Background
In the injection molding process of the injection molding machine, the product is affected by expansion with heat and contraction with cold, shrinkage easily occurs during cooling molding, the product percent of pass is reduced, and after the injection molding of the common injection molding machine, injection and pressure maintaining are needed to prevent the shrinkage of the product in a mold cavity.

When the injection molding machine molds a product with long production period, large injection equivalent and large volume, the molded product is influenced by the factors of long molding period, long injection time and large volume, the molding quality is low, the product qualification rate is not high, and the injection molding process method provided by the embodiment can effectively improve the product quality and enable the product molding to be more perfect.
It should be understood that the mold opening in this embodiment is slightly opened, i.e. the distance that the mold plate moves is short, and is controlled within 1-5 mm.
Before step S10, step S00 is further included, where the injection molding machine is controlled to perform mold closing and brake holding.
Before injection molding of the injection molding machine, corresponding preparation is needed, and the mold closing device of the injection molding machine mainly comprises a front fixed template, a rear fixed template, a movable template, a pull rod and a movable template driving device. Before injection molding of an injection molding machine, mold closing is needed, and an integral mold cavity is formed in the mold after mold closing. The internal contracting brake is an internal contracting action and can be fully locked after passing through the internal contracting brake.

The mold opening of the injection molding machine is controlled by the pull rods, in the embodiment, the pull rods are provided with four pull rods in total, and the four pull rods act and are matched with corresponding valves to drive the mold plate to act and move. It should be noted that the moving distance of the mold plate is relative to other objects, and the moving distance of the mold plate is very small in the mold opening process, and the moving distance of the mold plate is 1-5 mm. In this embodiment, the moving distance of the die plate is set at 3 mm.
In this embodiment, the preset first state includes that the plunger pump is in a preset minimum flow state, wherein the plunger pump realizes oil absorption and oil pressing by means of the volume change of the sealed working cavity due to the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the cylinder body. When the plunger pump is in a preset minimum flow state, the plunger moves slowly, the mold locking force of the injection molding machine is small, the mold plate can move slightly, and at the moment, the injection molding machine still injects molten plastic into the mold cavity.
Before step S30, step S21 is further included, and it is determined whether the template moves to the preset position or whether the moving time of the template reaches the preset moving time duration, if yes, step S30 is performed.
The template can relatively move in the mold opening process, the movement of the template is limited by position or time, when the template moves to a preset position or the movement time of the template reaches a preset movement time, the threshold value is reached, and at the moment, the template needs to perform reverse return motion to return to the original mold locking state.
Furthermore, when the mold locking is carried out once, the mold locking pressure of the injection molding machine during mold locking is correspondingly improved once according to a preset pressure value.
Referring to fig. 4, in fig. 4, the clamping force is continuously increased as the number of clamping times is increased, and after four clamping times, the clamping force is increased from 1000 to 2000.

When the pull rod reaches the maximum limit, the mold locking action is required to be carried out, namely, the newly added proportional pressure valve and the cut-off valve are closed, and after the mold is locked, the output of the mold locking high-pressure proportional valve reaches the highest peak to provide corresponding mold locking force.
