The hopper 31 is arranged on the main support 14, the first stirring shaft 32, the second stirring shaft 33 and the discharging shaft 34 are arranged in the hopper 31, the first stirring shaft 32 and the second stirring shaft 33 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of one third of the height of the hopper 31, the first stirring shaft 32 and the second stirring shaft 33 are close to the wall of the hopper so as to scrape the feces stuck on the wall of the hopper, and the discharging shaft 34 is arranged at a discharging hole in the middle of the bottom of the hopper; the first stirring shaft 32 and the second stirring shaft 33 send livestock manure to the middle part of the hopper 31 from the edge by overturning, thereby facilitating the discharging of the discharging shaft 34, and simultaneously preventing the manure from adhering to the inner wall of the hopper 31, and the manure is uniformly spread on the reversible discharging plate 58 by the rotation of the discharging shaft 34; the hermetia illucens larva distributor 18 is fixed on the main support frame 14 and is placed parallel to the discharge hole of the hopper, and on the distribution stroke, the hermetia illucens larva distributor 18 is positioned behind the hopper 31, so that the hopper 31 is in the distribution stroke, and the larvae are uniformly distributed above the excrement sent out by the hopper.
