Abstract
本发明提供一种带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其包括固定件、反馈模块及枢转件,反馈模块设置在固定件上,反馈模块具有限流口,枢转件可枢转地设置在反馈模块的一侧,枢转件与反馈模块之间形成调节腔,当枢转件朝向一个方向枢转时,调节腔的气压增大,反馈模块作动使得限流口的流通面积变小,藉此对枢转件产生逐渐增加的枢转阻力而达到提供单向枢转反馈的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻尼转轴,具体是一种带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴。
背景技术
阻尼转轴是通过摩擦力使两物件能够相对枢转并定位于任意角度的装置。为满足不同使用需求,市场上的阻尼转轴有很多种类,但是目前没有一种带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,亦即此种阻尼转轴能够实现一个方向轻松枢转,另一个方向产生枢转阻力而提供有单向枢转反馈。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提供一种带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,以满足特定使用需求。
本发明的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其包括固定件、反馈模块及枢转件,反馈模块设置在固定件上,反馈模块具有限流口,枢转件可枢转地设置在反馈模块的一侧,枢转件与反馈模块之间形成调节腔,当枢转件朝向一个方向枢转时,调节腔的气压增大,反馈模块作动使得限流口的流通面积变小。
本发明的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴通过在固定件与枢转件之间设置有反馈模块,使得枢转件朝向一个方向轻松枢转,另一个方向枢转会使反馈模块作动而对枢转件产生逐渐增加的枢转阻力,从而,达到提供单向枢转反馈的目的。本发明的阻尼转轴可运用在多种物品,例如马桶盖、冰箱门、橱门、消防门、窗户等。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴包括固定件1、反馈模块2及枢转件3。
固定件1具有固定座11及盖板12,固定座11具有开口111,盖板12覆盖固定座11的开口111,盖板12具有轴孔121。
反馈模块2设置在固定件1上,如图3至图4所示,反馈模块2具有安装座21、控制盘22、至少一个阀片23、推块24、气缸25、活塞杆26、复位弹簧27、保护板28及隔板29,安装座21固定在固定件1的固定座11上,安装座21具有前端面211、后端面212、安装槽213、限流口214、至少一个限位柱215及枢转槽216,安装槽213凹设于前端面211并具有槽面2131及槽口2132,限流口214连通于安装槽213,限位柱215形成在安装槽213的槽面2131上并位于限流口214的***,枢转槽216形成在安装座21的一侧,控制盘22呈环形并具有中心孔221、至少一个弧形限位孔222及至少一个径向插孔223,中心孔221对应于安装座21的限流口214,限位孔222位于中心孔221的***,插孔223位于限位孔222的***,通过限位孔222套设在安装座21的限位柱215上,使控制盘22可往复转动地设置在安装座21的安装槽213内,阀片23具有阀片本体231及移动柱232,移动柱232形成在阀片本体231上,通过移动柱232插设在控制盘22的插孔223内,使阀片23可移动地设置在安装座21与控制盘22之间,阀片23随控制盘22顺时针方向转动而未突出至安装座21的限流口214中,阀片23随控制盘22逆时针方向转动而突出至安装座21的限流口214中,使安装座21的限流口214的流通面积改变,推块24具有推块本体241及推柱242,推块24通过推块本体24固定在控制盘22上,推柱242形成在推块本体241上,气缸25固定在安装座21的安装槽213内且相邻推块24,气缸25具有压缩腔251,压缩腔251具有前端口2511及下端口2512,活塞杆26可移动地设置在气缸25的压缩腔251内,活塞杆26具有下端部261,下端部261突出于气缸25的压缩腔251的下端口2512并抵靠于推块24的推柱242,复位弹簧27具有两端271、272,一端271固定在安装座21的安装槽213的槽面2131上且相邻控制盘22,另一端272固定在控制盘22上,保护板28覆盖安装座21的安装槽213的槽口2132,保护板28具有通孔281,通孔281对应于气缸25的压缩腔251的前端口2511,隔板29设置在控制盘22与保护板28之间。如图中所示的具体实施例,反馈模块2具有三个阀片23,安装座21具有三个限位柱215,控制盘22具有三个限位孔222及三个插孔223。
如图2及图3所示,枢转件3可往复枢转地设置在反馈模块2上,枢转件3具有枢转座31及控制板32,枢转座31具有枢转板311、枢转轴312及连接轴313,枢转轴312形成在枢转板311的一侧,连接轴313形成在枢转板311的顶面,通过枢转轴312插设在反馈模块2的安装座21的枢转槽216内,连接轴313穿过固定件1的盖板12的轴孔121而突出于盖板12的顶面,使枢转座31可相对于固定件1及反馈模块2往复枢转,且固定件1的固定座11与盖板12之间形成密闭空间13,于密闭空间13内且位于枢转板311与安装座21的前端面211之间形成调节腔131,调节腔131通过气缸25的压缩腔251的前端口2511连通于气缸25的压缩腔251,控制板32固定在枢转座31的连接轴313上。
当操作控制板32带动枢转座31朝向安装座21的后端面212進行顺时针方向枢转时,枢转件3能够轻松枢转;如图5及图6所示,当操作控制板32带动枢转座31朝向安装座21的前端面211进行图中箭头所示的逆时针方向枢转时,枢转座31的枢转板311与安装座21的前端面211之间的调节腔131的气压会增大,配合图7所示,活塞杆26会朝向气缸25的压缩腔251的下端口2512移动,使得活塞杆26的下端部261推动推块24的推柱242,从而使控制盘22逆时针方向转动以带动阀片23,阀片23的阀片本体231突出至安装座21的限流口214中,限流口214的流通面积变小而抑制空气流量,调节腔131的气压继续增大,藉此对枢转座31的枢转板311产生逐渐增加的枢转阻力而达到提供单向枢转反馈的目的,且此时复位弹簧27呈压缩状态;当释放控制板32时,如图4所示,复位弹簧27提供弹力,从而使控制盘22顺时针方向转动复位并带动阀片23,阀片23复位至未突出至安装座21的限流口214中,限流口214的流通面积恢复原状而未抑制空气流量。
Claims (10)
1.一种带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其包括固定件及枢转件,所述枢转件可相对于所述固定件往复枢转,其特征在于:还包括反馈模块,所述反馈模块设置在所述固定件上,所述反馈模块具有限流口,所述枢转件与所述反馈模块之间形成调节腔,当所述枢转件朝向一个方向枢转时,所述调节腔的气压增大,所述反馈模块作动使得所述限流口的流通面积变小。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述反馈模块具有安装座、控制盘、至少一个阀片、推块、气缸及活塞杆,所述安装座固定在所述固定件内,所述安装座具有所述限流口,所述控制盘可往复转动地设置在所述安装座上,所述阀片可移动地设置在所述安装座与所述控制盘之间,所述阀片随所述控制盘往复转动而突出或未突出至所述安装座的所述限流口中,所述推块固定在所述控制盘上,所述气缸设置在所述安装座上且相邻所述推块,所述气缸具有压缩腔,所述活塞杆可移动地设置在所述气缸的所述压缩腔内,所述枢转件可枢转地设置在所述安装座的一侧,所述枢转件与所述安装座之间形成所述调节腔,所述调节腔连通于所述气缸的所述压缩腔;
当所述枢转件枢转使所述调节腔的气压增大时,所述活塞杆会突出于所述气缸外以推动所述推块,从而使所述控制盘转动以带动所述阀片,所述阀片移动至所述安装座的所述限流口中使所述限流口的流通面积变小。
3.如权利要求2所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述安装座具有至少一个限位柱,所述控制盘具有至少一个限位孔,通过所述限位孔套设在所述安装座的所述限位柱上,使控制盘可转动地设置在安装座上。
4.如权利要求2所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述控制盘具有至少一个插孔,所述阀片具有移动柱,通过所述移动柱插设在所述控制盘的所述插孔内,使所述阀片可移动地设置在所述安装座与所述控制盘之间。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述气缸的所述压缩腔具有前端口及下端口,所述活塞杆具有下端部,所述下端部突出于所述气缸的所述下端口并抵靠于所述推块,所述调节腔通过所述气缸的所述压缩腔的所述前端口连通于所述气缸的所述压缩腔。
6.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述反馈模块具有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧具有两端,一端固定在所述安装座上,另一端固定在所述控制盘上。
7.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述安装座具有安装槽,所述安装槽具有槽口,所述限流口连通于所述安装槽,所述控制盘可往复转动地设置在所述安装座的所述安装槽内,所述气缸固定在所述安装座的所述安装槽内,所述反馈模块具有保护板,所述保护板覆盖所述安装座的所述安装槽的所述槽口。
8.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述安装座具有枢转槽,所述枢转件具有枢转轴,通过所述枢转轴插设在所述安装座的所述枢转槽内,使所述枢转件可相对于所述固定件及所述安装座枢转。
9.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述固定件具有固定座及盖板,所述固定座具有开口,所述盖板覆盖所述固定座的所述开口,所述安装座固定在所述固定座上。
10.如权利要求9所述的带有单向枢转反馈的阻尼转轴,其特征在于:所述盖板具有轴孔,所述枢转件具有枢转座,所述枢转座具有枢转板及连接轴,所述枢转板可枢转地设置在所述安装座的一侧,所述枢转板与所述安装座之间形成所述调节腔,所述连接轴形成在所述枢转板的顶面,所述连接轴穿过所述盖板的所述轴孔而突出于所述盖板的顶面。
