技术领域
本发明涉及电子部件等中所用的镶嵌成形品、镶嵌成形品合格与否判断装置以及镶嵌成形方法。
背景技术
近年来,例如如特开平4-252739号公报记载的那样,有通过镶嵌成形将电子部件等内置于树脂成形品、从而谋求制品的小型化和制造工序的简化的技术。
在进行基于注塑成形等的一体成形的工序中,内置的部件暴露在高温、高压下,有引起破坏或特性劣化的可能性。
但在一体成形中,由于在制品完成后部件被密封在树脂的内部,因此不能确认部件的破坏、特性劣化。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,确认镶嵌部件的破坏、特性劣化。
本公开的一个方面提供镶嵌成形品,具备:镶嵌部件;配置于该镶嵌部件的近旁、检测镶嵌成形时的该镶嵌部件周围的状态的传感器;和覆盖所述镶嵌部件以及所述传感器的成形树脂。
本公开的另一方面提供镶嵌成形品合格与否判断装置,在对镶嵌部件进行树脂成形后判定所述镶嵌部件的合格与否,具备:配置于所述镶嵌部件的近旁、从检测镶嵌成形时的该镶嵌部件周围的状态的传感器输入检测信号的检测信号输入部;和在树脂成形后基于所述检测信号来判断所述树脂成形的正常、异常的第1判断部。
本公开的另一方面提供镶嵌成形方法,在安装于基板的镶嵌部件的近旁配置检测镶嵌成形时的该镶嵌部件周围的状态的传感器,将所述镶嵌部件用外罩构件覆盖,将所述基板载置在金属模内,成形覆盖所述镶嵌部件和所述传感器的树脂。

具体实施方式
图1~图3是表示本发明的第1实施方式的图。图1以及图2是表示镶嵌成形品合格与否判断***10以及镶嵌成形品20的图。另外,图3是表示镶嵌成形品合格与否判断***10所进行的处理流程的说明图。
如图1所示那样,镶嵌成形品合格与否判断***10具备镶嵌成形品20以及***控制部100。镶嵌成形品20具备基板21和安装于该基板21上的2次电池即锂离子电池(镶嵌部件)30以及电子部件40。
在锂离子电池30的周围配置检测镶嵌部件即锂离子电池30在镶嵌成形时受到的温度和压力等物理特性的传感器,例如配置温度测定元件(传感器)50和压力测定元件(传感器)60。温度测定元件50的输出经由引线51与电子部件40连接,被输入温度检测信号。另外,压力测定元件60的输出经由引线61与电子部件40连接,被输入压力测定信号。如上述的说明中所明确的那样,温度测定元件(传感器)50以及压力测定元件(传感器)60的输出信号不与锂离子电池30直接连接。
如图1以及图2所示那样,锂离子电池30被层叠的铝箔等外罩构件70覆盖,外罩构件70粘结在基板21。外罩构件70为了防止锂离子电池30暴露在高温的树脂发生劣化而设置。锂离子电池30的正常动作保证温度例如是60℃。
电子部件40是被锂离子电池30驱动的时钟、GPS等装置,具备进行与外部的无线通信的通信控制部41。
在镶嵌成形品合格与否判断***10中,由通信控制部41将温度测定元件(传感器)50和压力测定元件(传感器)60检测到的数据发送到***控制部100。
基板21上被成形树脂80覆盖,上述的锂离子电池30、电子部件40、温度测定元件50、压力测定元件60、外罩构件70被一体密封。成形树脂80是柔软的材料,是除了能适用于手表或可穿戴设备等以外,还能搭载在薄型的电子设备等的规格。
***控制部100具备按照给定的程序控制各部的CPU101。在该CPU101中具备:进行与镶嵌成形品20的无线通信的通信控制部102;经由通信控制部102被输入成形时由传感器50、60检测到的检测信号SR的检测信号输入部103;测定镶嵌部件的树脂成形前的第1电特性Q1以及树脂成形后的第2电特性Q2的测定部104;存储由测定部104测定的第1电特性Q1的电特性存储部105;和存储传感器中的正常的树脂成形时的基准检测信号SS的正常时检测信号存储部106。第1电特性Q1以及第2电特性Q2例如是电池充放电特性。
CPU101设有:第1判断部,其在树脂成形后将基准检测信号SS和检测信号SR进行比较,来判断树脂成形的正常、异常;和第2判断部,其在树脂成形后将存储于电特性存储部105的第1电特性Q1和由测定部104测定的第2电特性Q2进行比较,来判断树脂成形的正常、异常。
按照图3的流程图来说明如此构成的镶嵌成形品合格与否判断***10中的判断镶嵌成形品20的合格与否的判断流程。即,预先使用事前评价用的制品(镶嵌成形品),测定正常进行了成形的情况下的温度检测信号T0以及压力测定信号P0,作为基准检测信号SS存储到正常时检测信号存储部106(ST10)。成形是否正常进行通过将镶嵌成形品分解并确认各部件是否配置在正常的位置来进行。
接下来,取得设为实际的制品的镶嵌成形品20中的充放电特性,作为第1电特性Q1存储到电特性存储部105。接下来将在ST10取得的基准检测信号SS读入到CPU101(ST11)。
如图2所示那样,对作为实际的制品的镶嵌成形品20放置金属模K。接下来从孔部Ka流入树脂(例如150℃程度)。这时,作为检测信号SR而测定温度检测信号T1以及压力测定信号P1(ST12)。温度检测信号T1以及压力测定信号P1被输入到CPU101,与温度检测信号T0以及压力测定信号P0进行比较。这时判定温度检测信号T1以及压力测定信号P1是否是以温度检测信号T0以及压力测定信号P0为基准的给定范围(阈值内)。若是阈值内,则设为正常并前进到ST20(ST13),若是阈值外则设为异常并前进到ST30。
作为如此进行判定的原理,是在树脂的注塑成形时根据来自外部的测定值来观察外罩构件70的情况。即,在外罩构件70未脱落的情况下(参考图4、5),由于被外罩构件70隔热,因此温度检测信号T1如图6所示那样被保持为成为t1(60℃以下)。另一方面,在外罩构件70脱落的情况下(图7、8),暴露在150℃程度的树脂而被加热到t2(120℃以上)。为此,例如在温度检测信号T0超过给定的温度、如图9所示那样超过例如t2(120℃)的情况下,判定为外罩构件70脱落而发生异常。
另外,虽然省略了详细说明,但在外罩构件70未脱落的情况下(参考图4、5),由于被外罩构件70保护,因此压力测定信号P1保持在给定压力范围内,另一方面,在外罩构件70脱落的情况下(图7、8),示出超过给定压力范围的压力,判定为外罩构件70脱落而发生异常。
接下来,在ST20,作为电池充放电特性而取得第2电特性Q2。接下来判定第2电特性Q2是否是以第1电特性Q1为基准的给定范围(阈值内)(ST21)。若是阈值内则设为正常,前进到ST22,设为制品OK,若是阈值外则设为异常,前进到ST31,设为制品NG。另外,就算未判定为外罩构件70脱落也进行充放电测定是因为,设想了出现预想外的不良状况。
另一方面,在前进到ST30的情况下,认为受到异常温度、异常压力,不用测量充放电特性就判定为被破坏。
如上述那样,根据第1实施方式所涉及的镶嵌成形品合格与否判断***10,即使是对锂离子电池30这样不耐热镶嵌部件进行镶嵌成形的情况,通过探测到从树脂受到异常温度、异常压力,从而即使是不能根据外观判定不良的情况,也能判定制品的合格与否,防止将不良制品误出厂。因此在电池的镶嵌成形中,能检测不能确认内部的状态下的电池的特性劣化或破坏。由此能担保制品的安全性、品质。
另外,能通过设置多个温度测定元件50、压力测定元件60来提升进行异常判定的精度。另外,作为测定物理特性的传感器,除了能利用温度测定元件、压力测定元件以外,也可以使用能检测x、y、z方向的力的力传感器,利用力矢量。
另外,在所述实施方式中,将检测到温度测定元件(传感器)50和压力测定元件(传感器)60的数据通过无线通信发送到***控制部100,但也可以在镶嵌成形品20设置例如USB端子,进行镶嵌成形以使该端子向外部开口,通过有线通信将检测数据发送到***控制部100。
另外,在所述实施方式中,检测信号SR设为在成形时由传感器检测的信号,但根据传感器不同也可以是成形后传感器检测的信号。
另外,在所述实施方式中,在***控制部100判定镶嵌成形品20的合格与否,但也可以由镶嵌成形品20的电子部件40执行***控制部100所执行的合格与否判断处理,将合格与否的判定结果发送到外部的设备。
另外,本发明并不限定于所述实施方式。例如在上述的示例中作为镶嵌成形品而例示了锂离子电池,但作为不耐热设备,即使是有机EL、通过各向异性导电膜接合的电子制品等,当然也同样能适用。此外,当然能在不脱离发明的要旨的范围内实施种种变形。
虽然对本发明的一个实施方式进行了说明,但本发明包含在权利要求书记载的发明和其等同的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种镶嵌成形品合格与否判断装置,在对包含2次电池的镶嵌部件通过镶嵌成形进行树脂成形后判定所述镶嵌部件的合格与否,
所述镶嵌成形品合格与否判断装置的特征在于,具备:
被从配置于所述镶嵌部件的近旁、并检测镶嵌成形时的该镶嵌部件周围的状态的传感器输入检测信号的检测信号输入部;
存储有所述传感器中的正常的镶嵌成形时的基准检测信号的正常时检测信号存储部;
测定镶嵌成形前与镶嵌成形后的所述2次电池的电池充放电特性的测定部;
存储由所述测定部测定出的镶嵌成形前的所述2次电池的电池充放电特性的电特性存储部;
在镶嵌成形后,对所述检测信号与所述正常时检测信号存储部中存储的所述基准检测信号进行比较,判断所述镶嵌成形的正常/异常的第1判断部;和
对由所述测定部测定出的镶嵌成形后的所述2次电池的电池充放电特性与所述电特性存储部中存储的镶嵌成形前的所述2次电池的电池充放电特性进行比较,判断所述2次电池的正常/异常的第2判断部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌成形品合格与否判断装置,其特征在于,
所述传感器包含温度测定元件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌成形品合格与否判断装置,其特征在于,
所述传感器包含压力测定元件。
