Abstract
The invention provides a bill recommendation method and system and a computer-readable storage medium. The document recommendation method comprises the following steps: setting a recommendable document, and configuring metadata for the recommendable document; acquiring account book information, and determining a bill type according to the account book information; and when the type of the bill is consistent with that of the recommendable bill, generating a first reimbursement bill according to the recommendable bill and the account book information, and pushing the first reimbursement bill to a client corresponding to the account book information. In the embodiment, after the submission information of the first reimbursement bill is received, whether the submission information is successful or not is fed back, and meanwhile, a prompt message is pushed to the client side and used for reminding a user of recommending the bill to the colleague and informing that the bill recommended to the colleague does not carry your personal consumption information, such as information of a bank account, an invoice, an accessory and the like, so that the worry of the user is eliminated, and therefore intelligent bill recommendation and intelligent reimbursement are achieved.
FIG. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a document recommendation system according to one embodiment of the present invention. The document recommendation system 400 includes:
a memory 402 for storing a computer program;
a processor 404 for executing a computer program to: setting a recommendable document, and configuring metadata for the recommendable document; acquiring account book information, and determining a bill type according to the account book information; and when the type of the bill is consistent with that of the recommendable bill, generating a first reimbursement bill according to the recommendable bill and the account book information, and pushing the first reimbursement bill to a client corresponding to the account book information.
The document recommendation system 400 provided in the embodiment of the present invention analyzes the generated document type according to the data in the user account book, and when the document type is consistent with the type of the recommendable document, generates a first reimbursement document according to the recommendable document with configured metadata and the data in the account book, and pushes the first reimbursement document to the client of the user. For example, a user records a transportation travel account in an account book, wherein the information of the account book comprises a departure place, a destination, a taken vehicle, generated transportation expenses, a travel date, an expense type, an image added with an electronic invoice or an invoice and the like. Wherein the metadata includes a charge undertaking unit, a financial organization, a transaction currency, a reimburser unit, a reimburser department, a charge undertaking unit, a reimburser, a project, a date, a story, and the like; the types of recommendable documents include, for example, traffic fees, travel fees, communication fees, and the like. By the document recommendation system, the document reimbursement type can be predicted according to data in the user account book, reimbursement documents can be intelligently recommended, the operation process of the user is effectively reduced, and reimbursement efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processor 404 is further preferably configured to execute a computer program to: constructing an incidence relation between a recommendable document and a recommendable user; after receiving the submission information of the first reimbursement bill, if receiving a request for recommending the first reimbursement bill, pushing the information of the recommendable user to the client and displaying the information; and when the selection information of the recommendable user is received, pushing a second reimbursement document generated according to the first reimbursement document to the client of the recommendable user.
In the embodiment, after the user submits the first reimbursement receipt, if a request for recommending the first reimbursement receipt to other users is clicked, information of recommendable users is pushed to the client and displayed, for example, the information is displayed in a list mode, after a recommender is selected, information such as an avatar and a name of the recommender is displayed at the head of a page, and the user can clearly and definitely know the selected recommender, and the receipt is already recommended at this time. In fact, the system generates a second reimbursement document according to the first reimbursement document, the second reimbursement document is pushed to the client of the selected recommended person, and the second reimbursement document does not carry personal consumption information of the user, such as information of bank accounts, invoices, accessories and the like. The recommended second reimbursement bill can be displayed on the client side of the selected recommender, a button can be arranged, after the button is clicked, a bill detail page can be entered, and reimbursement can be completed by clicking and submitting. By the bill recommendation method, the reimbursement bills can be recommended to the colleagues, the reimbursement efficiency of the colleagues can be accelerated, consumption information of the colleagues cannot be revealed, and the bill recommendation method is safer.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processor 404 is further preferably configured to execute a computer program to: before the step of generating a second reimbursement document according to the first reimbursement document, acquiring relevant data of the first reimbursement document, and verifying the first reimbursement document according to the relevant data; when the first reimbursement bill passes the verification, sorting the related data, and returning to a data format to store the related data to form a second reimbursement bill; and when the first reimbursement bill is not verified, refusing to recommend the first reimbursement bill.
In this embodiment, the first reimbursement form is checked to determine whether to execute the request for recommending the first reimbursement form based on data related to the first reimbursement form, wherein the data includes, for example, event record information, account book information, cost sharing information, sharing person information, and the like. Specifically, preferably, whether the first reimbursement bill meets recommended conditions or not is judged, further, whether the event-recording information meets sharing standards or not is judged, and when the two conditions are met, the first reimbursement bill passes verification, relevant data is sorted, and a data format is returned to store the relevant data, so that a second reimbursement bill is formed; and when any one of the two conditions is not met, the first reimbursement bill cannot pass the verification, the request for recommending the first reimbursement bill is refused to be executed, the details of the bill are recorded, and the reason for the failure of bill recommendation is determined, such as that the selected user is not a charge distributor or the selected vehicles are different. By the document recommending method, the document recommending request can be verified, and the influence on user experience caused by the fact that the document is pushed to the home page of an irrelevant user and reimbursement information is leaked is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the related data includes event record information, account information, cost apportionment information, and apportioner information.
In this embodiment, the relevant data includes, but is not limited to, event record information, ledger information, expense apportionment information, and apportioner information.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processor 404 is further preferably configured to execute a computer program to: and receiving the period setting information and the user setting information, generating a fixed cost reimbursement receipt at corresponding time, and pushing the fixed cost reimbursement receipt to a client of the user.
In this embodiment, according to a set period, some users or all users corresponding to a certain department, a fixed-fee reimbursement document, such as a monthly fixed-fee reimbursement document, is automatically generated and pushed to the client of the user, so that the operation process of the user is further reduced, and reimbursement is performed quickly and efficiently.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processor 404 is further preferably configured to execute a computer program to: and after receiving the submitted information of the first reimbursement bill, generating information to be approved according to the first reimbursement bill, and pushing the information to the client.
In the embodiment, after the first reimbursement bill is submitted, the pending information of the first reimbursement bill is generated and displayed on the client, and the user can know the examination and approval conditions at any time. Preferably, the examination and approval still stays at a certain node within a preset time, for example, 4 days, and the user may initiate an examination and approval request to remind the approver of carrying out the examination and approval. By the document recommendation method, message pushing can be flexibly carried out, intelligent examination and approval are realized, and the reimbursement efficiency of the user is further improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processor 404 is further preferably configured to execute a computer program to: and after receiving the submission information of the first reimbursement bill, generating prompt information for recommending the first reimbursement bill and pushing the prompt information to the client for displaying.
In the embodiment, after the submission information of the first reimbursement bill is received, whether the submission information is successful or not is fed back, and meanwhile, a prompt message is pushed to the client side and used for reminding a user of recommending the bill to the colleague and informing that the bill recommended to the colleague does not carry your personal consumption information, such as information of a bank account, an invoice, an accessory and the like, so that the worry of the user is eliminated, and therefore intelligent bill recommendation and intelligent reimbursement are achieved.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of a document recommendation method as in any one of the above embodiments.
The invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the document recommendation method according to any of the above embodiments, so that the computer-readable storage medium includes all the benefits of the document recommendation method according to any of the above embodiments.

Claims (13)
1. A document recommendation method, comprising:
setting a recommendable document, and configuring metadata for the recommendable document;
acquiring account book information, and determining a bill type according to the account book information;
when the bill type is consistent with the type of the recommendable bill, generating a first reimbursement bill according to the recommendable bill and the ledger information, and pushing the first reimbursement bill to a client corresponding to the ledger information;
the bill recommendation method further comprises the following steps:
constructing an incidence relation between the recommendable document and a recommendable user;
after the submission information of the first reimbursement bill is received, if a request for recommending the first reimbursement bill is received, pushing the information of the recommendable user to the client side and displaying the information;
and when the selection information of the recommendable user is received, pushing a second reimbursement document generated according to the first reimbursement document to the client of the recommendable user.
2. The document recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein prior to the step of generating the second reimbursement document from the first reimbursement document, the document recommendation method further comprises:
acquiring related data of the first reimbursement bill, and verifying the first reimbursement bill according to the related data;
when the first reimbursement bill passes the verification, the related data are sorted and returned to a data format so as to store the related data to form a second reimbursement bill;
and when the first reimbursement bill is not verified, refusing to recommend the first reimbursement bill.
3. The document recommendation method according to claim 2,
the related data comprises event record information, the account book information, expense allocation information and allocation person information.
4. A document recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and receiving the period setting information and the user setting information, generating a fixed cost reimbursement receipt at corresponding time, and pushing the fixed cost reimbursement receipt to the client of the user.
5. A document recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and after receiving the submitted information of the first reimbursement bill, generating information to be approved according to the first reimbursement bill, and pushing the information to the client.
6. A document recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and after receiving the submission information of the first reimbursement bill, generating prompt information for recommending the first reimbursement bill and pushing the prompt information to the client for displaying.
7. A document recommendation system, comprising: a memory for storing a computer program; a processor for executing the computer program to:
setting a recommendable document, and configuring metadata for the recommendable document;
acquiring account book information, and determining a bill type according to the account book information;
when the bill type is consistent with the type of the recommendable bill, generating a first reimbursement bill according to the recommendable bill and the ledger information, and pushing the first reimbursement bill to a client corresponding to the ledger information;
the processor further to execute the computer program to:
constructing an incidence relation between the recommendable document and a recommendable user;
after the submission information of the first reimbursement bill is received, if a request for recommending the first reimbursement bill is received, pushing the information of the recommendable user to the client side and displaying the information;
and pushing a second reimbursement bill generated according to the first reimbursement bill to the client of the recommendable user when the selection information of the recommendable user is received.
8. The document recommendation system according to claim 7, wherein said processor is further configured to execute said computer program to:
before the step of generating the second reimbursement document according to the first reimbursement document, acquiring relevant data of the first reimbursement document, and verifying the first reimbursement document according to the relevant data;
when the first reimbursement bill passes the verification, the related data are sorted and returned to a data format so as to store the related data to form a second reimbursement bill;
and when the first reimbursement bill is not verified, refusing to recommend the first reimbursement bill.
9. A document recommendation system according to claim 8,
the related data comprises event record information, account book information, expense allocation information and allocator information.
10. A document recommendation system according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the processor is further configured to execute the computer program to:

13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a document recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
