2) mixing a certain amount of tobacco powder with sodium alginate, CMC, sodium bicarbonate and potassium hydrogen tartrate in a weight ratio of 100: 2: 1: 3: 0.5 into powder;
3) mixing a certain amount of water with D-sorbitol, disodium hydrogen citrate, trisodium citrate and essence and spice according to the weight ratio of 100: 1.5: 0.1: 0.4: 1.0, introducing sufficient carbon dioxide, and pressurizing under 2 atmospheric pressures;
4) weighing a certain amount of softwood fibers, pulping to 22-degree SR by adopting a disc mill, introducing sufficient carbon dioxide into the pulped pulp with the concentration of 10%, and pressurizing at the pressure of 2 atmospheric pressures.
5) Weighing a certain amount of glycerol;
6) mixing powder, liquid, softwood fiber pulp and glycerol in a weight ratio of 1: 1: 0.3: 0.3 in a homogenizing reaction kettle with the pressure of 2 atmospheres.
7) After the mixed material in the step 6) is discharged, the sheet special for the novel tobacco product with the high filling value is prepared by rolling and forming for 5 times, drying at 105 ℃, shredding and cooling and drying under normal atmospheric pressure, and the sheet special for the novel tobacco product with the high filling value is prepared into the novel tobacco product for sensory quality evaluation.
The special thin sheet prepared in the embodiment 1-4 has good filling capacity, good atomization effect and higher product rolling yield, and compared with the treatment without adding a foaming agent, a swelling agent and an acidity regulator and introducing carbon dioxide, the thin sheet filling value is improved by 5-15%. The special sheets prepared in examples 1 to 4 were prepared into tobacco products which were not burned by heating, and the results of sensory quality evaluation were as follows:
example 1 the non-combustible heated tobacco product has stable sensory quality, sufficient aroma, large smoke amount, dense smoke, good conglobation, strong sweet feeling and no obvious defect of smoking taste;
example 2 the non-burning tobacco product heated has stable sensory quality, sufficient aroma, large smoke amount, dense smoke, good conglobation, strong sweet feeling and weak cool sour taste;
example 3 the non-burning tobacco product heated has stable sensory quality, sufficient aroma, large smoke amount, fine and smooth smoke, better conglobation, stronger sweet feeling and weak cool sour taste;
example 4 the non-combustible tobacco product heated has stable sensory quality, sufficient aroma, large smoke amount, smooth smoke, good conglobation, strong sweet feeling and no obvious defect of smoking taste.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of a novel high-filling-value sheet special for tobacco products is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) drying the tobacco raw material, and crushing into tobacco powder;
2) mixing a certain amount of tobacco powder, an adhesive, an alkaline foaming agent and an acidic foaming agent according to the weight ratio of 100: 0.1-5: homogenizing and mixing at a ratio of 0.1-5:0.1-1 to obtain powder;
3) mixing a certain amount of water, a sweet swelling agent, an acidity regulator and essence and spice in a weight ratio of 100: 0.1-5: homogenizing and mixing at a ratio of 0.1-1:0.1-1 to obtain liquid material, introducing sufficient carbon dioxide, and pressurizing;
4) weighing a certain amount of added fibers, pulping to 15-25 DEG SR by using a disc mill, introducing sufficient carbon dioxide into the pulped pulp with the concentration of 10-20%, and pressurizing;
5) weighing a certain amount of atomizing agent;
6) mixing the powder obtained in the step 2), the liquid obtained in the step 3), the external fiber weighed in the step 4) and the atomizing agent weighed in the step 5) in a weight ratio of 1: 1-2: 0.1-0.5: 0.2-0.4, fully mixing in a homogeneous reaction kettle with the pressure of 2-3 atmospheres;
7) and 6) after the mixed material is discharged, preparing the novel sheet special for the tobacco product with the high filling value by rolling, forming, drying, shredding, cooling and drying under normal atmospheric pressure.
2. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the tobacco raw material in the step 1) is one or a mixture of more of tobacco leaves, tobacco shreds, tobacco stems and tobacco stem shreds.
3. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the water content of the tobacco powder in the step 1) is 1-10%.
4. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the adhesive in the step 2) is one or a mixture of more of sodium alginate, CMC and gelatin.

The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the alkaline foaming agent in the step 2) is one or a mixture of more of potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate.
6. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the acidic foaming agent in the step 2) is potassium hydrogen tartrate.
7. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the sweet swelling agent in the step 3) is one or a mixture of more of D-mannitol, maltitol and D-sorbitol.

The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the acidity regulator in the step 3) is one or a mixture of L (+) -tartaric acid, phosphate, citric acid and sodium salt, potassium salt and sodium lactate thereof.
9. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the essence in the step 3) is one or a mixture of more of tobacco extract and tobacco essence.
10. The method for preparing the novel high-filling-value special sheet for tobacco products according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the pressure of the pressurization in the step 4) is 2-3 atmospheric pressures.
