Meanwhile, due to the existence of the low molecular weight acrylic polymer, the melt viscosity is reduced, and the processing is simpler.
(2) The invention also finds that although the scratch resistance effect of the base material can be improved by adding the scratch resistance agent, the impact strength of the base material is reduced along with the increase of the addition amount of the scratch resistance agent, if MBS resin is added for toughening, on one hand, the impact strength is considerable by adding a large amount of MBS resin, and on the other hand, the highlight property of the material is damaged by adding a large amount of MBS resin, so that the spraying-free effect cannot be achieved. For this reason, the present inventors have found that the addition of a specific amount of silicone powder not only helps to modify the crystallization of the material, increase the impact strength, improve the flowability and releasability of the plastic, but also improves the surface gloss of the material, and that the addition of silicone powder can reduce the amount of the scratch resistance agent and ensure good scratch resistance of the surface of the material. However, the addition of excessive silicone powder no longer increases the scratch resistance of the surface, and also affects the mechanical properties and the glossiness.
In conclusion, the polycarbonate modified material with high gloss and good scratch resistance can be obtained only under the synergistic effect of the scratch resistance agent with specific addition amount, the MBS resin and the silicone powder, the scratch resistance performance of the material is improved, the important performances such as gloss, impact strength and the like are considered, the polycarbonate modified material has good and balanced mechanical, thermal and electrical performances as the base material PC, the melt viscosity is lower, and the processing is easier. The preparation method of the high-gloss scratch-resistant PC is simple in preparation, strong in operability and easy to implement, can realize large-scale industrial production by means of the conventional mature-technology double-screw extruder, and has a very wide application prospect in the field of spraying-free.

Specifically, the length-diameter ratio of a screw of the double-screw extruder is 40:1, the rotating speed of a main machine is 300r/min, the temperature of each reaction section from a feeding section to a machine head in the double-screw extruder is 230 ℃, 240 ℃, 250 ℃, 260 ℃ and the die head temperature is 250 ℃.
The polycarbonate modified materials prepared in examples and comparative examples were injection molded at 230 ℃ to 260 ℃ and a pressure of not more than 80MPa injection molding temperature to obtain test specimens, and the relevant performance tests and test methods of the test specimens are shown in tables 3 and 4.

As can be seen from tables 3 and 4, the polycarbonate modified materials prepared in examples 1-5 all have a gloss of more than 100 and a pencil hardness test rating of more than H, which proves that the polycarbonate provided by the invention has high gloss and scratch resistance; from the comparison between comparative examples 1 to 4, it was found that, when the MBS resin and the silicone powder were not added, the gloss and pencil hardness test grade of the polycarbonate material increased with the increase in the proportion of the addition amount of the scratch resistance agent, while the impact strength decreased; comparative example 5 requires 10 parts of MBS resin to give a considerable impact strength, however, the gloss is impaired by the addition of MBS resin;
comparing examples 1 to 5 with comparative example 5, it was found that the addition of the silicone powder can avoid the loss of gloss and reduce the amount of the scratch resistance agent added while ensuring the scratch resistance.
The above experimental data show that: the polycarbonate modified material with high gloss and good scratch resistance can be obtained only under the synergistic effect of the scratch resistance agent with specific addition amount, the MBS resin and the silicone powder, and the material improves the scratch resistance and also has important properties such as glossiness, impact strength and the like.
