the bottom of the hopper is V-shaped, and an opening for the medical catheter to pass through is formed at the bottom of the hopper;
the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning block for positioning the medical catheter, a second positioning block for positioning the first fitting and a third positioning block for positioning the second fitting;
positioning grooves are formed in the positioning blocks, and the positioning grooves in the first positioning blocks are arc-shaped.
2. The medical catheter assembly device of claim 1, wherein said first positioning block is located between two of said bending assemblies, each of said bending assemblies including a first drive member and a first push plate coupled to said first drive member.

The medical catheter assembly apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first feeding device includes a second driving member, a first passage plate, a first guide rail, and a second push plate for pushing the medical catheter onto the first positioning block, the second push plate being connected with the second driving member and mounted on the first guide rail, the first passage plate being fixedly provided on the table and forming a single delivery passage of the medical catheter with the table, one end of the delivery passage being in communication with the opening, the other end of the delivery passage being connected with the first positioning plate, an abutment being formed on the second push plate, the abutment extending into the delivery passage.

The medical catheter assembly device of claim 1, wherein the second feeding device comprises a first vibrating plate, the second feeding device comprises a second channel plate, a third driving piece and a first push rod for pushing the first fitting to the second positioning block, a sliding groove is formed in the second channel plate, the push rod is slidably arranged in the sliding groove, one end of the sliding groove is communicated with the first vibrating plate, and the other end of the sliding groove is connected with the second positioning block.

The medical catheter assembly device of claim 1, wherein the third feeding device comprises a second vibrating plate, the third feeding device comprises a mounting plate, a second guide rail fixedly arranged on the mounting plate, a sliding block arranged on the second guide rail, a first clamping jaw for conveying the second fitting to the third positioning block and a fourth driving piece, the first clamping jaw is fixedly arranged on the sliding block, and the fourth driving piece is connected with the first clamping jaw.
6. The medical catheter assembly device of claim 5, wherein the pick-up device comprises a second jaw mounted on the mounting plate and a fifth drive connected to the second jaw, the second jaw being located above the first positioning block.

The medical catheter assembly device of claim 6, wherein said pick-up device further comprises a third channel plate and a finished product collection assembly, said third channel plate fixedly mounted on said table and located between said second jaw and said first positioning block; the finished product collecting assembly comprises a flat plate and a loop bar vertically arranged in the middle of the flat plate, and the third channel plate is arranged between the finished product collecting assembly and the first positioning block.
8. A method for assembling a medical catheter, comprising the steps of:
a. feeding; firstly, automatically adjusting the posture of the medical catheter through a first feeding device, and then conveying the medical catheter to a positioning assembly through the first feeding device; the first accessory is automatically adjusted in posture through the second feeding device, and then the first accessory is sent to the positioning assembly through the second feeding device; firstly, automatically adjusting the gesture of the second accessory through a third feeding device, and then conveying the second accessory to the positioning assembly through a third feeding device; simultaneously delivering a medical catheter, a first fitting and a second fitting at the same beat;
b. and (3) assembling: the medical catheter, the first fitting and the second fitting are respectively positioned through the positioning assembly, then the medical catheter is bent into an arc shape through the bending device, two ends of the medical catheter are arranged in an interface of the second fitting, and then the first fitting is embedded into the interface of the second fitting through the second feeding device;
c. and discharging the finished product, and taking out the assembled finished product from the positioning assembly through the material taking device.
