The main valve 4, the main maintenance valve 9 and the secondary maintenance valve 15 are all butterfly valves. The irrigation working valve 7 and the ecological working valve 14 are piston valves; and the aperture of the ecological working valve 14 is smaller than that of the irrigation working valve 7. The irrigation service valve 6 and the ecological service valve 13 are gate valves.
