 9c to move along the second sliding rail 9d, and the second moving platform 9c can move along the second sliding rail 9d under the driving of the recording position switching cylinder 9b, and is disposed on the second moving platform 9c, and the first lifting cylinder 9e and the second lifting cylinder 9f are connected with the second recording head 9f, and the second lifting cylinder 9c is disposed at the second lifting end of the second lifting cylinder 9 g.
As shown in fig. 12, the blanking station ST150 is provided with a blanking mechanism, the blanking mechanism includes a transfer servo 10a, a blanking lifting cylinder 10b, a clamping jaw 10d cylinder 10c and a clamping jaw 10d, the transfer servo 10a is disposed along a horizontal direction and is fixedly connected with the base 1, the blanking lifting cylinder 10b is disposed along a vertical direction and is movably connected with the transfer servo 10a, the clamping jaw 10d cylinder 10c is movably connected with the blanking lifting cylinder 10b, the clamping jaw 10d is movably connected with the clamping jaw 10d cylinder 10c, a defective product box (not shown in the drawing) and a defective product slide 10e are disposed below a moving path of the clamping jaw 10d, and a material taking platform 10f is disposed at an end of the defective product slide 10 e.
In addition, can install the universal wheel under base 1 in order to make things convenient for this equipment to remove, can also be at this equipment external cover in order to reduce external disturbance, prevent that dust debris from dropping and influencing production precision.
The actions of the invention are described in detail as follows:
1. manually preassembling at the ST10 station, putting the product into a loading station tray tool, pressing a start button, automatically running the equipment, and intermittently indexing and rotating the index plate.

The invention combines the high-precision indexing structure with the high-stability assembly and detection component, so that the invention can ensure the stability and measurement accuracy of product assembly and the high reliability of equipment while centralizing the production layout and reducing the occupied area, and meets the requirement of high-speed automatic production of an electronic control unit. the hot riveting device comprises a hot riveting station, a welding station, a product testing station, a glue spraying station, a camera detecting station and a burning station, wherein one side of the hot riveting station, one side of the welding station, one side of the product testing station, one side of the glue spraying station, one side of the camera detecting station and one side of the burning station are respectively provided with a pressing device, the pressing devices are fixedly arranged on a base, each pressing device comprises a support, a lifting cylinder and a pressing plate, the supports are fixedly connected with the base, the lifting cylinders are fixedly connected with the supports, the pressing plates are connected with the telescopic ends of the lifting cylinders so as to move along the vertical direction, the pressing plates are provided with operation holes, and the two sides of each fixture clamp are provided with protection plates; when the rotating part rotates, the height of the pressing plate is higher than that of the protecting plate; when the rotating part is static, the pressing plate presses and fixes the product on the tool clamp;
the fixing part is provided with a presence detection sensor at the corresponding positions of the feeding station, the hot riveting station, the welding station, the product testing station, the glue spraying station, the curing station, the camera detection station and the burning station, the irradiation direction of the presence detection sensor faces to the tool clamp, the presence detection sensor is electrically connected with a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with an alarm;
the feeding station is provided with a feeding mechanism, the feeding mechanism comprises a preassembly part detection camera and a display screen, the preassembly part detection camera is arranged right above the fixture, the irradiation direction of the preassembly part detection camera faces the fixture, the preassembly part detection camera is fixedly connected with the fixing part, the display screen is arranged above the preassembly part detection camera, one side of the feeding station is provided with a starting button, the preassembly part detection camera, the display screen and the starting button are electrically connected with a controller, the feeding station is arranged in a protective cover, an opening of the protective cover faces to one side away from the index plate, and openings are formed in the junction of the protective cover, the irradiation path of the detection sensor, the corresponding position of the preassembly part detection camera and the movement path of the rotating part;
