1. A charging method, comprising:
when a target vehicle entering a target area is sensed, acquiring a vehicle image of the target vehicle by using an image acquisition device;
analyzing the vehicle image to obtain a license plate number of the target vehicle and client face information of a target client in the target vehicle, and acquiring cost information corresponding to the license plate number;
inquiring a payment account corresponding to the face information of the customer from a first preset address and using the payment account as a target payment account;
completing charging through the target payment account according to the expense information;
the inquiring of the payment account corresponding to the customer face information from the first preset address and the serving as the target payment account comprises the following steps:
comparing the client face information with preset face information bound with the license plate number in the first preset address, and judging whether preset face information conforming to the client face information exists or not;
when preset face information which accords with the face information of the client exists, taking a payment account which corresponds to the preset face information which accords with the face information of the client as a target payment account;
when preset face information which is consistent with the face information of the client does not exist, acquiring user information provided by the target client, and inquiring user face information corresponding to the user information from the first preset address;
comparing the client face information with the user face information;
and when the face information of the client accords with the face information of the user, taking a payment account corresponding to the face information of the user as a target payment account.
2. The charging method according to claim 1, wherein when there is preset face information corresponding to the customer face information, and using a payment account corresponding to the preset face information corresponding to the customer face information as a target payment account comprises:
when preset face information which accords with the client face information exists, judging whether a plurality of pieces of preset face information respectively accord with the plurality of pieces of client face information;
when a plurality of pieces of preset face information respectively accord with a plurality of pieces of client face information, sending a seat selection instruction to a first terminal;
receiving a seat confirmation instruction fed back by the target customer according to the seat selection instruction by using the first terminal;
and analyzing the face information of each client to obtain the seat information of each target client in the target vehicle, and taking the payment account corresponding to the face information of the client of the target client, of which the seat information is consistent with the seat confirmation instruction, as the target payment account.
3. The charging method of claim 1, further wherein said completing charging through the target payment account in accordance with the fee information comprises:
acquiring preferential information corresponding to the license plate number;
generating a charging detail according to the discount information and the expense information, and sending the charging detail and the target payment account to a second terminal so that a target customer can confirm the charging detail and the target payment account;
and after the image acquisition device is used for acquiring the action confirmation instruction fed back by the target customer according to the charging details and the target payment account, completing charging through the target account according to the charging details.
4. The charging method according to claim 1, wherein the charging through the target payment account according to the fee information comprises:
judging whether the amount of money to be paid in the expense information is within a preset range or not;
when the amount to be paid is within the preset range, charging the target payment account according to the amount to be paid so as to complete charging;
when the amount to be paid is not in the preset range, sending a payment authorization request to a third terminal to obtain a payment authorization instruction of the target client;
and after receiving a payment authorization instruction fed back by the target customer through the third terminal, deducting the fee from the target payment account according to the payment amount in the payment authorization instruction to complete charging.
5. The charging method according to claim 1, wherein the charging method further comprises the steps of:
when the charging is finished, inquiring billing information corresponding to the customer face information from a second preset address, and generating an invoice according to the billing information and the cost information.
6. A charging system, comprising:
the system comprises an image acquisition module, a display module and a control module, wherein the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a vehicle image of a target vehicle by using an image acquisition device when the target vehicle entering a target area is sensed;

the charging module is used for completing charging through the target payment account according to the expense information;
in the aspect of inquiring a payment account corresponding to the customer face information from a first preset address and using the payment account as a target payment account, the account acquisition module is specifically configured to:
comparing the client face information with preset face information bound with the license plate number in the first preset address, and judging whether preset face information conforming to the client face information exists or not;
when preset face information which accords with the face information of the client exists, taking a payment account which corresponds to the preset face information which accords with the face information of the client as a target payment account;
when preset face information which is consistent with the face information of the client does not exist, acquiring user information provided by the target client, and inquiring user face information corresponding to the user information from the first preset address;
comparing the client face information with the user face information;
and when the face information of the client accords with the face information of the user, taking a payment account corresponding to the face information of the user as a target payment account.
7. An apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs including instructions for performing the steps in the charging method of any of claims 1-5.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by storing a computer program for charging, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute the charging method of any one of claims 1-5.
