【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其是指一种接地片设于绝缘本体与端子之间的电连接器。
【背景技术】
现有一种电连接器,其包括纵长的一绝缘本体、多个信号端子、多个接地端子和一接地片,所述接地片沿所述绝缘本体具有纵长的一的平板部,多个弹片由所述平板部向下延伸形成,所述平板部的两侧分别弯折具有一固定部。其组装步骤为:首先,将所述信号端子、接地端子***所述绝缘本体内,其次,再将所述接地片安装固定至所述绝缘本体两侧,使所述弹片能抵压于所述接地端子,形成所述弹片与所述接地端子相抵接的接地回路,从而实现所述信号端子高频传输。
但是,由于所述平板部是沿着所述绝缘本体的纵长方向延伸形成,所述固定部设于所述接地片的两侧且固定于所述绝缘本的两侧,当所述弹片与所述接地端子相抵接产生的抵接力位于所述接地片相对中间的板面上,使所述接地片的所述平板部中间处产生弯折,从而影响所述接地片与所述接地端子正常良好的接触导通,降低所述接地片的接地性能,影响所述信号端子的高频信号的传输。
因此,有必要设计一种电连接器,以解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种接地片设于绝缘本体与端子之间从而避免接地片在组装的过程中产生弯折的电连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体具有一安装面及自所述安装面凹设一收容槽,一支撑部位于所述收容槽的内底壁;一接地片,收容于所述收容槽,所述接地片具有一连接部抵持所述收容槽内壁面和所述支撑部,至少一弹片由所述连接部向所述收容槽的开口延伸;至少一端子由所述安装面的方向安装至所述绝缘本体,所述端子具有一基部进入所述收容槽与所述弹片相抵接,所述基部延伸一接触部用以电性连接对接装置。
进一步,所述端子包括多个信号端子及多个接地端子,所述信号端子成对设置,所述接地端子设于一对所述信号端子两侧。
进一步,所述基部向下延伸具有一固定部,相邻两所述信号端子的所述固定部之间具有一第一距离,相邻所述信号端子的所述固定部与所述接地端子的所述固定部之间具有一第二距离,所述第一距离小于所述第二距离。
进一步,所述连接部一侧延伸有至少一抵持部,所述抵持部设于所述弹片的至少一侧,且与所述收容槽内壁面相抵持。
进一步,所述抵持部具有多个,相邻两所述抵持部之间具有一第三距离,相邻所述弹片与所述抵持部之间具有一第四距离,所述第三距离大于所述第四距离。

进一步,所述收容槽具有多个,相邻两所述收容槽之间具有一间隔部。

如图1和图3所示,电连接器A包括:一绝缘本体1,一接地片2设于所述绝缘本体1内,多个端子3设于所述绝缘本体1内,且与所述接地片2相抵接;两固定件4,分别设于所述绝缘本体1的两侧且与一电路板(未图示,下同)进行焊接。

如图1和图8所示,所述端子3分两排设置,其中一排所述端子3由所述安装面11的方向安装至所述绝缘本体1内,另一排所述端子3由所述插接面12的方向安装至所述绝缘本体1内。每一所述端子3具有一基部31,其中一排所述端子3的所述基部31进入所述收容槽111与所述抵接部222相抵接,另一排所述端子3的所述基部31与绝缘本体1相抵接,所述基部31向上弯折延伸具有一接触部32,其中一排所述端子3的所述接触部32***所述端子槽121内,且向下显露与所述插接槽123的上表面,用以与对接装置对接,另一排所述端子3的所述接触部32***所述绝缘本体1内,且向上显露与所述插接槽123的下表面,用以与所述对接装置对接。所述基部31向下延伸具有一固定部33,所述固定部33设有一卡棒331,所述卡棒331与所述绝缘本体1干涉配合,用以将所述端子3固定于所述绝缘本体1内。所述固定部33向下延伸具有一焊接部34,所述焊接部34用以与所述电路板平贴焊接。
如图3所示,多个所述端子3包括多个信号端子S及多个接地端子G,所述信号端子S成对设置,所述接地端子G设于相邻两对所述信号端子S之间。两个相邻所述信号端子S的所述基部31之间的距离大于两个相邻所述信号端子S的所述固定部33之间的距离。相邻两个所述信号端子S设于所述间隔部112的两侧,所述间隔部112用以对所述信号端子S进行卡位。所述凸块113用以挡止所述信号端子S的所述基部31,避免所述信号端子S过插。所述接地端子G的所述基部31用以与所述弹片22相抵接,从而形成接地回路。
如图1和图2所示,所述固定件4具有一平板部41及一焊脚42,所述平板部41设于所述固定槽116内且与所述绝缘本体1干涉配合用以固定所述固定件4,所述焊脚42显露于所述底面14,且与所述电路板平贴焊接。
如图2、图5和图7所示,当所述接地片2收容于所述收容槽111时,所述抵持部23与所述连接部21二者均与所述绝缘本体1相抵持,且所述抵持部23与所述连接部21在竖直方向上位于同一平面内,所述连接部21向下与所述支撑部115相抵持,从而防止所述接地片2向下掉落。
如图8所示,当所述端子3***所述绝缘本体1时,所述连接部21向后与所述绝缘本体1相抵接,且向下与所述支撑部115相抵接。所述抵持部23向后与所述绝缘本体1相抵接,所述基部31收容于所述收容槽111内,且所述接地端子G的所述基部31与所述抵接部222相抵接,所述卡棒331与所述绝缘本体1干涉配合,从而使得所述端子3固定于所述绝缘本体1内。
如图10和图11所示,为所述电连接器A的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的所述电连接器A的不同之处在于:所述接地片2具有所述连接部21,所述连接部21的两侧对称设置有两排所述弹片22。所述连接部21与所述绝缘本体1相抵接,两排所述弹片22的所述抵接部222与所述接地端子G的所述基部31相抵接。下排所述弹片22收容于所述凹槽1151中,所述凹槽1151用以挡止下排所述弹片22的所述延伸部221。
综上所述,本发明电连接器有以下有益效果:
(1)所述绝缘本体1具有所述支撑部115位于所述收容槽111的内底壁;所述接地片2收容于所述收容槽111內,所述接地片2具有一连接部21抵持收容槽111内壁面和所述支撑部115,至少一弹片22由所述连接部21向所述收容槽111的开口延伸且与所述端子3相抵接;所述支撑部115用以与所述连接部21相抵接,从而向上挡止所述接地片2,防止所述接地片2掉落,所述连接部21抵持所述收容槽111内壁面产生的力与所述弹片22抵接所述端子3产生的力,方向相反,相互抵消,从而避免所述接地片2在组装的过程中导致所述连接部21产生弯折。
(2)所述绝缘本体1具有多个所述端子槽121,相邻两个所述端子槽121之间具有所述肋条122,所述接地片2收容于所述收容槽111內,所述接地片2包括至少一抵持部23位于所述肋条122的前方,至少一弹片22由所述连接部21向所述收容槽111的开口延伸。所述肋条122用以与所述连接部21相抵接产生一作用力,所述弹片22用以与所述端子3相抵接产生另一作用力。两个力相抵消,防止所述接地片2在组装的过程中导致所述接地片2的中间处产生弯折,从而使得所述接地片2与所述端子3能良好的接触。
(3)所述凹槽1151的内壁面为倾斜设置,不仅可以用以收容下排所述弹片22,也可以增强所述绝缘本体1在所述凹槽1151处的强度。
(4)相邻两个所述信号端子S的所述固定部33之间的所述第一距离D1大于相邻所述信号端子S的所述固定部33与所述接地端子G的所述固定部33之间的所述第二距离D2,从而增加了所述信号端子S的抗干扰性能,提高了电连接器A的高频信号传输品质。
(5)两个相邻所述信号端子S分别设于所述间隔部112的两侧,所述间隔部112可对所述信号端子S进行卡位,使所述信号端子S可以正位度***,从而降低加工强度。
(6)所述凸块113设于所述间隔部112的两侧,所述凸块113用以挡止所述信号端子S,防止所述信号端子S过插。

Claims (12)

1.一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体具有一安装面及自所述安装面向后凹设一收容槽,一支撑部位于所述收容槽的内底壁;
一接地片,收容于所述收容槽,所述接地片具有一连接部,所述连接部的板面向后抵持所述收容槽内壁面,所述连接部的板缘抵持所述支撑部,至少一弹片由所述连接部上侧向所述收容槽的开口延伸,所述连接部上侧延伸有至少一抵持部,所述抵持部设于所述弹片左右两侧中的至少一侧,且所述抵持部的板面向后抵持所述收容槽内壁面;
至少一端子由所述安装面的方向安装至所述绝缘本体,所述端子具有一基部进入所述收容槽与所述弹片相抵接,所述基部延伸一接触部用以电性连接对接装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述端子包括多个信号端子及多个接地端子,所述信号端子成对设置,所述接地端子设于一对所述信号端子两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述基部向下延伸具有一固定部,相邻两所述信号端子的所述固定部之间具有一第一距离,相邻所述信号端子的所述固定部与所述接地端子的所述固定部之间具有一第二距离,所述第一距离小于所述第二距离。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述抵持部具有多个,相邻两所述抵持部之间具有一第三距离,相邻所述弹片与所述抵持部之间具有一第四距离,所述第三距离大于所述第四距离。
5.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述弹片设有一延伸部及自所述延伸部向所述收容槽开口弯折延伸的一抵接部,所述抵接部与所述接地端子的所述基部相抵接。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述支撑部对应于所述弹片设有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽内壁面为一倾斜面,用以***述弹片。
7.一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,具有相对设置的一安装面及一插接面,所述安装面向后凹设有至少一收容槽,所述插接面凹设有多个端子槽,所述端子槽与所述收容槽相贯通,相邻两个所述端子槽之间具有一肋条;
一接地片,收容于所述收容槽,所述接地片包括至少一抵持部位于所述肋条的前方,且与所述肋条相抵接,至少一弹片设于所述端子槽的前方且向所述收容槽的开口延伸,一连接部连接所述抵持部与所述弹片,所述抵持部与所述弹片位于所述连接部的同一侧;
至少一端子由所述安装面的方向安装至所述绝缘本体,所述端子具有一基部进入所述收容槽与所述弹片相抵接,所述基部具有一接触部***所述端子槽,且电性连接对接装置。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述收容槽具有多个,相邻两所述收容槽之间具有一间隔部。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述安装面设有一纵长的通槽,所述通槽设于所述收容槽下方,且同时贯通多个所述收容槽,所述连接部收容于所述通槽。
10.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述端子包括多个信号端子及多个接地端子,所述信号端子成对设置,且相邻两个所述信号端子设于所述间隔部的两侧,所述接地端子位于一对所述信号端子两侧。
11.如权利要求10所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述间隔部的两侧分别设有一凸块,所述凸块设于所述端子槽下方,用以挡止所述信号端子过插。
12.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于,包括:所述插接面凹设有一插接槽,所述插接槽与所述端子槽相连通,用以供对接装置***。
