Abstract
本发明公开了INS覆膜产品生产工艺及注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构,其工艺流程如下:膜片成型、膜片冲切、膜片放入型腔中、定位滑块固定机构固定膜片、合模注塑和后处理包装。本发明解决了针对产品侧面高度较低,并且要求倒包的结构膜片无法固定的难题,可以有效解决膜片在型腔中移动的问题,防止膜片在合模时产生压模的现象,提高产品质量及合格率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车装饰产品的生产工艺,具体涉及INS覆膜产品生产工艺及注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构。
背景技术
从传统的型腔膜片定位来看很难定位,经常性出现合模压边和倒包不下去的问题,导致大批量产品报废及不良,另外主机厂客户做造型设计时为了配合INS覆膜工艺的要求有很多的局限性,很多好的造型无法实现,因此在此基础上研究开发了膜片固定的结构,可以有效解决膜片定位的问题,使其能够开发出更复杂的产品结构,对客户造型设计有更多的空间。
因此,如何解决上述问题,需要一种新的生产工艺以解决上述难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供INS覆膜产品生产工艺及注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构,以克服现有生产工艺所存在的上述缺点和不足。
INS覆膜产品生产工艺,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1:膜片成型,将成卷膜片吸塑成型,吸塑成产品包覆的形状;
步骤2:膜片冲切,将真空成型好的膜片放到冲切模具下模仁上进行冲切,将多余的片材冲切掉,留下需求包覆的膜片区域,将冲切好的膜片转运到注塑成型区域;
步骤3:膜片放入型腔中,将裁切好的膜片擦拭干净后放入注塑模具型腔中;
步骤4:定位滑块固定机构固定膜片,将膜片放入型腔中,因定位滑块固定机构是伸入型腔0.5-1.0mm左右,采用人工的方式将膜片放入定位滑块固定机构与型腔的中间,使膜片被定位滑块固定机构卡住,防止膜片滑落或注塑冲胶时移动,定位滑块固定机构高于膜片覆膜高度0.5mm左右,防止定位滑块固定机构与膜片配合过紧,破坏膜片表面效果;
步骤5:合模注塑,通过后模上固定滑块位置的“反铲”结构将滑块退回,通过注塑浇口将热熔好的塑料基材注塑到型腔中,将膜片ABS基材层进行融化,使膜片与塑料基材热熔在一起,通过冷却后开模取出产品,将产品放到后处理区域;
步骤6:后处理包装,按照质量标准对产品进行外观检验,检验合格后将产品浇口及毛边修剪干净,完成后将产品放到包装区,将后处理完成的产品按照包装要求进行包装装箱,然后将包装好的产品入到仓库;
进一步,步骤5中,注塑溶胶温度在220℃-280℃之间,模具型腔、型芯温度在20℃-90℃之间。
INS覆膜产品注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构,其特征在于,包括:固定平台、固定腔、滑槽和定位滑块固定机构,所述固定腔设于固定平台内,所述滑槽设于固定平台两端,所述定位滑块固定机构与滑槽连接;
其中,所述定位滑块固定机构包括:滑块和连接弹簧,所述滑块底端与滑槽连接,所述滑块的侧端与连接弹簧连接,所述连接弹簧与传动***连接。
进一步,所述滑块包括:块体、斜边和挡边,所述块体的一段与连接弹簧连接,所述块体的另一端设有斜边和挡边。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明解决了针对产品侧面高度较低,并且要求倒包的结构膜片无法固定的难题,可以有效解决膜片在型腔中移动的问题,防止膜片在合模时产生压模的现象,提高产品合格。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明作进步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1

如图1所示,INS覆膜产品生产工艺,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1:膜片成型,将成卷膜片吸塑成型,吸塑成产品包覆的形状;
步骤2:膜片冲切,将真空成型好的膜片放到冲切模具下模仁上进行冲切,将多余的片材冲切掉,留下需求包覆的膜片区域,将冲切好的膜片转运到注塑成型区域;
步骤3:膜片放入型腔中,将裁切好的膜片擦拭干净后放入注塑模具型腔中;
步骤4:定位滑块固定机构固定膜片,将膜片放入型腔中,因定位滑块固定机构是伸入型腔0.5-1.0mm左右,采用人工的方式将膜片放入定位滑块固定机构与型腔的中间,使膜片被定位滑块固定机构卡住,防止膜片滑落或注塑冲胶时移动,定位滑块固定机构高于膜片覆膜高度0.5mm左右,防止定位滑块固定机构与膜片配合过紧,破坏膜片表面效果;
步骤5:合模注塑,通过后模上固定滑块位置的“反铲”结构将滑块退回,通过注塑浇口将热熔好的塑料基材注塑到型腔中,将膜片ABS基材层进行融化,使膜片与塑料基材热熔在一起,通过冷却后开模取出产品,将产品放到后处理区域;
步骤6:后处理包装,按照质量标准对产品进行外观检验,检验合格后将产品浇口及毛边修剪干净,完成后将产品放到包装区,将后处理完成的产品按照包装要求进行包装装箱,然后将包装好的产品入到仓库;
步骤5中,注塑溶胶温度在200℃-300℃之间,模具型腔、型芯温度在20℃-90℃之间。
如图2和3所示,INS覆膜产品注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构包括:固定平台100、固定腔200、滑槽300和定位滑块固定机构400,固定腔200设于固定平台100内,滑槽300设于固定平台100两端,定位滑块固定机构400与滑槽300连接。
其中,定位滑块固定机构400包括:滑块410和连接弹簧420,滑块410底端与滑槽300连接,滑块410的侧端与连接弹簧420连接,连接弹簧420与传动***连接。
滑块410包括:块体411、斜边412和挡边413,块体411的一段与连接弹簧420连接,块体411的另一端设有斜边412和挡边413。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明与传统的定位结构完全改变,在传统的定位上只是采用人工将裁切好的膜片放入型腔中,然后合模注塑,因膜片是塑料基材,没有强度,并且成型好的膜片在静止放置一段时间后会出现变形的问题,膜片在型腔中会发生与型腔不匹配的问题,从而在注塑的时候出现褶皱、反胶等产品缺陷,另外因膜片出现了变形,会出现膜片脱离型腔,导致在合模注塑时出现模具分型面压住膜片的问题,导致产品不良,影响产品的合格率。
在此问题上发明了本机构,用于膜片放入型腔中定位的作用,因膜片出现变形的问题,与型腔不匹配,所以通过定位滑块的压制后使膜片与型腔表面紧紧的贴死,防止出现注塑留胶时膜片移动出现的褶皱、反胶等问题,也避免了膜片高出分型线注塑时压到膜片的现象,提高产品合格率;在注塑成型工艺上也有了很大的改善,由于膜片与型腔的贴服效果较好,模具的温度范围会更大一些,对产品的量产性工艺局限性缩小,提高了产品的合格率,同时模具温度升高后会有助于产品的成型、塑料基材的流动,缩短了产品的成型周期,降低了制作成本;
在解决车间的灰尘颗粒方面有很大的帮助,由于膜片与型腔的贴合较好,使空气中的颗粒无法进入到型腔与膜片之间,避免了表面出现颗粒、疵点的问题,提高产品合格率。
由于客户的内饰装饰造型深度越来越大,需要膜片包覆到产品的分型线以下位置,防止产品与对手件装配后看到塑料基材,在传统的定位机构上无法解决倒包过大的产品结构,现在可以通过定位滑块将有倒扣的膜片事先在型腔中放置完成,避免膜片移动出现无法倒包的问题,提高了产品的表面质量及美观度。
以上对本发明的具体实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不以此为限,只要不脱离本发明的宗旨,本发明还可以有各种变化。
Claims (4)
1.INS覆膜产品生产工艺,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1:膜片成型,将成卷膜片吸塑成型,吸塑成产品包覆的形状;
步骤2:膜片冲切,将真空成型好的膜片放到冲切模具下模仁上进行冲切,将多余的片材冲切掉,留下需求包覆的膜片区域,将冲切好的膜片转运到注塑成型区域;
步骤3:膜片放入型腔中,将裁切好的膜片擦拭干净后放入注塑模具型腔中;
步骤4:定位滑块固定机构固定膜片,将膜片放入型腔中,因定位滑块固定机构是伸入型腔0.5-1.0mm左右,采用人工的方式将膜片放入定位滑块固定机构与型腔的中间,使膜片被定位滑块固定机构卡住,防止膜片滑落或注塑冲胶时移动,定位滑块固定机构高于膜片覆膜高度0.5mm左右,防止定位滑块固定机构与膜片配合过紧,破坏膜片表面效果;
步骤5:合模注塑,通过后模上固定滑块位置的“反铲”结构将滑块退回,通过注塑浇口将热熔好的塑料基材注塑到型腔中,将膜片ABS基材层进行融化,使膜片与塑料基材热熔在一起,通过冷却后开模取出产品,将产品放到后处理区域;
步骤6:后处理包装,按照质量标准对产品进行外观检验,检验合格后将产品浇口及毛边修剪干净,完成后将产品放到包装区,将后处理完成的产品按照包装要求进行包装装箱,然后将包装好的产品入到仓库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的INS覆膜产品生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤5中,注塑溶胶温度在220℃-280℃之间,模具型腔、型芯温度在20℃-90℃之间。
3.INS覆膜产品注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构,其特征在于,包括:固定平台(100)、固定腔(200)、滑槽(300)和定位滑块固定机构(400),所述固定腔(200)设于固定平台(100)内,所述滑槽(300)设于固定平台(100)两端,所述定位滑块固定机构(400)与滑槽(300)连接;
其中,所述定位滑块固定机构(400)包括:滑块(410)和连接弹簧(420),所述滑块(410)底端与滑槽(300)连接,所述滑块(410)的侧端与连接弹簧(420)连接,所述连接弹簧(420)与传动***连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的INS覆膜产品注塑成型时膜片滑块固定机构,其特征在于:所述滑块(410)包括:块体(411)、斜边(412)和挡边(413),所述块体(411)的一段与连接弹簧(420)连接,所述块体(411)的另一端设有斜边(412)和挡边(413)。
