The adjusting mechanism 20 comprises a nut 201, a screw 202 and a baffle 203, the nut 201 is embedded in the lower part of the front side of the blanking tube 6, the screw 202 capable of moving back and forth is arranged in the nut 201, the baffle 203 is rotatably connected to the middle part of the front side in the blanking tube 6, and the rear end of the screw 202 is in contact with the baffle 203.
