如今电连接器已应用于生活各个领域,随着科学技术的发展,电连接器的需求越来越多,对电连接器信号传输的速率要求也越来越高,因此多通道传输的电连接器应用越来越广。
现已知的一种电连接器,用以将一对接元件与一电路板电性连接,电连接器包括一绝缘本体,多个收容孔贯穿所述绝缘本体的上下表面,每一所述收容孔收容一个第一端子与一个第二端子,所述第一端子具有向上延伸的一第一抵接部与向下延伸的一第二抵接部,所述第一抵接部的外侧抵接所述对接元件,所述第二抵接部的外侧抵接所述电路板。所述第二端子具有一主体部收容于所述收容孔,自所述主体部向上延伸一第一接触部与所述第一抵接部的内侧接触,自所述主体部向下延伸一第二接触部与所述第二抵接部的内侧接触,从而形成双通道连接,所述第一端子大致为C型。为了将所述第二端子卡扣在所述第一抵接部与第二抵接部之间,需要先预压所述第二端子,减少所述第一接触部与所述第二接触部之间的距离,才能将所述第一端子卡扣在所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部之间。此安装步骤复杂,不利于快速将所述第一端子与所述第二端子安装至所述收容孔,影响生产效率。其次所述第一端子与所述第二端子卡合固定后,所述第一弹臂与所述第二弹臂均会产生弹性力,所述第一抵接部会受到向上的弹性力,所述第二抵接部会受到向下的弹性力,从而容易造成所述第二端子发生损坏。

一种电连接器用以电性连接一对接元件与一电路板,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体安装于所述电路板,至少一收容孔设于所述绝缘本体,每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个平板端子;所述平板端子位于所述收容孔的一侧且与所述电路板电性连接;所述端子位于所述收容孔的另一侧,所述端子具有向上延伸的一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂与所述对接元件接触,自所述第一弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第一抵接臂,所述端子具有向下延伸的一第二弹臂,自所述第二弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第二抵接臂,所述第一抵接臂与所述第二抵接臂接触所述平板端子的板面。

【具体实施方式】
为更好的理解本发明的内容现结合具体实施方案和图示对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
请参阅图1与图3,为本发明最佳实施例的一电连接器10用于对接一对接元件20及与一电路板30连接,所述对接元件20上具有多个垫片201,所述电路板30上具有多个导接片301,所述垫片201与所述导接片301均用来与所述电连接器10电性连接。所述电连接器10具有纵长的一绝缘本体1,多个端子2与多个平板端子3设于所述绝缘本体1与所述对接元件20和所述电路板30电性连接。
请参阅图1与图2,所述绝缘本体1具有一上表面11与一下表面12,多个收容孔 13贯穿所述绝缘本体1的上下表面,所述收容孔13的内壁上分别凸设有一挡块131与一限位部132,所述收容孔13两侧的内壁各凹设有一挡止部133,所述限位部132用以限制所述平板端子3位移,所述挡块131与所述挡止部133用于限位所述端子2。自所述下表面12凸设有多个支撑柱14用以支撑使所述电连接器10于所述电路板30上。
请参阅图1,多个所述端子2与多个所述平板端子3对应收容于多个所述收容孔13,每一个所述收容孔13收容一个所述端子2与一个所述平板端子3,在本实施例中所述平板端子3优选采用金属材料制成,也可用其他非金属的导电材料,比如导电塑胶等。
请参阅图1、图3,每一所述端子2具有一基部21收容于所述收容孔13,所述基部 21两侧各凸设一侧部211,所述端子2收容于所述收容孔13时,所述挡止部133向上抵挡所述侧部211限制所述端子2向下移动。自所述基部21向上弯折延伸一第一弹臂 22显露出所述绝缘本体1。所述第一弹臂22弯折形成两个第一接触部221,两个所述第一接触部221同时向上与所述垫片201抵接,此设计结构增加了电信号传递至所述端子 2的路径,保证所述对接元件20接触所述端子2的稳定性。自两个所述第一接触部221 向下各延伸一第一抵接臂23与所述平板端子3接触,两个所述第一抵接臂23的自由端相互连接,两个所述第一接触部221之间设有一第一开槽222,所述第一开槽222从所述第一接触部221延伸至所述第一抵接臂23,所述第一开槽222贯通所述第一弹臂22 的板厚,虽然所述第一开槽222减少了所述第一弹臂22的硬度但增加了所述第一弹臂22 的弹性,从而产生更大的弹性力使所述第一抵接臂23抵接所述平板端子3。
请参阅图1、图3与图4,所述基部21上端延伸两个第一连料部212,所述第一连料部212与一第一料带4连接,所述挡止部133自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部212 的投影部分重合,在保证所述端子2固定的同时所述收容孔13的宽度不会增加。自所述基部21向下弯折延伸一第二弹臂24,所述第二弹臂24在弯折处形成一挡部241抵接所述收容孔13的内壁,所述挡部241抵接所述收容孔13的内壁的位置为所述第二弹臂 24弯折转动的支点,该支点提供所述第二弹臂24一个支撑力用以支撑所述第二弹臂24 转动。自所述第二弹臂24的末端弯折形成两个第二接触部242与所述平板端子3接触,自两个所述第二接触部242向上各延伸一第二抵接臂25,所述第二抵接臂25与所述平板端子3接触,两个所述第二抵接臂25的自由端相互连接,两个所述第二接触部242 之间设有一第二开槽243,所述第二开槽243从所述第二接触部242延伸至所述第二抵接臂25,所述第二开槽243同样贯通了所述第二弹臂24的板厚,增加了所述第二弹臂 24的弹性,从而产生更大的弹性力使得所述第二抵接臂25抵接所述平板端子3。
请参阅图1、图3与图4,每一所述平板端子3具有一主体部31,所述主体部31 为平板状且其向上与两个所述第二接触部242接触,向下通过一焊料5与所述导接片301 焊接,由于所述第二接触部242为具有弹性的结构,如果所述第二接触部242直接与所述电路板3焊接,所述第二接触部242受到的弹性力难免会使得所述第二接触部242在所述电路板3上滑移,使得所述焊料5脱落,造成接触不良的现象,所以由所述主体部31与所述电路板30接触既实现了电性导通的目的,又保证了所述第二接触部242依然具有弹性的特性,其它实施例中所述主体部31也可采用表面粘着技术与所述导接片301 电性连接。自所述主体部31一侧竖直向上延伸一延伸部32,所述第一抵接臂23与所述第二抵接臂25同时抵接所述延伸部32的板面,增加了信号传输的路径,确保了信号传输稳定。所述延伸部32自下而上依次包括一第二连料部321、一凸部322、一抵挡部323。所述第二连料部321的侧面连接一第二料带6,由于所述主体部31位于所述第二连料部 321的下方,所以自下而上安装所述平板端子3时,所述收容孔13不需要为所述主体部 31增大宽度。所述凸部322与所述抵挡部323自所述延伸部32的侧面突伸,所述限位部132向上抵接所述抵挡部323,向下抵接所述凸部322实现了对所述平板端子3的限位作用。
请参阅图3、图4与图5,所述第一料带4连接所述端子2自上而下装入所述收容孔13,所述挡止部133抵挡所述侧部211限制所述端子2向下移动,所述挡块131抵接所述挡部241使得所述第二弹臂24发生形变。当所述挡部241越过所述挡块131时,所述挡块131抵接所述基部21,所述第二弹臂24恢复形变,所述挡部241抵接所述收容孔13的内壁。所述第二料带6连接所述平板端子3自下而上装至所述收容孔13,装入过程中,所述抵挡部323抵接所述限位部132受力,所述抵挡部323发生形变让位所述限位部132,当所述抵挡部323越过所述限位部132后,所述抵挡部323恢复原状,所述限位部132位于所述抵挡部323与所述凸部322之间。所述限位部132与所述凸部 322抵挡时限制所述平板端子3向上移动,所述限位部132与所述抵挡部323抵挡时限制所述平板端子3向下移动。装入后,所述第一弹臂22与所述第一接触部221向上显露出所述绝缘本体1,两个所述第一抵接臂23的自由端与两个所述第二抵接臂25的自由端抵接所述延伸部32的板面,所述第二接触部242向下抵接所述主体部31。
请参阅图3与图5,所述电连接器10安装至所述电路板30上时,所述主体部31 与所述导接片301焊接固定,所述第二弹臂24受力形变,使得两个所述第二抵接臂25 在所述延伸部32上向上滑动,所述第二抵接臂25的自由端逐渐远离所述延伸部32。其中在所述电路板30抵接所述主体部31前,相互接触的所述第二抵接臂25与所述延伸部32具有一第三接触位置c,在所述电路板30抵接所述主体部31后,相互接触的所述第二抵接臂25与所述延伸部32具有一第四接触位置d,所述第三接触位置c位于所述第四接触位置d上方,使得所述第二弹臂24压缩产生较大的作用力抵接所述主体部31,所述对接元件20压接所述电连接器10时,所述第一接触部221与所述垫片201接触受力向下移动,所述第一弹臂22发生形变,使得所述第一抵接臂23在所述延伸部32上向下滑动,所述第一抵接臂23的自由端远离所述延伸部32移动。在所述对接元件20 压接所述第一接触部221前,相互接触的所述第一抵接臂23与所述延伸部32具有一第一接触位置a,在所述对接元件20压接所述第一接触部221后,相互接触的所述第一抵接臂23与所述延伸部32具有一第二接触位置b,所述第一接触位置a位于所述第二接触位置b下方。此活动弹性的接触方式,一方面避免了所述对接元件20压坏所述端子2 或压制所述端子2出现疲乏的情况,另一方面,在加工中所述端子2的位置在加工制作中,难免会出现公差或不精准,所以活动接触的方式可以使所述端子2与所述对接元件20稳定接触,避免因公差过大造成接触不良的现象。在所述对接元件20压接所述端子 2时,在竖直方向上所述对接元件20只受到所述第一弹臂22向上的支撑力,使得所述对接元件20无需施加很大的安装力就能够稳固的安装在所述电连接器上。
综上所述本发明的电连接器10有以下增益效果:
1.所述收容孔13内***述端子2与所述平板端子3,所述平板端子3位于所述端子2一侧,所述端子2具有向上延伸的所述第一弹臂22与所述对接元件20接触,所述第一弹臂22朝所述平板端子3延伸所述第一抵接臂23,所述端子2具有向下延伸的所述第二弹臂24,所述第二弹臂24与所述平板端子3接触,所述第二弹臂24朝所述平板端子3延伸所述一第二抵接臂25,所述第一抵接臂23与所述第二抵接臂25接触所述平板端子3的板面,当所述对接元件20下压所述第一弹臂22时,所述第一抵接臂23 在所述平板端子3的板面上滑移,本设计的电连接器10在安装所述端子2与所述平板端子3时,所述端子2与所述平板端子3分别装如所述收容孔13,而无需将所述端子2 与所述平板端子3先卡扣再装入所述收容孔13,简化了安装步骤,方便生产,提高了生产效率。
2.所述对接元件20对接所述电连接器10时,所述对接元件20上的电信号可通过三条路径传导至所述电路板30。第一条路径,电信号从所述垫片201传出,经过所述第一接触部221传至所述基部21,然后传递到所述第二接触部242,再从所述第二接触部 242传递到所述主体部31,最后传递至所述电路板30。第二条路径,电信号从所述垫片 201传出经过所述第一接触部221后传递至所述第一抵接臂23,然后传递到所述延伸部 32上,最后从所述主体部31传出至所述电路板30。第三条路径***号传递到所述延伸部32后还可传递至第二抵接臂25然后传递至所述第二接触部242,然后再通过所述主体部31传递到所述电路板30。与单路径的传递方式相比,本发明多路径的电性号传导方式为所述电连接器10的正常使用增加了保障,保证了电信号的稳定传输。
3.在所述对接元件20压接所述端子2时,所述第一抵接臂23从所述第一接触位置a滑移至所述第二接触位置b。此活动弹性的接触方式,一方面避免了所述对接元件 20压坏所述端子2或压制所述端子2出现疲乏的情况,另一方面,在加工中所述端子2 的位置在加工制作中,难免会出现公差或不精准,所以活动接触的方式可以使所述端子 2与所述对接元件20稳定接触,避免因公差过大造成接触不良的现象。
以上详细说明仅为较佳实施例的说明,非因此局限本发明之专利范围,所以,凡运用本创作说明书及图示内容所为之等效技术变化,均包含于本创作之专利范围内。

Claims (25)

1.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件与一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体安装于所述电路板,至少一收容孔设于所述绝缘本体,每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个平板端子;
所述平板端子位于所述收容孔的一侧且与所述电路板电性连接;
所述端子位于所述收容孔的另一侧,所述端子具有向上延伸的一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂与所述对接元件接触,自所述第一弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第一抵接臂,所述第一弹臂具有一第一接触部,在所述对接元件压接所述第一接触部前,相互接触的所述第一抵接臂与所述平板端子具有一第一接触位置,在所述对接元件压接所述第一接触部后,相互接触的所述第一抵接臂与所述平板端子具有一第二接触位置,所述端子具有向下延伸的一第二弹臂,自所述第二弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第二抵接臂,所述第一抵接臂与所述第二抵接臂接触所述平板端子的板面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述平板端子具有一主体部,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部,所述第一抵接臂与所述第二抵接臂接触所述延伸部的板面,所述主体部用以与所述电路板焊接。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二弹臂接触所述主体部,在所述电路板向上抵接所述主体部前,相互接触的第二抵接臂与所述延伸部具有一第三接触位置,在所述电路板向上抵接所述主体部后,相互接触的第二抵接臂与所述延伸部具有一第四接触位置。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部为水平平板状,所述延伸部与所述主体部垂直。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹臂具有两个第一接触部,两个所述第一接触部之间设有一第一开槽,两个所述第一接触部均用以与所述对接元件接触,所述第二弹臂具有两个第二接触部,两个所述第二接触部之间设有一第二开槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一开槽贯穿所述第一弹臂的板厚,且所述第一开槽延伸至所述第一抵接臂,所述第二开槽贯穿所述第二弹臂的板厚,且所述第二开槽延伸至所述第二抵接臂。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述收容孔具有一挡止部与一限位部,所述端子与所述平板端子接触,所述端子向下抵接所述挡止部,所述平板端子向下抵接所述限位部。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子设有向上延伸的至少一第一连料部,所述挡止部自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部的投影部分重合。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子向上连接一第一料带且从上往下装入所述收容孔,所述平板端子向下连接一第二料带且从下往上装入所述收容孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容孔进一步设有一挡块,所述端子具有一基部收容于所述收容孔,所述挡块抵接所述基部,所述基部弯折延伸一挡部,所述挡部抵接所述收容孔的内壁。
11.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件与一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体安装于所述电路板,至少一收容孔设于所述绝缘本体,每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个平板端子;
所述平板端子位于所述收容孔的一侧且与所述电路板电性连接,每一所述平板端子具有一主体部,所述主体部用以与所述电路板焊接,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部;
所述端子位于所述收容孔的另一侧,所述端子具有向上延伸的一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂与所述对接元件接触,自所述第一弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第一抵接臂,所述端子具有向下延伸的一第二弹臂,所述第二弹臂接触所述主体部,自所述第二弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第二抵接臂,所述第一抵接臂与所述第二抵接臂接触所述延伸部的板面,在所述电路板向上抵接所述主体部前,相互接触的第二抵接臂与所述延伸部具有一第三接触位置,在所述电路板向上抵接所述主体部后,相互接触的第二抵接臂与所述延伸部具有一第四接触位置。
12.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部为水平平板状,所述延伸部与所述主体部垂直。
13.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹臂具有两个第一接触部,两个所述第一接触部之间设有一第一开槽,两个所述第一接触部均用以与所述对接元件接触,所述第二弹臂具有两个第二接触部,两个所述第二接触部之间设有一第二开槽。
14.如权利要求13所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一开槽贯穿所述第一弹臂的板厚,且所述第一开槽延伸至所述第一抵接臂,所述第二开槽贯穿所述第二弹臂的板厚,且所述第二开槽延伸至所述第二抵接臂。
15.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述收容孔具有一挡止部与一限位部,所述端子与所述平板端子接触,所述端子向下抵接所述挡止部,所述平板端子向下抵接所述限位部。
16.如权利要求15所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子设有向上延伸的至少一第一连料部,所述挡止部自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部的投影部分重合。
17.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子向上连接一第一料带且从上往下装入所述收容孔,所述平板端子向下连接一第二料带且从下往上装入所述收容孔。
18.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容孔进一步设有一挡块,所述端子具有一基部收容于所述收容孔,所述挡块抵接所述基部,所述基部弯折延伸一挡部,所述挡部抵接所述收容孔的内壁。
19.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件与一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体安装于所述电路板,至少一收容孔设于所述绝缘本体,每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个平板端子;
所述平板端子位于所述收容孔的一侧且与所述电路板电性连接;
所述端子位于所述收容孔的另一侧,所述端子具有向上延伸的一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂具有两个第一接触部,两个所述第一接触部之间设有一第一开槽,两个所述第一接触部均用以与所述对接元件接触,自所述第一弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第一抵接臂,所述端子具有向下延伸的一第二弹臂,所述第二弹臂具有两个第二接触部,两个所述第二接触部之间设有一第二开槽,自所述第二弹臂朝所述平板端子延伸至少一第二抵接臂,所述第一抵接臂与所述第二抵接臂接触所述平板端子的板面。
20.如权利要求19所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述平板端子具有一主体部,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部,所述第一抵接臂与所述第二抵接臂接触所述延伸部的板面,所述主体部用以与所述电路板焊接,两个所述第二接触部均与所述主体部接触。
21.如权利要求19所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一开槽贯穿所述第一弹臂的板厚,且所述第一开槽延伸至所述第一抵接臂,所述第二开槽贯穿所述第二弹臂的板厚,且所述第二开槽延伸至所述第二抵接臂。
22.如权利要求19所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述收容孔具有一挡止部与一限位部,所述端子与所述平板端子接触,所述端子向下抵接所述挡止部,所述平板端子向下抵接所述限位部。
23.如权利要求22所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子设有向上延伸的至少一第一连料部,所述挡止部自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部的投影部分重合。
24.如权利要求19所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子向上连接一第一料带且从上往下装入所述收容孔,所述平板端子向下连接一第二料带且从下往上装入所述收容孔。
25.如权利要求19所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容孔进一步设有一挡块,所述端子具有一基部收容于所述收容孔,所述挡块抵接所述基部,所述基部弯折延伸一挡部,所述挡部抵接所述收容孔的内壁。
