Preferably, in order to fix the angle of the gear, the fixing unit includes a first cylinder and a spring, a cylinder body of the first cylinder is horizontally fixed above the base, an air rod of the first cylinder is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped plate, the cylinder body of the first cylinder is communicated with the branch pipe, two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the bottom of the cylinder body of the first cylinder and the air rod of the first cylinder, and the spring is in a compressed state.

The movable fire water monitor with the stable structure has the advantages that the angle of the spray pipe in the vertical direction can be conveniently adjusted through the adjusting mechanism, the angle of the spray pipe in the horizontal direction can be adjusted through the rotating mechanism, water flow sprayed by the spray head is aligned to a fire source to carry out fire fighting, and compared with the existing rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism is more stable, the gear is clamped on the gear through the convex teeth, rotation of the gear is avoided, shaking of the spray head and the spray pipe in a water spraying process is prevented, fixing of the spray head is achieved, and practicability of equipment is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the adjusting device includes a rotating mechanism and an adjusting mechanism, the rotating mechanism includes a gear 8, a rotating shaft 9, a rotating disk 10, a driving component and two fixing components, the rotating disk 10 is fixed below the gear 8 through the rotating shaft 9, a through hole and a notch are arranged above the gear 8, the through hole is located above the notch, the rotating disk 10 is located in the notch, the bottom end of the rotating shaft 9 is located in the through hole, the notch, the through hole, the rotating disk 10, the rotating shaft 9 and the gear 8 are all coaxially arranged, the gear 8 is located between the two fixing components, the fixing components include a communicating pipe 11, a branch pipe 12, an arc-shaped plate 13 and two fixing units, the driving component is communicated with the center of the branch pipe 12 through the communicating pipe 11, the two fixing units are respectively located at two ends of the branch pipe 12, two ends of the arc-shaped plate 13 are respectively connected with the two fixing units, the circle center of the arc-shaped plate 13 is positioned at one side of the arc-shaped plate 13 close to the gear 8, a plurality of convex teeth 14 are arranged at one side of the arc-shaped plate 13 close to the gear 8, and the convex teeth 14 are uniformly distributed on the arc-shaped plate 13;

As shown in fig. 4, the fixing unit includes a first cylinder 18 and a spring 19, a cylinder body of the first cylinder 18 is horizontally fixed above the base 1, an air rod of the first cylinder 18 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped plate 13, the cylinder body of the first cylinder 18 is communicated with the branch pipe 12, two ends of the spring 19 are respectively connected with the bottom of the cylinder body of the first cylinder 18 and the air rod of the first cylinder 18, and the spring 19 is in a compressed state.
In the fixed unit, the compressed spring 19 pushes the air rod of the first air cylinder 18 to drive the arc-shaped plate 13 to move close to the gear 8, so that the convex teeth 14 on the arc-shaped plate 13 abut against the gear 8, thereby fixing the position of the gear 8 and preventing the spray head 6 and the spray pipe 5 from rotating.
Preferably, in order to fix the moving direction of the arc-shaped plate 13, the fixing unit further comprises a fixing ring 20, the fixing ring 20 is fixed in the cylinder body of the first cylinder 18, and the fixing ring 20 is sleeved on the air rod of the first cylinder 18. The moving direction of the air rod of the first cylinder 18 is fixed by the fixing ring 20 fixed in the cylinder of the first cylinder 18, thereby fixing the moving direction of the arc plate 13 when the amount of deformation of the spring 19 is changed.
Preferably, in order to facilitate driving the arc-shaped plate 13 to move, the driving assembly includes a second cylinder 21 and a pull ring 22, a cylinder body of the second cylinder 21 is vertically fixed above the base 1, the cylinder body of the second cylinder 21 is communicated with the communication pipe 11, and the pull ring 22 is fixed at a top end of a gas rod of the second cylinder 21. When the angle of the gear 8 needs to be adjusted, a fire fighter can pull the pull ring 22 to move upwards, so that the air rod of the second cylinder 21 moves upwards in the cylinder body of the second cylinder 21, the cylinder body of the second cylinder 21 is communicated with the cylinder body of the first cylinder 18 through the communicating pipe 11 and the branch pipe 12, so that the air rod of the first cylinder 18 moves towards the bottom in the cylinder body of the first cylinder 18, the spring 19 is further compressed, meanwhile, the arc-shaped plate 13 moves away from the gear 8, the convex teeth 14 move away from the gear 8, the gear 8 is convenient to rotate, after the angle of the gear 8 is adjusted, the pull ring 22 is loosened, the spring 19 pushes the air rod of the first cylinder 18 to move, the convex teeth 14 abut against the gear 8, and the positions of the gear 8 and the spray pipe 5 are fixed.
Preferably, in order to prevent the screw 16 from disengaging from the threaded pipe 15, a convex plate 23 is arranged on the screw 16, and the convex plate 23 is positioned below the threaded pipe 15. Since the convex plate 23 cannot pass through the threaded pipe 15, and the convex plate 23 is fixed on the screw 16, the convex plate 23 is prevented from being separated from the threaded pipe 15 when the screw 16 moves upwards.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the rotation of the lance 5, the support assembly comprises a support 24, a sleeve 25 and a side bar 26, the sleeve 25 being fixed above the gear wheel 8 by the support 24, one end of the side bar 26 being fixed to the lance 5, the other end of the side bar 26 being arranged inside the sleeve 25. The sleeve 25 is fixed above the gear wheel 8 by means of the strut 24 so that the side lever 26 can rotate along the axis of the sleeve 25, thereby facilitating the rotation of the lance 5.
Preferably, in order to assist the gear 8 to rotate, a plurality of supporting blocks 27 are arranged below the gear 8, the supporting blocks 27 are evenly distributed below the gear 8 in the circumferential direction, an opening is arranged below the supporting blocks 27, balls 28 are arranged in the opening, the opening is matched with the balls 28, and the balls 28 abut against the base 1. The ball 28 in the opening of the supporting block 27 abuts against the base 1 to support the gear 8, and the ball 28 can rotate in the opening, so that the rotation of the gear 8 is facilitated.
Preferably, in order to reinforce the nozzle 5, a reinforcing assembly is arranged below one end of the nozzle 5 far away from the spray head 6, the reinforcing assembly comprises a weight box 29, a first suspension wire 30 and four second suspension wires 31, one end of the first suspension wire 30 is connected with the nozzle 5, and the other end of the first suspension wire 30 is connected with four corners above the weight box 29 through the four second suspension wires 31. The weight box 29 is arranged below the spray pipe 5 through the first suspension wire 30 and the second suspension wire 31, various weights such as stones and metal can be conveniently added into the weight box 29, so that the end of the spray pipe 5 far away from the spray head 6 tends to be downward, and the bottom end of the screw 16 is convenient to abut against the lower part of the gear 8.
Preferably, the first suspension wire 30 and the second suspension wire 31 are made of carbon wires in order to ensure the strength of the first suspension wire 30 and the second suspension wire 31 by utilizing the characteristic of high strength of carbon wires.
Preferably, the water pump 2 is fixed to the weight box 29 in order to further reinforce the spout 5. By fixing the water pump 2 to the weight box 29, the second suspension wire 31 pulls the spout 5 through the first suspension wire 30, thereby causing the end of the spout 5 remote from the spray head 6 to have a downward tendency.
When the movable fire water monitor is used, firemen can conveniently carry the equipment to the vicinity of a fire through the universal wheels 7, then, the pull ring 22 moves upwards to enable the convex teeth 14 to be separated from the gear 8, so that the gear 8 can be conveniently rotated, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the horizontal angle of the spray head 6 and the spray pipe 5, then the convex teeth 14 on the arc-shaped plate 13 are abutted against the gear 8, thereby fixing the angle between the gear 8 and the spray head 6, avoiding the shaking of the spray pipe 5 and the spray head 6 when spraying water to extinguish fire, the nozzle pipe 5 can be driven to rotate in the vertical direction through the adjusting component, weights are added into the weight box 29, the end of the spray pipe 5 far away from the spray head 6 is caused to tend downwards, the screw rod 16 is rotated, the bottom end of the screw rod 16 abuts against the gear 8, thereby the height position of the threaded pipe 15 is adjusted, and then the angle of the vertical direction of the spray pipe 5 and the spray head 6 can be adjusted, so that the spray head 6 can be aligned to a fire source to carry out fire fighting.
