Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a slide assembly 40 of a first embodiment of the present invention mounted to a first column 46 and a second column 48 of a rack (rack) by means of a first bracket 42 and a bracket device 44.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the slide rail assembly 40 includes a rail member 50 and a support rail 52. The rail 50 has a first end 54a and a second end 54b opposite the first end 54 a. The support rail 52 is fixedly attached to the back plate of the rail member 50 and may be considered part of the rail member 50. The support rail 52 has an upper wall 56a, a lower wall 56b, and a longitudinal wall 58 connected between the upper wall 56a and the lower wall 56 b. The upper wall 56a, the lower wall 56b and the longitudinal wall 58 together define a channel 60. The first bracket 42 is connected to the first end 54a of the adjacent rail member 50. Preferably, the longitudinal wall 58 of the support rail 52 is positioned within the channel 60 with a first stop 62. The bracket assembly 44, on the other hand, is positioned adjacent the second end 54b of the rail member 50. The bracket device 44 includes a supporting frame 64, a second bracket 66, an elastic member 68 and a fastening member 70.
The support bracket 64 is movably mounted to the support rail 52 and is displaceable relative to the channel 60 of the support rail 52. Here, the supporting frame 64 has a second stopping portion 72 made of elastic material corresponding to the first stopping portion 62 of the supporting rail 52. During assembly, the supporting frame 64 penetrates into the channel 60 of the supporting rail 52, and the second stopping portion 72 elastically contacts and passes over the first stopping portion 62 of the supporting rail 52, so that the supporting frame 64 can be driven by the supporting rail 52 to displace by the mutual contact between the first stopping portion 62 and the second stopping portion 72. Preferably, the supporting frame 64 further includes a limiting feature 74 and a first engaging feature 76 located between the second stopping portion 72 and the limiting feature 74.
The second bracket 66 (also referred to simply as a bracket) includes at least one mounting member 78, such as two mounting members 78. In this embodiment, the second bracket 66 includes a side wall 80 and an end wall 82. The side wall 80 is connected (e.g., movably connected) to the support bracket 64, and the end wall 82 is substantially perpendicular to the side wall 80. The at least one mounting member 78 is mounted to the end wall 82. Preferably, the sidewall 80 further includes a pair of clasping portions 84 extending to the upper and lower sides of the supporting frame 64.
The elastic member 68 is mounted to the support bracket 64. The elastic member 68 includes a first elastic portion 86, a second elastic portion 88, and a connecting portion 90 connected between the first elastic portion 86 and the second elastic portion 88, wherein an angle difference is formed in advance between the first elastic portion 86 and the connecting portion 90, so that the first elastic portion 86 has an elastic force in advance relative to the connecting portion 90. The end of the second elastic portion 88 is provided with at least one second latching feature 92 (e.g., two second latching features 92), and the second latching feature 92 can be latched with the first latching feature 76 of the support frame 64. The connecting portion 90 connects the elastic member 68 to the supporting frame 64 through at least one connecting member 94 (e.g., two connecting members 94). In detail, the limit feature 74 of the supporting frame 64 is implemented as a long hole with a boundary, and includes a first boundary end 77a and a second boundary end 77b, for the two connecting members 94 to connect the elastic member 68 to the supporting frame 64, and enabling the elastic member 68 to have a limited displacement between the first boundary end 77a and the second boundary end 77b in the limit feature 74 by means of the two connecting members 94.
In a preferred embodiment, an auxiliary elastic member 96 (e.g., two auxiliary elastic members 96) is further included and connected between the supporting frame 64 and the elastic member 68.
The fastener 70 is connected to the elastic member 68, for example, the fastener 70 is connected to the first elastic portion 86 of the elastic member 68, and the fastener 70 has at least one fastening portion 98 (for example, two fastening portions 98).
Fig. 4 shows that when the second latching feature 92 of the resilient member 68 is latched with the first latching feature 76 of the supporting bracket 64, the connecting member 94 is located adjacent to the first boundary end 77a of the limiting feature 74 of the supporting bracket 64. The bracket device 44 is disposed in a locked state with respect to the mounting member 78 through the auxiliary elastic member 96, and the second bracket 66 is located at a first position P1 with respect to the supporting frame 64.
Fig. 5 shows the second detent feature 92 of the resilient member 68 being disengaged from the first detent feature 76 of the support bracket 64 by an external force.
Fig. 6 shows that when the second latching feature 92 of the resilient member 68 is disengaged from the first latching feature 76 of the supporting frame 64, the auxiliary resilient member 96 releases a resilient force to displace the resilient member 68 in response to the resilient force, and the connecting member 94 is located adjacent to the second boundary end 77b of the limiting feature 74 of the supporting frame 64. The fastener 70 of the bracket device 44 is deflected by an angle in response to the first elastic portion 86 of the elastic member 68, so that the fastener 70 is in an unlocked state relative to the mounting member 78, and at this time, the second bracket 66 is displaced relative to the supporting frame 64 from the first position P1 to a second position P2.
Fig. 7 shows that the two mounting members 78 of the bracket device 44 can be aligned along a first direction D1 with the two holes 100 inserted into the second column 48 of the rack when the fasteners 70 of the bracket device 44 are in the unlocked position.
Fig. 8 shows that when the bracket device 44 continues to apply a force in the first direction D1, the supporting frame 64 of the bracket device 44 is displaced relative to the second mast 48, such that the first latching feature 76 of the supporting frame 64 returns to be latched with the second latching feature 92 of the elastic element 68, and the elastic force of the auxiliary elastic element 96 further transforms the fastening element 70 from the aforementioned unlocking state to the locking state, such that the bracket device 44 can be mounted on the second mast 48 for positioning, and the fastening portion 98 of the fastening element 70 further corresponds to a portion of the second mast 48, such that the bracket device 44 can be stably mounted on the second mast 48.
Fig. 9 and 10 show that the support bracket 64 of the bracket assembly 44 is provided with an unlocking portion 102 located adjacent the first detent feature 76. Preferably, the unlocking portion 102 is a slope or a curved surface relative to the elastic member 68.
During the unlocking operation, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the bracket device 44 applies a force in the first direction D1, so that the supporting frame 64 of the bracket device 44 pushes the elastic member 68 through the unlocking portion 102, and the second latching feature 92 of the elastic member 68 is disengaged from the first latching feature 76 of the supporting frame 64. The auxiliary elastic member 96 releases the elastic force, so that the elastic member 68 is displaced in response to the elastic force, and the fastener 70 is deflected at an angle in response to the first elastic portion 86 of the elastic member 68, so that the fastener 70 is in an unlocked state relative to the mounting member 78, and the bracket device 44 can be detached from the second mast 48.
Fig. 13-17 are schematic views illustrating the operation of the slide rail assembly 40 of the present embodiment mounted to the first column 46 and the second column 48. First, the fasteners 70 of the bracket device 44 are operated to an unlocked position and then the mounting member 78 of the bracket device 44 is inserted into alignment with the second mast 48. When the bracket device 44 continues to apply the force in the first direction D1, the supporting frame 64 of the bracket device 44 is displaced relative to the second column 48, so that the first latching feature 76 of the supporting frame 64 returns to be latched with the second latching feature 92 of the elastic element 68, and the fastener 70 is switched from the aforementioned unlocking state to the locking state through the elastic force of the auxiliary elastic element 96, so that the bracket device 44 can be mounted on the second column 48 for positioning, and then the first bracket 42 is mounted on the first column 46, so that the slide rail assembly 40 can be stably mounted on the first column 46 and the second column 48.
Fig. 18 and 19 show that the slide assembly 40 of the present invention further includes an operating member 104 movably mounted on the support frame 64 of the bracket assembly 44, such as the operating member 104 having a longitudinal bore 106 with a boundary, and a connecting member 108 passing through the longitudinal bore to connect the operating member 104 to the support frame 64, such that the operating member 104 is operatively displaceable relative to the support frame 64. The operating member 104 includes an unlocking portion 110 corresponding to the second detent feature 92 of the resilient member 68. When the operating element 104 is operated and displaced along a second direction D2, the unlocking portion 110 of the operating element 104 is used to disengage the second latching feature 92 of the elastic element 68 from the first latching feature 76 of the supporting frame 64, so that the fastening element 70 of the bracket device 44 is converted from the locking state to the unlocking state, so as to facilitate the bracket device 44 to be mounted on the corresponding second mast 48, in a related mounting manner, please refer to fig. 13 to 17.
Fig. 20 and 21 show the configuration of a bracket device 200 of a slide rail assembly according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the bracket device 200 includes a supporting frame 202, a second bracket 204, an elastic member 206, a fastening member 208 and an auxiliary elastic member 210.
The support frame 202 is configured substantially the same as the support frame 64 disclosed in the previous embodiments, and includes a retention feature 212 and a second stop 214. In this embodiment, the support bracket 202 is not configured with the first detent feature 76 of the support bracket 64 disclosed in the previous embodiments. One end of the support bracket 202 is provided with at least one first mounting feature 216 (e.g., two first mounting features 216), the first mounting feature 216 being implemented as a protrusion.
The second bracket 204 (also referred to simply as bracket) is configured substantially the same as the second bracket 66 disclosed in the previous embodiments, and includes a side wall 218 and an end wall 220. The difference is that the sidewall 218 of the present embodiment is further provided with a stopping portion 222, for example, implemented by a protrusion.
The elastic member 206 is connected to the second bracket 204 and the elastic member 206 on the supporting frame 202 through two connecting members 224. The configuration of the elastic element 206 is partially the same as that of the elastic element 68 disclosed in the previous embodiment, and includes a first elastic portion 226 and a connecting portion 228, which have the same configuration relationship as that of the previous embodiment, and thus, the description thereof is not repeated.
The fastener 208 is configured substantially the same as the fastener 70 disclosed in the previous embodiment, the fastener 208 is connected to the elastic member 206, for example, the fastener 208 is connected to the first elastic portion 226 of the elastic member 206. The difference is that the fastener 208 of this embodiment is further provided with an auxiliary feature 230, such as a hole or a free opening.
The auxiliary elastic element 210 is mounted on the supporting frame 202, and the auxiliary elastic element 210 includes at least one second mounting feature 232 (e.g., two second mounting features 232) implemented as a recess. The auxiliary resilient member 210 is mounted to the supporting frame 202 by the first mounting feature 216 and the second mounting feature 232. The auxiliary elastic member 210 further includes a supporting leg 234 and an elastic leg 236, wherein the supporting leg 234 and the elastic leg 236 are respectively provided with the second mounting feature 232. Wherein, the end of the elastic foot 236 further has a bent portion 238.
Fig. 22 and 23 show that when the fastener 208 of the bracket device 200 is in the locked state, the bent portion 238 of the elastic leg 236 of the auxiliary elastic element 210 is hooked against the stopping portion 222 of the second bracket 204, so that the fastener 208 is kept in the locked state. Preferably, the stopping portion 222 has a slope 223 for the bending portion 238 of the elastic leg 236 to easily elastically contact and pass over the stopping portion 222 to hook the stopping portion 222. On the other hand, the fastener 208 is also adjacent to or against the top surface 235 of the supporting leg 234 of the auxiliary elastic member 210, and the height of the supporting leg 234 prevents the fastener 208 from being displaced to ensure the locking state.
Fig. 24 and 25 show that when a force is applied to the supporting frame 202 of the bracket device 200 along the second direction D2, the auxiliary elastic element 210 is moved by the supporting frame 202, so that the bent portion 238 of the elastic leg 236 of the auxiliary elastic element 210 is elastically deformed away from the stopping portion 222 instead of the stopping portion 222 of the second bracket 204.
Fig. 26 and 27 show that when the supporting frame 202 of the bracket device 200 is continuously displaced by a force along the second direction D2, the auxiliary elastic element 210 is driven by the supporting frame 202 to be displaced, the supporting leg 234 of the auxiliary elastic element 210 is located on the auxiliary feature 230 of the fastening member 208, and the fastening member 208 is turned from the locking state to the unlocking state and kept in the unlocking state through the elastic force of the first elastic portion 226 of the elastic element 206. Alternatively, the assistant feature 230 can be a free opening, and the elastic force of the first elastic portion 226 of the elastic member 206 can also make the fastener 208 change from the locking state to the unlocking state and keep the unlocking state.
Fig. 28 and 29 show a configuration diagram of a cradle device 300 according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the configuration diagram of the second embodiment, except that the auxiliary elastic element 210 of the second embodiment is eliminated, the end of the supporting frame 302 of the cradle device 300 is provided with a first stopping feature 304, the end of the elastic element 306 is provided with a second stopping feature 308, when the fastener 310 of the cradle device 300 is in a locked state, the first stopping feature 304 abuts against the second stopping feature 308, so that the fastener 310 of the cradle device 300 can be maintained in the locked state.
Fig. 30 and 31 show that when a force is applied to the supporting frame 302 of the bracket device 300 along the second direction D2, the supporting frame 302 is displaced relative to the elastic member 306, so that the first stopping feature 304 and the second stopping feature 308 are disengaged, and the fastening member 310 is rotated from the locking state to the unlocking state and kept in the unlocking state through the elastic force of the elastic member 306.
