Abstract

一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,它包括一个由分别通过侧板相连接的前板、后板构成的旋转筒;安装在侧板上向旋转筒内侧突起而形成的提升机构;一个分别连接前板和后板的板件;由前板或后板与该板件之间相接触形成的槽构成的环形座圈;以及装座圈内的许多球体。座圈的形成方式应使前、后板与提升机构接触部位为平面,这样有利于旋转筒的制造。

Description

滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置
本发明一般涉及一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,尤其是该滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置是由环形座圈实现的,该环形座圈接触洗衣机旋转滚筒的一侧是平面形,以易于安装其它组件。
普通滚筒洗衣机是一种利用其筒形的旋转滚筒的旋转产生的肥皂泡沫清洗衣物的电子设备。对于普通滚筒洗衣机,清洗、漂洗、脱水工作是根据预定的程序自动完成的。清洗和漂洗完衣物后,多余的水份在脱水过程中被高速旋转的旋转筒产生的离心力甩走。在脱水过程中,由于滚筒内衣物分布不均匀,有可能产生异常的震动和噪声,所以平衡装置对于滚筒洗衣机的平稳运转是必需的。
图3是装有平衡装置的普通滚筒洗衣机的透视图。
参照图3,滚筒洗衣机包括:一外壳1,一个由壳体内的悬挂弹簧4a和减震构件4b悬挂着的吊桶2及一个以可旋转地安装在吊桶2内的旋转筒3。旋转筒3通过皮带(图中未画)由安装在外壳1底部的电机5驱动旋转。旋转筒3有许多小孔3a均匀地分布在它的表面,并有许多向内突出的提升机构3b彼此以预定的距离间隔。从旋转筒3内衣物上被离心力脱出的水通过小孔7排入吊桶2,提升机构8在旋转筒3旋转过程中搅动衣物和水,从而产生清洗衣物的泡沫。
为防止在清洗/脱水过程中产生震动,每个具有预定重量的平衡块被安装在吊桶2上,吊桶2前端安装一重11.4公斤的前平衡块6a,吊桶2的顶部安装一重12.2公斤的上平衡块6b。这些平衡块6a和6b由铸铁制成,并且由螺栓7连接在吊桶2上。
这种普通的平衡装置不能从根本上防止由于洗衣机内衣物不均匀分布所产生的震动,而仅用连接在吊桶上的平衡块抑制震动,因此平衡特性差。此外,普通平衡装置减震是在震动已经传至吊桶之后,而不能在其产生的初始阶段控制不平衡。
本发明涉及一种可克服现有技术所存在的上述问题和缺陷的滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,它能够在不平衡产生的初始阶段动态地消除此由于旋转过程中洗衣机旋转筒内衣物分布不均匀而产生的不平衡。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种带有座圈的平衡装置,座圈与洗衣机旋转滚筒相接触的侧边是平面形,以易于安装提升机构。
为实现本发明的上述目的,提供一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,它包括:一个由前板、后板分别通过侧板相连接而构成的旋转筒;安装在侧板上的向旋转筒内侧突出的提升机构,各提升机构的一端与前板连接而另一端与后板相连接;连接前板和后板的板件;与旋转筒同心的环形座圈,其由前板或后板与该板件之间相接触形成的向外突出的外凹槽构成;以及装在座圈内的许多球体。其座圈至少有两个,其中一个位于提升机构的外侧。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细描述。
图1是表示装有本发明平衡装置的滚筒洗衣机的总体结构截面图。
如图1所示,滚筒洗衣机包括:一壳体10,一悬挂在壳体10内的吊桶20,可转动地装在吊桶20内的旋转筒30,以及装在吊桶20下面并带动旋转筒30旋转的电机40。吊桶20由安装在壳体10四侧上的四根弹簧11悬挂着,在吊桶20下设有一对减震臂12。
吊桶20和旋转筒30是水平安装而不是垂直安装,并且开口10a、20a和30a分别位于壳体10的前面、吊桶20上与壳体10的前面相对应的预定的位置以及旋转筒30的相应的位置,使得衣物可通过开口处向旋转筒30放入或从中取出。
旋转筒30可旋转地安置在吊桶20内,其由一个圆柱形侧板33和分别与侧板33的前端和后端相连接的前板31和后板32组成。在侧板33上均匀地分布有许多孔33a,并且有三个呈“V”形的向内突出而形成的提升机构33b,三个提升机构33b彼此相间隔120°。在洗衣过程中升降结构33b提起或落下衣物以搅拌衣物。小孔33a可使水在吊桶20和旋转筒30之间自由流动,并使在衣物脱水过程中脱除的水流入吊桶20内。
电机40的旋转力通过连接在后板32上的轴41传递给旋转筒30。轴41水平安装,其从后板32延伸至吊桶20的后部。第一个皮带轮42与电机40相连,第二个皮带轮43与轴41相连。皮带44置于第一皮带轮42和第二个皮带轮43之间,凸缘45安装在与机轴41相连的后板32上。一对轴承46设置在轴41和吊桶20之间,用于支承轴41,这此轴承46位于轴承套47内。
旋转筒30有一对平衡装置,各自分别安装在前板31和后板32上,用于消除旋转过程中的震动和不平衡。平衡装置由环形座圈51a和51b实现的,此环形座圈51a和51b同心地在前板31、后板32的内、外部形成,在座圈51a和51b内设有许多球体52a和52b(用作平衡块)。内座圈51a和外座圈51b分别各自向内、向外突出。内座圈51a和外座圈51b通过焊接彼此装形成密封。内座圈51a和外座圈51b贮有预定量的油体便于球体52a和52b***。
下面对本发明的平衡装置更详细对描述。
安装在前板31和后板32的座圈51a和51b是对称构成的,以前板31上的座圈51a和51b的结构为实施例进行描述。
见图2,座圈51a和51b由前板31和与前板31相连接的板件53组合而构成。外座圈51b制成向外突出的,便于提升机构33b的制造。即外座圈51b是由平的前板31与安装在板件53上的向前向外突出的凹槽53b组合而构成。前板31上与提升机构33b的端部组连接的部位设计为平面,以便于提升机构33b的制造,提升机构是将侧板33向内弯曲而形成的。
内座圈51a不涉及提升机构33b,它是由板件53上的向外突的凹槽53a和前板31上的向内凹槽31a组合而构成的。旋转筒30在制造过程中可能出现的变形可通过减少向内凹槽31a和向外突的凹槽53a的深度来防止。
构成座圈51a和51b的板件53、前板31和后板32各自由螺栓13(见图1)彼此相连接装。
下面对带有平衡装置的滚筒洗衣机的工作原理进行描述。
当滚筒洗衣机开始工作时,电机40按预定的程序工作,根据该程序旋转筒30首先向前正转、然后反转。清洗过程利用旋转筒的旋转而产生泡沫进行,进而由在旋转筒30侧板33上形成的提升机构33b的作用产生的泡沫来清洗。衣物和水被提升机构33b和侧板33搅拌。
在脱水过程中,衣物上的水在旋转筒的高速旋转而产生的离心力作用下被脱除,通过侧板33上的小孔33a排出到吊桶20内。
由衣物的不均匀分布而产生的震动通过以下过程而消减。
在脱水的初始阶段衣物位于旋转筒30的底部。当旋转筒30由于被电机40驱动高速旋转产生离心力时,球体52a和52b在离心力的作用下沿相应的座圈51a和51b移动到失衡的相反一侧,这样补偿了旋转滚筒30的不平衡状况,防止了旋转筒30的震动和偏心转动。
更明确地讲,由于衣物集中在旋转筒内的某一位置,使得旋转筒偏离它的几何中心。来自几何中心的离心力和来自旋转中心的离心力同时作用在座圈51a和51b内的球体52a和52b上,这样球体52a和52b重新定位到预定位置,阻止了失衡。球体52a和52b沿旋转筒30的几何中心转动,使得旋转筒30的旋转中心与几何中心相一致。这样抵消了旋转筒30的不平衡状态,并且消除了震动和噪音。
综上所述,装有本发明平衡装置的滚筒洗衣机,可通过动态地消除由于旋转筒内衣物不均匀放置而出现的不平衡,从而防止旋转滚筒的非正常运转,减少旋转过程中的震动和噪音。本发明的平衡装置还可防止用于支承旋转筒旋转的构件的不必要的磨损和由于摩擦而产生的非正常的噪音。
此外,前板和后板与提升机构的接触部位设计成平面,由于提升机构的两端本身也是平面,所以利于提升机构的制造。

Claims (2)

1.一种滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,包括:
一个由分别通过侧板相连接的前板、后板构成的旋转筒;
安装在侧板上且向旋转筒内侧突起而形成的提升机构,各提升机构的一端与前板连接而另一端与后板相连接;
连接前板和后板的板件;
与旋转筒同心的环形座圈,其由平的前板或平的后板与该板件之间相接触形成的向外突出的外槽构成;以及
位于座圈内的许多球体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机的平衡装置,其特征在于,所述座圈的数目至少有两个,其中一个安装在每个提升机构的外部。
