【背景技术】

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种双面插座连接器,其适于安装在电路板上,所述双面插座连接器包括绝缘本体,收容于所述绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体包括内端口及在前后方向上与内端口相对的外端口,所述端子模组包括若干收容于所述外端口的外对接部,若干收容于所述内端口的内对接部及至少一个用于安装至电路板的尾部,所述内对接部和至少一个尾部分别与相对的外对接部电性连接。
通过本发明中对双面插座连接器的设计,可实现该双面插座连接器与电路板之间的高速传输。
本发明主要目的是提供一种可实现高速传输的电性***。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电性***,其包括电路板,安装在所述电路板上的插座连接器,安装在所述主板上并与所述插座连接器间隔一段距离的IC及电性连接所述插座连接器和IC的线缆,所述插座连接器包括用于与外侧对接插头配合的外端口,所述插座连接器包括至少一个与线缆电性连接的高速通道及至少一个与电路板电性连接的低速通道。

如图16-19所示,所述第二适配线缆组件100包括线缆102,所述线缆102包括位于内侧的内部连接器104和位于外侧的外部连接器106。所述内部连接器104基本上是FP5插头接口,用于与竖直插座连接器1010配合。所述外部连接器106包括设有端子模组(未图示)的绝缘本体118。所述端子模组包括由一体成型于第一绝缘体111内的端子113组成的第一部分112,由一体成型于第二绝缘体117内的端子115组成的第二部分114及夹在所述第一部分112和第二部分114之间的第三部分116,所述第三部分116由一体成型于第三绝缘体121内的金属屏蔽片119组成。间隔件124组装在壳体118上以调节连接尾部(未图示)。若干导电连接脚122机械和电性连接中间区域周围相应的端子113,115,并安装在主板1000上,通过主板1000而不是适配线缆组件100进行可选的低速信号传输。电路板110机械和电性连接相应的端子113,115,且保护性地封装在连接器106内。安装夹确保连接器106在主板1000上。可以理解的是,所述外部连接器106与***第二模组***端口的FP5可插拔模组对接。
如图20-22所示,所述FP5可插拔模组900包括设有散热件结构的金属上盖910及形成内收容空间的金属下盖912,所述内收容空间用于收容电路板组件914。释放件916被拉带922激活,定位在金属上盖910和金属下盖912上。线缆920与电路板组件914连接。金属片918在金属下盖912上。
如图23-41所示,为符合本发明另一实施例的电性***300,所述电气***300中使用堆叠的双面插座连接器。如图25-27所示,所述电性***300包括一对通过堆叠的双面插座连接器或扩展件或适配件350与适配线缆组件310电性连接的QSFP-DD可插拔模组400。值得注意的是,QSFP-DD可插拔模组400与双面插座连接器350的外侧端口对接,适配线缆组件310与双面插座连接器350的内侧端口对接。如图18所示,所述适配线缆组件310包括设有内端和外端的线缆312,由对接板316组成的内连接器及由对接板316组成的外连接器。所述内连接器为FP5插头接口以与竖直插座连接器1010对接并固持于绝缘固持件314内。所述外连接器为QSFP-DD插头接口以收容双面插座连接器350的内端口并固持于绝缘固持件314内。
如图29-37所示,所述双面插座连接器350包括设有收容腔(未图示)的绝缘本体352,所述收容腔分别收容相应的上端子模组354和下端子模组356。所述绝缘本体352在上层和下层均形成相对的内收容槽和外收容槽362。每个端子模组354,356包括一对内、外侧较大上半部372,一对与内、外侧较大上半部372配合的内、外侧较小上半部374,位于内、外侧较大上半部372和内、外侧较小上半部374之间的内、外侧上接地片371,一对内、外侧较大下半部376,一对与内、外侧较大下半部376配合的内、外侧较小下半部378,位于内、外侧较大下半部376和内、外侧较小下半部378之间的内、外侧下接地片373。所述较大上半部372由较大上绝缘体380和较大上端子381。所述较小上半部374由较小上绝缘体384和较小上端子383。所述较大下半部376由较大下绝缘体388和较大下端子387。所述较小下半部378由较小下绝缘体386和较小下端子385。与第一实施例类似,(内)较大上端子381和(外)较大上端子381电性连接,较小上端子383、较小下端子385、较大下端子387也具有相同模式,以便在外部QSFP可插拔模组400和内部适配线缆组件310之间传输信号。可以理解的是,在另一实施例中,内)较大上端子381和相应的(外)较大上端子381可以结合为一体,相应的较小上端子383、较小下端子385、较大下端子387也可具有相同结构。
值得注意的是,在对接过程中,QSFP-DD可插拔模组400的对接板在竖直方向上夹在(外)较大上半部372/较小上半部374和(外)较大下半部376/较小下半部378之间。类似的,适配线缆组件310的对接板在竖直方向上夹在(内)较大上半部372/较小上半部374和(内)较大下半部376/较小下半部378之间。
金属顶盖370设置在上端子模组354的上表面,金属底盖375设置在下端子模组356的下表面。所述绝缘本体352进一步包括若干使相应端子偏转的通道364。与第一实施例类似,绝缘上盖358设置于绝缘本体352的上表面,导电连接脚260与双面插座连接器350中间区域的相应端子电性连接以选择低速信号传输。
如图38-41所示,与第一实施例中的FP5可插拔模组类似,所述QSFP-DD可插拔模组400包括金属顶盖402,与金属顶盖402形成内收容腔的金属底盖404,所述内收容腔由于收容电路板及与电路板配合的内绝缘体408。释放件412和拉带414设置在顶盖402和底盖404上。线缆410与电路板406连接,金属片416设置在底盖404上。所述电路板406包括前对接板424及若干固定线缆410相应导线422的位置固定支架420。

Claims (10)

1.一种双面插座连接器,其适于安装在电路板上,所述双面插座连接器包括绝缘本体,收容于所述绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体包括内端口及在前后方向上与内端口相对的外端口,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括若干收容于所述外端口的外对接部,若干收容于所述内端口的内对接部及至少一个用于安装至电路板的尾部,所述内对接部和至少一个尾部分别与相对的外对接部电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,每个所述内对接部与相应的外对接部为一体结构。
3.根据权利要求1的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,所述内对接部和外对接部沿第一方向延伸,至少一个所述尾部沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向延伸。
4.根据权利要求1的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,所述外对接部排列成外侧上排和与外侧上排相对的外侧下排,所述内对接部排列成内侧上排和与内侧上排相对的内侧下排,设有若干所述尾部排列成两排,其中一排尾部分别与设置于外侧上排的外对接部连接,另一排尾部分别与设置于外侧下排的外对接部连接。
5.根据权利要求1的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,所述外对接部包括外侧较大上半部,与外侧较大上半部配合的外侧较小上半部,外侧较大下半部,与外侧较大下半部配合的外侧较小下半部。
6.根据权利要求5的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,进一步包括设置于所述外侧较大上半部和外侧较小上半部之间的外侧上接地片及所述外侧较大下半部和外侧较小下半部之间的外侧下接地片。
7.根据权利要求5的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,所述内对接部包括内侧较大上半部,与内侧较大上半部配合的内侧较小上半部,内侧较大下半部,与内侧较大下半部配合的内侧较小下半部,进一步包括设置于所述内侧较大上半部和内侧较小上半部之间的内侧上接地片及所述内侧较大下半部和内侧较小下半部之间的内侧下接地片。
8.根据权利要求7的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,进一步包括设置于所述外侧较大上半部和内侧较大上半部的上表面的上金属顶盖,进一步包括设置于所述外侧较大下半部和内侧较大下半部的下表面的上金属底盖。
9.根据权利要求1的双面插座连接器,其特征在于,所述双面插座连接器设有堆叠结构,其包括一对沿竖直方向彼此间隔开的内端口及一对沿竖直方向彼此间隔开的外端口。
10.一种电性***,其包括电路板,安装在所述电路板上的插座连接器,安装在所述主板上并与所述插座连接器间隔一段距离的IC及电性连接所述插座连接器和IC的线缆,所述插座连接器包括用于与外侧对接插头配合的外端口,其特征在于,所述插座连接器包括至少一个与线缆电性连接的高速通道及至少一个与电路板电性连接的低速通道。
