The target cost information is used for indicating cost information of a target vehicle, the target cost information comprises vehicle identification information of the target vehicle, and the target vehicle is matched with the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment;

the payment terminal device 303 is configured to receive a payment instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal device 302, where the payment instruction is used to instruct to pay the target fee through the target payment account;
according to the payment instruction, the payment operation is completed, and the payment success information is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal device 302.
The payment terminal device 303 may be a user terminal device, such as a mobile phone, that includes a management target payment account; or a third party payment platform that manages the targeted payment account.
In the payment system provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the fee management device sends the target fee information of the target vehicle to the vehicle-mounted terminal device; when the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment acquires the target fee information corresponding to the target vehicle bound with the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment, the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment acquires the target payment account according to the target user information by acquiring the target user information corresponding to the target vehicle, and pays the target fee through the target payment account. the processor 402 is configured to obtain target user information corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle, where the target user information includes at least pieces of information among biometric information of the target user and identity information of the target user;
the payment system is used for acquiring a target payment account corresponding to the target user according to the target user information;
and paying the target fee through the target payment account.
In embodiments, in embodiments, the processor 402 is further configured to,
receiving data transmission request information sent by user terminal equipment, wherein the data transmission request information is generated by scanning a graphic code corresponding to the target vehicle by the user terminal equipment and comprises target user information;
and acquiring target user information according to the data transmission request information.
In embodiments, the processor 402 is further configured to,
according to the target user information, finding the information of the target payment account corresponding to the target user in a database, wherein the database comprises the corresponding relation between at least users and at least payment accounts, and the payment account comprises the payment account in the ETC equipment corresponding to the target vehicle.
In embodiments, the processor 402 may include a data collector, such as an image collector, an identification card reader, etc., to obtain the target user information by obtaining facial information or identification information of the target user.
In embodiments, the in-vehicle terminal device 40 further includes a transmitter 403.

Claims (10)
- The payment method is applied to vehicle-mounted terminal equipment and comprises the following steps:acquiring target user information, wherein the target user information comprises at least pieces of information in the biological characteristic information of a target user and the identity information of the target user;acquiring information of a target payment account corresponding to the target user according to the information of the target user;and when target expense information corresponding to a target vehicle is acquired, paying the target expense according to the target payment account, wherein the target vehicle is matched with the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining target user information comprises:receiving data transmission request information sent by user terminal equipment, wherein the data transmission request information is generated by scanning a graphic code corresponding to the target vehicle through the user terminal equipment and comprises target user information;and acquiring target user information according to the data transmission request information.
- 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information of the target payment account corresponding to the target user comprises:and finding information of a target payment account corresponding to the target user in a database according to the target user information, wherein the database comprises corresponding relations between at least users and at least payment accounts, and the payment accounts comprise payment accounts in ETC equipment corresponding to the target vehicle.
- 4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the target cost information corresponding to the target vehicle, the method further comprises:acquiring vehicle identification information corresponding to at least vehicles;according to the vehicle identification information, when the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification information is found out of at least vehicles corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment, the vehicle is determined to be a target vehicle.
- 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the paying the target fee via the target payment account comprises:and generating a payment instruction according to the target fee information and the information of the target payment account, wherein the payment instruction is used for indicating that the target fee is paid through the target payment account.Sending the payment instruction to payment terminal equipment corresponding to the target payment account;and when the payment success information sent by the payment terminal equipment is received, completing the payment operation.

The system of claim 6, further comprising: the payment terminal device is provided with a payment terminal device,the payment terminal device is used for receiving a payment instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal device, and the payment instruction is used for indicating that the target fee is paid through the target payment accountAnd according to the payment instruction, sending payment success information to the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment after completing the payment operation.

The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the processor is further configured to,and finding information of a target payment account corresponding to the target user in a database according to the target user information, wherein the database comprises corresponding relations between at least users and at least payment accounts, and the payment accounts comprise payment accounts in ETC equipment corresponding to the target vehicle.
