Abstract
The invention provides an automatic edible fungus box stacking and transporting device and a transporting method thereof, which comprises a double-layer conveyor, a roller conveyor, a lower-layer stacking assembly and an upper-layer stacking assembly, wherein the lower-layer stacking assembly comprises at least two parallel supporting blocks inserted between transmission rollers of the roller conveyor, a bottom plate fixed at the bottom of the supporting blocks and a driving cylinder for driving the bottom plate to lift, the upper-layer stacking assembly comprises two stacking bodies which are oppositely arranged at two sides of the upper-layer conveyor, each stacking body comprises a fixed top plate, a horizontal cylinder fixed at the bottom of the fixed top plate, a sliding bearing plate connected on the fixed top plate in a sliding manner, a vertical cylinder fixed at the bottom of the sliding bearing plate and a supporting piece connected at the end part of a piston rod of the vertical cylinder, the bottoms of the two supporting pieces are respectively provided with a supporting transverse plate oppositely arranged, the automatic stacking machine is simple in structure and high in automation degree, and stacking and conveying can be carried out simultaneously.
