Detailed Description
Fig. 1 and 2 show a rack system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a rack 22, a first slide assembly 24, a second slide assembly 26, a carrier 28, and a fastener 30.
The frame 22 includes a plurality of columns, and herein, the frame 22 includes a pair of first columns 22a (e.g., a pair of front columns) and a pair of second columns 22b (e.g., a pair of rear columns), and the columns 22a, 22b are spaced relative to each other.
The first slide assembly 24 and the second slide assembly 26 are respectively mounted on a first side S1 and a second side S2 of the frame 22. The first slide assembly 24 and the second slide assembly 26 have substantially the same structural configuration. For the sake of brevity, only the first slide assembly 24 will be described. Specifically, two portions (e.g., front and rear portions) of the first slide assembly 24 are mounted to the first and second columns 22a, 22b of the frame 22 via two brackets 32a, 32b, respectively, but are not limited in implementation.
The carrier 28 is, for example, a case or an electronic device, but is not limited to the embodiment. The carrier 28 is disposed between the first slide assembly 24 and the second slide assembly 26. The carrier 28 includes a first side wall 34a and a second side wall 34b, and each of the side walls 34a, 34b has a front end 36 and a rear end 38, wherein at least one of the first side wall 34a and the second side wall 34b is provided with a locking hole 40, and herein, the first side wall 34a is provided with the locking hole 40 as an example.
The fastener 30 is disposed on one of the first side wall 34a and the second side wall 34b of the carrier 28, and here, the fastener 30 is disposed on the first side wall 34a as an example. Specifically, the fastener 30 has a first blocking portion 42, wherein the first blocking portion 42 extends from the locking hole 40 of the carrier 28.
Preferably, the locking hole 40 of the support 28 is located between the front end 36 and the rear end 38 of the first sidewall 34a, and the locking hole 40 is far from the front end 36.
Preferably, the fastener 30 further has a second stop portion 44 and a resilient arm 46. The elastic arm 46 has a fixing portion 48 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the first sidewall 34a of the supporting object 28, and the second blocking portion 44 and the first blocking portion 42 are located on the elastic arm 46 and far away from the fixing portion 48. Preferably, the first stopping portion 42 and the second stopping portion 44 partially protrude from the locking hole 40 of the carrier 28 from inside to outside. Preferably, a buckle portion 50 is defined between the first blocking portion 42 and the second blocking portion 44 (this portion can be seen in fig. 3). The first blocking portion 42 of the fastening member 30 has a guiding edge 42a and a blocking portion 42b opposite to the guiding edge 42a, and the guiding edge 42a is at least one of an inclined surface and an arc surface. Preferably, the first blocking portion 42 and the second blocking portion 44 extend from an arm edge 54 of the elastic arm 46, and the extension length H1 of the second blocking portion 44 is greater than the extension length H2 of the first blocking portion 42.
Preferably, the carrier 28 is provided with an operation hole 52, and the position of the operation hole 52 corresponds to a portion of the elastic arm 46 of the fastener 30.
Preferably, one of the first and second slide assemblies 24, 26 includes an L-shaped support rail 54. The support rail 54 is mounted to the first and second columns 22a, 22b of the frame 22 by two brackets 32a, 32b, so that the support rail 54 is immovable, i.e., fixed, relative to the frame 22, and the support rail 54 includes a bottom portion 58 having a horizontal portion 56 for supporting the load 28.
Preferably, the rack system further comprises an upper stop 59 disposed on one of the first rail assembly 24 and the second rail assembly 26, the upper stop 59 being configured to provide a stop for the top 60 of the carrier 28.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, when the carrier 28 is pulled out from a first position P1 in the frame 22 to a first direction D1 and displaced to a predetermined stroke, the fastener 30 contacts the first pillar 22a of the frame 22 through the first blocking portion 42, so that the elastic arm 46 swings at an angle and gradually accumulates an elastic force P. Preferably, the first guiding edge 42a of the first blocking portion 42 contacts the first column 22a of the frame 22, which has guiding effect and helps the elastic arm 46 to accumulate the elastic force P.
As shown in fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, when the carrier 28 is further displaced toward the first direction D1, the first blocking portion 42 of the fastening member 30 can pass over the first pillar 22a of the rack 22. Further, when the carrier 28 reaches a second position P2, the first blocking portion 42 and the second blocking portion 44 can approach toward the first pillar 22a in response to the elastic arm 46 releasing the elastic force P, wherein the blocking section 42b of the first blocking portion 42 of the fastener 30 is located at a position corresponding to or blocking the front of the first pillar 22a of the rack 22 (as shown in fig. 9 and 10) to prevent the carrier 28 from being displaced from the second position P2 toward a second direction D2 opposite to the first direction D1. In other words, the object can be prevented from moving from the second position P2 to the first position P1. Preferably, when the carrying object 28 is at the second position P2, the fastening portion 50 of the fastening member 30 is configured to be able to be engaged with the first pillar 22a, for example, the fastening portion 50 of the fastening member 30 is engaged with a pillar edge 23 of the first pillar 22a, but the implementation is not limited thereto. Therefore, when the fastening portion 50 of the fastening device 30 is fastened to the first pillar 22a, the carrier 28 is prevented from being displaced in the first direction D1 or the second direction D2 at the second position P2.
It should be noted that the user can apply a force F from the operation hole 52 to operate the elastic arm 46, so that the buckle portion 50 is no longer engaged with the first pillar 22a, i.e., the carrier 28 can be displaced from the second position P2 toward the first direction D1 or the second direction D2.
As shown in fig. 11, the support rail 54 includes a horizontal portion 56 for supporting a bottom portion 58 of the support 28. On the other hand, the upper stop 59 extends from the support rail 54 and has a bent portion 62, and when the carrier 28 is at a position, such as the first position P1, the bent portion 62 of the upper stop 59 is used to provide a stop for the top portion 60 of the carrier 28. According to this configuration, the carrier 28 is not inclined upward or downward, thereby facilitating the reliability of the arrangement of the carrier 28 on the first and second slide assemblies 24 and 26.
From the above description, it can be seen that the enhanced efficacy and advantages of the present invention are:
a. the fastener 30 is disposed on the carrier 28, and the first stopper 42 and the second stopper 44 of the fastener 30 can be respectively matched with a column of the rack to prevent the carrier 28 from moving from the second position P2 to the first direction D1 or prevent the carrier 28 from moving from the second position P2 to the second direction D2.
b. The support rail 54 includes a horizontal portion 56 for supporting a bottom portion 58 of the support 28. On the other hand, the upper stop 59 provides a stop for the top 60 of the carrier 28.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the present specific embodiments, it will be recognized by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are illustrative only, and various equivalent changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore, it is intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
