The lifting carriage 45 is arranged in a carriage cavity 52 provided on the side of the intermediate connection body 43 facing the drive vehicle connection plate 46; simultaneously, both sides of the lifting carriage 45 are respectively arranged in the lifting sliding groove 53 at the side part of the carriage cavity 52 in a sliding way through the lifting sliding blocks 56.
The drive vehicle connection plate 46 is constituted by a connection plate body 59, and a crane hinge portion 60 is provided on a side of the connection plate body 59 facing the crane carriage 45; the other side of the connecting plate body 59 is provided with a vehicle hinge ear plate 47 for connection to the front end of the driving vehicle. The hoist link 60 of the vehicle link plate 46 is driven to hinge with the link plate hinge hole 57 of the hoist carriage 45 through a long rotation shaft. In order to ensure the snow removing effect, a T-shaped clamping block 58 is arranged below the connecting plate hinge hole 57 of the lifting carriage 45; accordingly, a clip bayonet 61 is provided below the lifter hinge 60 that drives the vehicle connection plate 46. The clamping block bayonet 61 of the driving vehicle connecting plate 46 is movably clamped on the T-shaped clamping block 58 of the lifting sliding frame 45, so that the rolling brush supporting cover 1 and the upward and downward pitching amplitude of the upper snow removing rolling brush 2 of the rolling brush supporting cover are limited by the limiting clamping of the T-shaped clamping block 58 of the lifting sliding frame 45 and the clamping block bayonet 61 of the driving vehicle connecting plate 46. And, when the condition of the height fluctuation appears on the ice and snow road surface, the snow removing height of the snow removing rolling brush 2 is adaptively adjusted through the relative sliding of the middle connecting body 43 connected with the rolling brush supporting cover 1 and the lifting sliding frame 45 connected with the driving vehicle connecting plate 46, so as to prolong the service life of the snow removing rolling brush 2 and facilitate the installation and the disassembly.
One side of the rolling brush supporting cover 1, which is close to the road shoulder, is provided with a snow removing side brush 3 for cleaning snow on the road shoulder. The snow removing side brush 3 comprises a swinging connecting frame 9 which is horizontally and transversely arranged towards the road shoulder direction, and one end of the swinging connecting frame 9, which is close to the rolling brush supporting cover 1, is hinged with a side brush connecting plug post 7. The other end of the swing connecting frame 9 is provided with a road shoulder upper brush disc 13, the upper side of the road shoulder upper brush disc 13 is provided with an edge brush driving motor 14, and the lower side of the road shoulder upper brush disc 13 is provided with a small brush for cleaning accumulated snow on the road shoulder. The brush disc 13 at the upper part of the road shoulder is connected with the support rod connecting lug plate 10 at the end part of the swinging connecting frame 9 through the long support rod 11. The middle part of the swing connecting frame 9 of the snow removing side brush 3 is provided with a road shoulder side brush disc 15, the upper side of the road shoulder side brush disc 15 is also provided with a side brush driving motor 14, and the lower side of the road shoulder side brush disc 15 is provided with a large brush for cleaning accumulated snow on the road shoulder side; the shoulder side brushing disc 15 is connected with a supporting rod connecting lug plate 10 arranged in the middle of the swinging connecting frame 9 through a short supporting rod 16.
The whole snow removing side brush 3 is detachably inserted into the side brush connecting slot 19 on the side supporting cover side plate 33 of the rolling brush supporting cover 1 through the side brush connecting plug 7, and a positioning hydraulic cylinder 8 is further arranged between the swinging connecting frame 9 of the snow removing side brush 3 and the supporting cover side plate 33. The telescopic end of the positioning hydraulic cylinder 8 is hinged with the end part of the side brush connecting plug post 7, and the fixed end of the positioning hydraulic cylinder 8 is hinged with the swing connecting frame 9. The small brush pieces arranged on the brush piece disc 13 at the upper part of the road shoulder of the snow removing side brush 3 are used for cleaning snow on the road shoulder, and meanwhile, the large brush pieces arranged on the brush piece disc 15 at the side part of the road shoulder are used for effectively cleaning snow on the side part of the road shoulder, so that the cleaning area is increased, and the cleaning effect is improved; the cleaning position is adjusted by the extension and contraction of the positioning cylinder 8. For the purpose of avoiding snow sputtering, the outer side of a brush disc 13 at the upper part of the road shoulder arranged at the end part of the swing connecting frame 9 is provided with a snow blocking arc plate 12, so that snow cleaned from the road shoulder is blocked at one side of the loop surface. It can be understood that the swing connection frame 9 of the snow removing side brush 3 can be designed into a split assembly structure formed by two sections, and one section connected with the upper brush piece disc 13 of the road shoulder and the side brush piece disc 15 of the road shoulder can rotate upwards around the other section hinged with the side brush connection inserting column 7; and in the non-snow removing state, the snow removing side brush 3 (shown in fig. 20) of the snow removing rolling brush assembly is retracted so as to be beneficial to driving the vehicle to run normally.
When the snow removing rolling brush assembly is used, firstly, the whole snow removing rolling brush assembly is connected with the front part of a driving vehicle by utilizing a driving vehicle connecting plate 46 of the rolling brush connecting frame 4, and the driving vehicle drives the snow removing rolling brush assembly to walk forwards on an ice and snow road surface through a rolling wheel 6 arranged at the lower part of the rolling brush supporting cover 1. Then, the brush drive motor 18 is started to rotate the snow removing brush 2 so as to clean the ice and snow road surface by the peeling bristles of the brush pieces 27 provided on the snow removing brush 2. Meanwhile, the swing angle of the snow removing rolling brush 2 in the horizontal plane is adjusted by utilizing the extension and contraction of the swing hydraulic cylinders 5 arranged on the two sides of the middle connecting body 43 of the rolling brush connecting frame 4, and the swing position is assisted and limited by using two groups of swing connecting rods 44 arranged between the middle connecting body 43 and the rolling brush supporting cover 1. When the ice and snow road surface has the fluctuation, the snow removing height of the snow removing rolling brush 2 is adaptively adjusted through the relative sliding of the middle connecting body 43 and the lifting sliding frame 45; and the limit clamping of the T-shaped clamping block 58 of the lifting sliding frame 45 and the clamping block 61 of the driving vehicle connecting plate 46 is utilized to limit the upward and downward pitching amplitude of the snow removing rolling brush 2.
In the process of cleaning the snow on the road surface by the snow removing rolling brush 2, a side brush driving motor 14 of a snow removing side brush 3 at the side part of the rolling brush supporting cover 1 is started, and then the snow on the road shoulder is cleaned by using small brush sheets on a brush sheet disc 13 at the upper part of the road shoulder, which is arranged at the end part of a swinging connecting frame 9 of the snow removing side brush 3; meanwhile, the snow on the side part of the road shoulder is cleaned by utilizing the large brush piece on the brush piece disc 15 on the side part of the road shoulder, which is arranged in the middle of the swing connecting frame 9 of the snow removing side brush 3, so that the cleaning area is increased, and the cleaning effect is improved. And, can utilize the flexible of positioning hydraulic cylinder 8 to drive swing link 9 reciprocal swing to adjust the cleaning position of snow removing limit brush 3. The snow removing rolling brush assembly can clean snow on the road surface and road shoulders at the same time, can remarkably reduce the labor intensity of operators, and has high snow removing operation efficiency; and the deflection and lifting of the snow removing rolling brush are flexible, and the running stability is good.
